Always been a fan of Moe's! ("WELCOME TO MOE'S!"...as they like to yell at you when you walk through the door). First off, I think their daily specials (see attached picture) are a fantastic value: getting the entree', drink and chips for one flat price? Let's see Chipotle do that, ha! Speaking of, their steak is better than Chipotle's "stock" steak (I know they just introduced Carne Asada, so I'm not comparing it to that). Secondly, I love the amount of customization options you can put on your entree', compared to Chipotle (only Qdoba matches the variety); especially the option to add Cilantro, and my favorite part of Moe's: their Southwest Ranch sauce. Killer secret condiment that you have to put on every dish, every time! It reminds me of a similar sauce Ohio State's burrito joint they used to have offered that was just as addicting (RIP Burrito Noches!). Quality here with flavors is always good. Coke Freestyle machine is always a treat. Sometimes, Moe's will have a custom drink mix in the machine you can select from as well. Only knock is that their chips are pretty thin and not that strong for dipping in their multitude of sauces (which are always good and varied with each visit). All in all, a great spot for lunch or dinner if you're in the area. read more

Moe's is about two tiers lower than Qdoba or Chipotle. I'd say it's like the Domino's of Mexican food. I genuinely don't know how they stay in business. The food is bland and average at best. The service is always fine. But please Moe, put some effort into flavor and quality. I really can't see myself ever coming back. read more

Once again, a handy place with decent reviews, so why not? I wasn't super hungry, so I got a Homewrecker Junior. And I'm glad I wasn't hungry- it was pretty small, but then I'm comparing to Chipotle. Next time I'll get the regular one for a dollar more and take some home, but it worked for me on this visit. Free chips and salsa (from a salsa bar with 5 or so pretty good varieties.) Better than Chipotle? Nah, about the same. Good ingredients, maybe a bigger variety on the menu, but nothing astounding. And I paid what I would have at Chipotle, for less food... One of the worst dining experiences of my life. The place is supposed to be open till 10 PM. We go in at 8.45. The 2 ladies manning the stations are disinterested, mumbling and disinterested. We order and sit down to eat. The food was stale and terrible. Just as we were about to go get salsas a weird guy starts to take away the salsas from in front of us. We stop him and get some before he takes it. There was no one else there so they decide to shut down - turn off lights, start cleaning, taking out trash, mopping floors. Since we had started we try to ignore. 5 minutes in they come and tell us they decided to close at 9 today. We decided to throw our food and head out. Walking into Moe's, I was enthusiastically greeted by every single member of the staff. It wasn't a half-hearted greeting; they made me feel like they were genuinely excited I was there. Don't be thrown off by the names of the menu items. If it's too overwhelming for you to order based on the names, just order without using them. The staff is "accom-MOE-dating" and friendly, and they don't mind if you just tell them you want a burrito, etc., without specifying its given name. What I enjoyed most about Moe's is the variety. You can order burritos, tacos, quesadillas, or burrito bowls, and there are a strong variety of toppings, including different sauces to give your food a kick. I liked how the food wasn't overly spicy or bland-- it was somewhere in the middle. Everything I had looked and tasted fresh. You get free chips and salsa, which is a huge plus. About 1/3 of my to go bag was full of thin, salty, crispy chips, and I got to pick the salsa I wanted from the 5 options at the chilled salsa bar. One of the staff members gave me a recommendation for which salsa to get without my asking, and I appreciated that, because they all looked delicious. As I left, every member of the staff told me to enjoy, have a great night, and to come back soon. With impressive menu variety, friendly service, and quality food, I know that I will be back soon. I went there for lunch today. I have never eaten at this chain. The person in front of me was an off duty, newer employee buying food. He asked a few general questions and found it was pay day. Ao he asked about getting his check... it was avout 1:30 pm. The place was dead, only myself and 2 other customers. The manager working the food station was as rude and nasty to this newer employee. I could not believe how he spoke to him. Especially in front of customers. This employee didnt know or wasn't capable of seeing the ignorance of this guy... so he let him treat him that way. Ordered online around 1:30pm for a pickup at 4:45pm. When I arrived, I expected to be handed my order since I had already paid online. They didn't have it ready, and pulled the ticket off the cash register and started making it. While I enjoy my food being made fresh, isn't the whole point of online ordering so you can grab the food and go? It even says on each bag "skip the line". I ordered 9 group orders today for a work event and every order was incorrect. The guy was very nice to help me carry it in the rain to my car but once I arrived at my event every order was wrong and not marked with their name. It took 15mins to figure out what was what and close enough who ordered who. No receipt was copied so I went off my online copy that has everyone's order and names but didn't help. $86 order for my work event to be incorrect. Couldn't deliver either so I had to pick up for it to be incorrect. read more

