I was given an order that I didn't even order. I ordered 3 hard-shelled supreme tacos without tomatoes. The order I received was 2 chicken chalupas and a beef supreme hard-shelled taco without tomatoes.. where was the disconnect? Also, I was given paper towel that are usually used for the bathroom and not napkins. The standard has really dropped. Also, the drive-thru door is falling off track and the outside is disgusting. This is the realest review I could ever give. If you want your food to be correct, check before you leave. If they managed to get it right, you wasted 30 minutes-1 hour of your life because it takes them so long to make two tacos, chips and cheese, two drinks, and a combo box in that time. There is usually a really long wait time even if the line is short. They regularly mess up orders. The new building does look much better but the inside seems to close way before their website says it's open until. The people working there seem nice. The food is usually decent quality. Food is smaller than supposed to be. Even if you're the only person in line it still takes upwards of 15 minutes to get your food. They are so slow that the line regularly goes out into the street. Genuinely always a bad experience when I go. Every time I go they always forget something and when I ask for the item(s) they forgot they get an attitude. I hate this place. read more

They are very slow to fulfill orders, especially online and delivery orders. For awhile, the restaurant seemed to improve with getting orders out. Nothing about my visit was good. I usually give places three strikes if they are fast food before I never go there again, and we hid strike three today. My first time coming to the Taco Bell 6 months ago, It took 45 minutes for my order because apparently there was only 2 people on shift at 1 PM on a Saturday. My second time I was in the drive thru, me and my friends ordered our food and went to the area to pick up the food. This was during the chicken nugget limited time deal, and my friend wanted to try all the sauces. I asked the cashier for one of each of the sauces for our order, and she slammed the drive thru window, and rolled her eyes. She returned shortly after and handed me my change and said sorry we can't serve you today, and slammed the window again. My third and final time, (I love Taco Bell but this location sucks), was today. We were the only people in line on a Sunday at 11 PM, and we asked for No tomatoes on any of our food and extra cheese on two items. Instead, they gave us no sauce on our food and tomatoes, and barely any cheese. Thanks Taco Bell, won't be returning ever again. I went in for a quick meal, only to deal with slow, rude service and employees who clearly didn't care. The kicker? They charged me $3 for a large water. Yes, WATER. I ordered 3 taco supremes, 2 Cinnabon delights, and a dr.pepper. I got 3 regular tacos, 1 hard as a rock Cinnabon delight, and a cup of straight carbonation, no syrup. I went in for them to remake my order and I ended up with 2 rock hard Cinnabon delights and 3 taco supremes that were put together sloppily. Service at this location (and at the other spot in town) moves at a pace not dissimilar to the speed of atoms as they approach 0 kelvin. This seems to happen whenever more than a handful of customers are stacked up together, which is unfortunate in a town with such a voracious appetite for Taco Bell. Given that I've rarely if ever seen the same person twice behind the window and there seems to be hardly more than two people running it at any given moment, I find it difficult to assume that the poor workers at this establishment are at fault for this travesty. Ultimately, the permanent installation of a "hiring" sign has done little to remedy the situation. I don't exactly have an MBA, but if you want to catch a fly you need to put out some honey. I had to open them to see if anything was inside. It was a huge disappointment! I don't eat Taco Bell but I do DoorDash it quite often, unfortunately. The service is no different at this brand new one than at the one on the other side of town - same guy owns both. Slow, slow and more slow. Today I walked into the store to pick up a DoorDash order and encountered no less than 6 people waiting for their orders. I watched as the owner and manager completely ignored all of us, fill their drinks at the drink station and sit down in the dining room to eat food (NOT Taco Bell food, I might add.). I'm all for taking breaks, but when you've got a boatload of people waiting and you're the owner?!? It took at least 18 minutes to get the order I was to deliver. I've watched this guy and his staff "work" at both locations and he is a JOKE. I guess he won't care unless and until people stop eating this crud. Do better, Taco Bell. I called the restaurant and was told "go through the drive through", which was currently 9 cars deep - while there were employees inside sitting at tables eating food....
