Taco Bell was the fast food joint that my fiance and I came to every Friday for "date night". It was a simple, easy, cheap place to get food... and we still got to spend time together. I've been to TB's all over the Northern Colorado area... but never once did I have a complaint, until I came upon this one. (Eisenhower TB) They always seem to be "out" of something. Whether it be hot sauce... the Mountain Dew Baja Blast... they were always missing something. Whether it be drive-through... or going in to eat... if you come here, don't expect the best service. I wouldn't even give this place a star! Been there and have had to wait over a half hour for my food! I would have left but I got stuck in the drive through and at that point was committed! That was after the lobby was closed! Arrived the second time lobby closed! Got in line thinking it was later after lobby closed! Thank God the lady was able to back up for me after a few people left! Tonight was the second time I backed out of the drive thru. Over 30 minutes and no car was moving. True laziness at its finest. A person in the passenger seat in the car behind me got out to look inside to see what was up - "there's people in there, they just don't know to move fast." They usually don't mess up our order, so we come by every 2-3 months in case something has changed. It hasn't - same slow drive thru and a cashier with the attention span of an unwashed sloth. Not sure why we keep going to this location other than it's much closer to my house than any other Taco Bell... If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service was awful & very rude today. Last week they had no eggs for breakfast. I went through the drive thru for breakfast again & when I asked where the breakfast menu was she said there's never been one & I know for a fact there's been one before. Every time I go and get "Rockies Tacos" they lock the front door b/c they are understaffed or don't want to participate. It's terrible. Management needs to step it's game up. I usually enjoy going to Taco Bell but the service from this Taco Bell was horrendous. Not only were they out of almost everything but they also were very rude at the order box. When we got our food, we were half the order short and when we went back around we were accused of lying about the missing food and met with more attitude. SLOW and SLOPPY. 20 minutes in drive through with just 1 car ahead of me during the noon hour is poor planning at best. The food was wrapped in messy paper. Just unwrapping my burrito left my hands messy with sauce and cheese everywhere. The chips were stale. Also, please clean outside of the drive thru window. If you have no other options, you may want to consider calling ahead and placing your order for pickup in 30 minutes. I ordered a quesadilla, bean burrito, and two nachos (chips and cheese) in the lobby and 19 minutes later it appeared. Unfortunately, the dining area had not been cleaned and both the tables and floors were filthy. This is consistent with previous stops at this location and is definitely my last. The orders are wrong 50+% of the time, the location is out of key ingredients often (who runs out of chips and/or meat at a Taco Bell?), and on at least a half dozen occasions the lobby is closed during daytime hours for unknown circumstances. Based on the above, I can only assume this is a chronic management issue. That said, the music playing was upbeat, so that was a positive. read more

They can't figure out how to leave off or substitute anything, they give you other people's food, and, if you dare to point out the mistake and ask them to fix it, the employees yell and even swear at you. The food is always wrong or items are missing. It's especially frustrating when I go there and see staff just wondering around which leaves no excuse for wait times and incorrect orders. In this case, I went through the drive through and my nachos were missing, alright fine. I pull up to the lobby, go in and ask for them and it takes 10 minutes and me flagging down who I assumed was the manager to ask again for my missing nachos, to squirt two pumps of cheese into a cup and grab an already bagged portion of nachos. This job is not that hard. I've done it, for 6 years of my life. All of it, including managing. Usually I'm pretty lenient on food service employees but this place needs to get it together. Every time I go, there is an issue. Where the hell is their general manager and secret shoppers to correct these continuous mistakes? I am currently looking for a way to further my complaint as they did not give me my receipt to call and do the survey and I'm pretty sure calling the "manager" at this point would do no good. read more

The drive thru is the slowest fast food drive thru I've ever seen! I waited a good 45 minutes to even get up to the windows! I should have left, but I had faith. The little good that was... When I finally get home to eat my Crunchwrap, the tortilla looked like it was wrapped by a 4 year old. Everything was falling out of it! Seriously?! Usually the food is as expected from this chain. I happen to have Taco Bell as my favorite fast food because I'm not big on a lot of meat. The problem is that the turnover rate of employees is very high. Therefore, you may or may not get the ordered food according to the standard ingredients. Also, due to many new employees, the wait times can be extensive. Avoid between 5 and 6 pm M-F. I go here because other Taco Bell stores are too far away from my home. read more

The store is always clean and the employees are always nice. They just can't get it right. If you ask for a Simple addition or deletion of an item they can't seem to handle it. We understand they're "not a five-star restaurant" but you'd think they could handle a simple request. I don't know why I didn't learn my lesson from my last visit. This place is terrible. I know, I know, it's Taco Bell. This is worse than others. I arrived at 10:15 am at the drive through and sat for 3 minutes with no sign of life from the speaker. I backed out and went inside. The manager came to greet me and I told him that no one is answering the drive through. He asked the guy with the headset on if it was working. Not sure what the answer was. (I'm writing this as I'm standing in the restaurant. I've been waiting for 10 minutes for my food. A guy just walked in and is having them remake his food because they screwed it up). Anyway, I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap was immediately told they are "out of breakfast" even though the sign says it's served til 11:00 am. I asked why they weren't serving it and the manager said "we're out of eggs." Ok, understandable. I ordered a quesadilla for my daughter and one for myself and as of now I haven't received it yet. This was the must frustrating experience. 2 days ago I ordered 2 grande meals. One was 10 burritos with NO onions or red sauce. I Live a town away and don't go to this location often, so when I went home and saw that they had onions and red sauce in them I called and asked what to do. Half for explaining the situation to the gal who answered the phone, she argued with me saying she knows she made that order. Well I told her I'm staring at onions and red sauce as we speak. She handed the phone abruptly to the manager and the manager said that I could come back and they can remake them. Due to the fact that I live in a town over, I asked if I could come in another day or if they could write my name down and refund my money when I come back. She said no, she would not write my name down and they do not keep names however if I came back in the next two days and told them she okayed it, they would give me another grande meal with no onions and red sauce on the burritos. So today, two days later, I went in and said exactly that. They told me they could not grant that decision. I then said well that's what your manager said. They wrote her number down and told me to call her! I told them no you call them, you are the Manager on duty. He finally called her and then granted the meal to be free. When the order came, they had made tacos and not burritos! This literally was the worst experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. read more