We has Moe's catered for a work lunch... It was surprisingly good. They had a good variety of toppings so you could make soft tacos, small burritos, or nachos. The chicken, rice, and black beans were a little dry but easily remedied by the othe toppings available. Overall it was a good catered lunch. read more

This used to be a good location but it went downhill in the last several months. The last 4 times I went there, no one was around - everyone was in the back area behind closed doors. I had to call out a few times to get their attention. The service after that varied from very friendly to aloof, depending on who was waiting on me. The only reason I'm giving two stars is due to the good customer service I got from a couple of employees. The last time I went, I ordered online. Not only was the staff in the back again, my food hadn't even been started. The woman who waited on me didn't apologize or even try to be friendly (I wasn't upset let alone acting mad; in fact, I continued to be nice despite the bad service.) I couldn't get a discount let alone the full amount back. Wrote to corporate and continued to get crap service. I am no longer a customer. read more

It was decent- nothing spectacular and definitely not better than chipotle. The salsas taste like they're out of a can and aren't very fresh. The queso was good though. I had tacos - they weren't anything special. I would definitely recommend the chicken over the ground beef. There is a nice variety of topping but some were odd choices for Mexican food - mushrooms, bacon, etc. The customer service was excellent though. First time having Moe's today. Picked up 2 Quessadillas and some taco's for a small picnic. Absolutely fantastic!!!!!

Tasty food, nice service, and the dining area is always clean. The fresh salsa bar is really good. The only reason it's not 4 or 5 star in my review is that they always skimp on the meat. Literally half a spoonful every time I've been here. Not sure if the meat portion is a corporate mandate. It is what it is. Food is always fresh. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband and I came in 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday. We walked into all of the employees cleaning and had to step over a broom even after the employee cleaning saw us come in. No big deal. Went to order our food. This was our first time here and wanted to glance over the menu, as we weren't sure what to order. The kid at the checkout yelled down the way asking if this was for here or to go before we could order anything. Again, no big deal, but I blurted out to go, not realizing my husband wanted to eat in. So I walked down and told the kid it would be for here. The kid proceeded to seem annoyed and so I asked if this was a big deal? He said well we close in 45 min. I told him it wouldn't take us that long to eat. He then mumbled he couldn't do anything about it regardless if we stayed longer than 45 min. For some reason we still decided to stay and went to pay for our meal and this same kid had the nerve to ask us to make it fast!! I'm sorry but I've never walked in somewhere and felt so unwelcome. Moe's we wanted to like you, since we just moved to the area, but it will be our first and last time there. The meat also seemed cold and my tacos seemed stale. Hoping we don't get sick :/ read more

