can't believe this place is still in business. went in because drive through was too long and usually going in is quicker. ordered a few cheese rollups as they are small and a mexican pizza. it took about 30 minutes for them to make. not to mention, the pizza was burnt so i went back inside to tell them it's burnt and they told me it would be another 20 minutes for another pizza. many customers inside asking to speak to the manager but the manager was hiding behind the machines. all of the workers are KIDS and the manager is also a kid. horrible place the workers are disrespectful and don't care. they where on their phones the whole time drinking chick fil a milkshakes and making jokes. read more

Honestly if i could i would give it no stars. Ive came to this taco bell numerous times but today i really made a decision of never going back , the time ive gone my food has been under cooked , order has been wrong , my food takes forever and sometimes the employees try to act like no ones there and will not answer the drive through , today i went after a tired day from work looking forward for some taco bell as i pull into the drive through its was only 10:15 pm and there sign says open till 11:00pm menu lights were completely off and one part of dining area assuming there closed after waiting 10-15min i drive out going to the back exit and there i see all the employees chillin outside in the back smoking who knows what , im not sure if theres ever a manager here but if there is it must be a joke. read more

It was horrible experience, from the time I ordered, this guy nigel ( short, mustache, african american), at first, i said hold on please, when i finally ordered, he just quite, offcourse i have to adk if he is there and he was kind upset voice, later on in pay window, he should tell that he will be right back not just dissappear, and be there until 3 minutes later, then the girl so nice brought me this order, if i want any sauce, later one when i got off in stop light, this nigel came and ran toward my car and scream and said that is not your taco, this is supreme not soft taco. Later on he came back without any word and gave these sloppy soft tacos. This Taco Bell is crazy. I actually went here for the fam twice in one day so I had a complete experience at this location. The cashier was armed with the phrase "this is my third day" in order to overcome any objections. She definitely needed some assistance as the trial-by-fire method was not working. When I ordered, she would turn and search for the item on the big menu in order to confirm that it was something for sale before pressing the button. She would only hear one word of any food item with a compound name. Example: Me: Can I get a mini-chicken quesadilla? Her: I need to look It up- this is my third day. Quesadilla. What kind? Me: mini chicken quesadilla Her: Okay. You want a chicken quesadilla. Got it. Me: mini Her: Ohhhhhh! Mini one. Sorry. Okay. (Searches, deletes, types for a long time) Got it. Here is the fun part. On visit two, her actual sister was in line on the phone when I opened the door. She left to the back while her sister was reading the menu to whoever was bidding for Taco Bell items on the phone. She came back and stared at her sister and then her sister had an awkward hug over the counter with an eager male employee that was delighted she was in the restaurant, but also sorry the pesky counter came between them. He clearly wanted more. They formed a trio (or quartet- let's not forget about the caller) as I watched for another 30 seconds as the two employees talked and waited for sis to coordinate with the folks back home on what they wanted. I felt as though I intruded on their private space to witness this series of boring interactions. I of course spoke up and the group decided it would be best to let me order immediately. Especially since I was the only one out of the five of us that knew what I was there to do. The cashier also had an uncanny ability to clear her mind between our interactions as if every time we spoke, she was talking to me again for the first time and our previous interaction had not occurred. Like that movie I never saw titled "50 first dates" but instead of dates it was me just trying to get a relatively simple taco bell order. The employees all treated each other like competing members of a reality tv show, but without a prize to compete for. All that was left was thinly veiled hostility toward one another. See you next weekend! I'll be the friendly guy who silently judges you and then passively-aggressively tears into you on Yelp when I can't sleep. Love you guys! When we pulled up last night at 1040 and there was an automated recording saying they are closed as I read a sign saying they close at 11. This Taco Bell is the slowest, we ALWAYS have to add 15 minutes to expected wait time when we go there. Our orders are often wrong, the employees are ignorant and angry - yelling at each other,  its just the worst. First let me say that I love Taco Bell and have gone to them all over the country. This particular location has got to be the worst I have encountered. I have tried to give them several chances even but I consistently get the same result. They take a very long time to get the order together, so they ask you to pull up, I'm sorry... how about just moving quicker? Then the order isn't right when you finally do get it. This is close and convenient to my work but I will drive way out of the way to visit other locations in order to avoid this poor service. This location is very convenient to my home and such....however I will never return to this location again. Not only are the VERY disorganized and takes forever when dining in....the food is STALE! Today I ordered nachos and the chips are old and very stale. The burrito I ordered is hard....so without tasting that as of yet I can assume that is stale and old as well. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru waiting for our food now, there was not a long line when we pulled up but it has now been 20 minutes sitting in the line. When we ordered in the drive thru through the machine the lady took half of our order and left for like 3 minutes doing whatever and when she came back she rudely stated she could not hear us so I spoke louder and she seemed offended by it. I don't have high expectations for a Taco Bell... it's just a Taco Bell. However, this one was EXTREMELY SLOW. It is a joint Taco Bell + KFC. It was after church on a Sunday, so there were about 10 people in the store with us alllll waiting for food. The drive-thru was closed for some reason? This Taco Bell is combined with a KFC. I previously wrote a review for the KFC, so that one's more in depth, but in a nutshell the male employees are very inappropriate. This Taco Bell is a disgrace to anything that is edible. Their service literally is worse than hitler. I would rather be shot in the knee caps than endure the service here. If there could be zero stars, there would be. I can't believe I'm even taking the time to review a Taco Bell but the wait time at this location is always horrendous for fast food. The staff is rude. They never offer any explanations why it takes 30+ minutes to make some tacos and a quesadilla but for whatever reason, anyone ordering KFC can get through right away. By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Employees are rude, tacos are never more than a quarter full (mainly just cheese and lettuce, the meat is basically nonexistent) and the cheese quesadillas I just ordered are a complete joke. Paper thin, burnt, with hardly any cheese and no sauce. How do you mess up a cheese quesadilla?? I spoke to a manager who offered to remake the two quesadillas free of charge, which I appreciate, but how many bad reviews does it take to make changes? Second chance proves I won't go back. We've lived in this area 10 years now and I've come to this location a few times (this being the last). They need new management. Last night was a repeat of what I encountered about 6 months ago. Very few people inside the store with a couple cars in the drive thru. Inside it was chaos - wrong people getting the wrong orders - with one guy demanding his money back that he had waited too long. There wasn't anyone in the store except this guy, another waiting for his food and one family sitting at a table. The cashier seemed disinterested in doing anything and when I finally got our order, I checked it and (just like the last time) it was missing an item. Besides most of the food being cold, my Mexican pizza was smashed in the bag so bad that it stuck to the top of the box. Inside the staff was arguing about the method of when to place the orders in the queue (drive thru vs inside). Although my order was placed before the three cars that eventually came thru the drive thru, they got their order first while I patiently waited inside. Might be time for the owners to actually venture in their own store and make some positive changes...... read more

This is one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. The counter was dirty, drink station very messy, napkins everywhere, it was wet. We stood at the register and waited a while. An older gentleman with a very dirty uniform helped us, not very friendly but that was really not a concern. The staff was loud and arguing with each other. This particular Taco Bell lacks customer service in a big way. Drove up as one car was ordering, with another directly behind them. That second car also ordered quickly. As we pulled up and started to order, we were told that we could get our order more quickly if we parked and came inside. What the point of having a drive-thru if you can't get your customers through the line efficiently? Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and told them, "Never mind, we'll go next door to Burger King." Then a second employee came over the speaker and rudely yelled at us, "Whatever, BYE!!!" Glad we decided to change our minds. As we drive around we saw 5 cars waiting for their orders.
