I went to Taco Bell the other day, and I have never experienced service this bad. Also the manager, Levi's attitude was horrendous. First of all he couldn't even count to give me correct change. Second of all, I ordered a quesadilla and got literally a burnt tortilla, no cheese, no chicken, nothing... I understand this Taco Bell is inside a gas station but the service, attitude, and staff were a 0/10. I also experienced a very demonic aura, I wanted to rebuke the behavior, but was honestly scared for me and my female friends safety. I will now be telling everyone I know to not spend money here or to even get gas at this gas station. Levi needs fire and maybe evaluated. read more

I'm not one to give a lot of one stars, I don't like to be a hater. But wow this taco bell is terrible. They gave me 2 of the wrong burrito. I understand mess ups happen, but that's just dumb. The real worst thing is that my cinnabon delights came covered in SALT instead of sugar... I wish I made that up. I took a bite and it was absolutely disgusting. I'm sorry to the people who work there. I'm sure you're all 16 year olds trying to figure out your first job. But you all really need to step up your game a bit. This is pathetic. Standard Taco Bell. The drive thru has pretty good wait times, took sbout 5 minutes between ordering to get the food. Food tasted good and seems consistent quality each visit. I will say it's a good idea to always count before you pull away as several times they have shorted the order, but they are quick to correct this. Overall we go pretty often with good results. read more

A simple extension to accommodate a freeway gas station, the staff is nice and the sit-down section is clean if not a bit small. As of Nov 8 2017, they are under staffed and might close either the drive through or walk in section to focus on speeding up their output. Their tacos and burritos are good with consistency of filling, and personally a favorite stop on the way home if I need to fuel up. Just remember that on average it's going to be high school or recent graduates working on your order, be sure to check your bag before leaving. On more than one occasion I been short a taco but they are quick to fix it. read more

Probably our worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. My husband and I just moved here and after driving 7 hours hauling a trailer we wanted something quick and familiar. We got a 12 pack of tacos half crunchy and half soft. We also got 2 burrito supremes we ate in the car that was weird be we couldn't figure out why it was weird. Half the burrito was ice cold the other half was hot. We were so hungry and it was dark so we could see what it was we just ate it. Upon getting the house and opening our other tacos we purchased this what we find. Lettuce that was a one pint frozen now turned watery and slimy. Water was dripping out of the soft tacos and the crunchy tacos we so wet they were limp and falling apart. We were so tired from a day of moving and I just scrapped all the meat off and reheated it and we each had about 3 spoon fulls meat as the rest of our dinner. This place should be shut down and I am shocked they haven't yet. We are so grossed out by this experience and upset we wasted out money here. Won't make that mistake again! read more

Stopped here after work... my coworker got a fountain drink and wanted Pepsi... the Pepsi was gone and they didn't even bother to see if they had another to swap the tap out in back... he asked for a refund for his drink (ordered a combo and he only drinks Pepsi) and they said they could not refund him or give him a menu item for the price of a fountain Pepsi. Staff in back were dropping the F bomb left and right floor was completely filthy. A bunch of young kids working. Incredibly slow!!!!! I would avoid this location! read more

This is a Taco Bell Express and doesn't offer all the amenities or menu items of regular taco bells. Other than that the staff is friendly and the service inside is fast. I would avoid the drive-thru as the two times I have used it have taken 10+ minutes. Might have just been a result of people ahead of me with large/complicated orders but I had a wait at the window for my order also which was small and basic.