I was excited to try something new. My family and I always go out to eat on Friday but we have been running out of new ideas/ getting tired of our usual places. We walk in and were immediately welcomed. The place is clean and it was quite busy (probably cause the place just opened up). The bathrooms were kind of hard to get to because you had to go through the line for food before getting there. I ordered the Homewrecker with chicken, which is a burrito with your choice of meat, and guacamole. This is one thing I don't understand. Everything has a separate name (i.e Joey Bag of Doughnuts, or Kingpin) and yet there is little difference between them. Basically there is a name for a burrito with and without guacamole, and one for vegetarian. Somehow the vegetarian burrito costs most then the chicken burrito without guac? Compared to to Chipotle, the food was not that special. I ordered the Chicken Homewrecker so I could compare it to what I normally get at Chipotle. To be specific the food wasn't bad, just didn't hit the spot/taste special. I probably could have made the same tasting stuff at home. The tortilla chips were also kind of bland although they have 5 kinds of salsa to make up for that. What also is a downer is that they do not have a spicy hot salsa. Sure they have hot sauce but I kind of wanted a spicy salsa for my chips (they have 3 medium and 2 mild salsas). Even though they messed up my family's order(we somehow ended up with a burrito instead of a quesadilla), I'd be willing to come back here again and try something else. But I would probably go to Chipotle next time to satisfy my want for Tex-Mex food. read more

Best place ever. This place has got awesome staff members great food awesome deals. They give you a whopping amount of chips with each order that you can go over to the salsa bar and get all the salsa you want sweet salsa mild,spicy,original and all those but green for free!!?!?! And who could not survive a eating experience with out a 100+ soda machine. I mean this place also has sweet posters awesome music they don't turn the A.C up or down a lot. We stopped in with our family and two friends last night after a soccer game. We've eaten at this location before and noticed service was hit or miss but the food was usually okay. Last night was terrible. The tables and seating area was all trashed and left in filth. We asked upon walking if they could clean the corner booth area since it would accommodate our large group. The girl working the register was angry and put off that we asked. She never budged to attempt to wipe it down much less broom under the table where the biggest mess was located. Luke, the boy working food line was completely overwhelmed with our SIX items. He was unhappy and less than thrilled to put our tacos together for Two Taco Tuesday. He was easily confused with basic orders. The sign inside said they were hiring for servers, management and catering... That was understatement. The grumpy girl never helped do anything the whole time we were in there. Had we not had a BOGO coupon and it been late, we would have certainly bailed. The Food itself was less that appealing looks wise and taste was was blah and not fresh or warm. After getting and paying for the food, the table was still unkept and needed attention again from Luke. He barely broomed it and then again seemed confused on how to proceed with the condition of the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager but no one was there. While sitting and eating, we observed both employees on their phone in the back room while the food prep area was unkept, the dining area was in shambles and the salsa area was gross. The restrooms were also in complete lack of attention status. Sad for a busy Dublin area restaurant so I guess kudos to Chipotle for always being busy, clean and kept up. read more

First and last time eating at this franchise. The staff while nice seemed mentally slow and I do not mean for this to come off as an insult. The inside and outside seemed clean. No idea how clean the restrooms were. Parking was a beast to find but that is not the owner's fault. The food: I was eager to try the home wrecker junior burrito. The line guys had no idea what went into it. He referenced a laminated book and touched my food, then the book, then my food. That grossed me out. It honestly just had zero flavor. Everything, zero flavor. The burrito was cold (not like at Chipotle). Free side of chips. Paid for a side of queso but did not see there were free salsas (had I known I would not have gotten the queso). I did end up getting a (free) side of avocado salsa. This and the queso actually had some flavor! I kept pouring both into my burrito. I asked for water for my beverage and was given a tiny cup, I'm assuming a literal cup. I was annoyed because, I don't know about you but, I guzzle water like it's going out of style. Lastly the environment: tables and some smaller booths. We sat in a booth because chairs hurt my hips. Anyway the booths were not comfortable and not uncomfortable..just there. The tables and booths and obviously chairs were not bolted down to the floor so everything moves at the slightest movement. They had large screen televisions up and on...if I wanted to watch Spanish sports and random television I would have gone elsewhere. Lastly the trash cans: Moe's, redesign them! Eating area was filthy, not a clean table in the place and floor was covered in chips and other droppings.
