Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking near Raleys grocery store. We came in for lunch but go it to go. Nice dining area when we went it was not busy at all in fact I was the only one in there. There is a large picture menu, we ordered a few things. Loved the onions rings perfect beer battered. The burgers were delicious great quality meat and lots of flavor. They are on the small side but it was just right for my appetite. Over all great service, good quality food, ok value for your money.

For starters, this location is very clean and the customer service was friendly from the start. I came in for takeout for some hungry people waiting at home. The wait didn't take long. I ordered my son the Cajun burger and a Dubai shake which he often orders and enjoys. He's also a fan of their shakes and I believe he's tried every single one of them. The Dubai wasn't his favorite but said it was good. He Loves the burger! Dad says the cheesesteak sandwich is the best he's had at a fast food restaurant and orders it often when we pick up from this location. He paired it with the chili cheese fries and enjoys them also. It's a favorite of theirs for burgers in our home town. Good experience every time.

Stopped off for a quick burger after a hard day of work. Located in a busy business mall, there is parking but be careful of folks driving too fast and not paying attention. Prices were up there in the Five Guys territory, so expect 8-14 per person. The pictures on the wall look great, and look nothing like the food you will be getting not so great. The parties are small, so you need a burger with 2-3 of them to equal any weight. We had a variety of burgers at our table and they were all just okay. Service was mediocre and had a hard time ringing up the purchase then forgot the cups for drinks. For the price I would pass next time and go somewhere else. Not a repeat. And do not try the salad there if you are with other folks that must eat there, it is just not worth it.

Way Back Burger Welp, according to prophet google, Wayback Burgers was founded in Newark, Delaware in 1991, under the name Jake's Hamburgers. From 1991 to 2008, the brand grew to 10 locations and began franchising. In 2009, with expansive growth on the horizon, the company decided to rebrand and change its name to Jake's Wayback Burgers. And Lucky for us, there is one in Yuba City... As a chain, it has a beautiful decor on the inside with modern tiling and contrasting complimentary colors. I ordered a classic burger, and at first taste, the meat patently stood out. Salted and defined, the patties took me wayback to something rarely seen on the open market; authenticity. Far better than five guys, yet still behind in n out, way back gives you that beloved diner throwback. The menu showed a cheesesteak, and i look forward to it for my next order. A-OK.

New spot in the area, thought it would be super busy but not. Order the classic and also a Bourbon Burger to try out with side of onion rings. So after trying the verdict is....it's good but not the hype on the website. Their competition down the road was still packed. Some can afford this place but their prices will turn most away. The burgers were double patties with cheese and typical fixings. The onion rings ok. Try them yourself and post your thoughts. Creature of habit I am ill stick to my old spot. Best of luck to your business my it thrive.

The establishment itself has ample parking and was spacious and clean. Customer service was great and staff was friendly and professional. Our family of 4 (2 kids included) arrived around 7:00pm and were all eating by 7:10pm. Portions were plentiful and prices were fair. Now let's get down to what matters the most, the food. I myself ordered the "PL Chatter". What a surprise. This burger was large, packed with toppings, seasoned perfectly, and was simply amazing. I ordered a side of fries to go along with the burger. They arrived hot, seasoned well, crunchy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. Literally the perfect french fry. My wife ordered "The Black Door" and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. My daughter also enjoyed her cheeseburger and my son enjoyed some chicken strips with fries. This place is a must try. Now that we've tried it, it's a must return. I'm 43 years old and have eaten probably over 1000 burgers and this is easily at the top of that list. Wow, what a hidden gem. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. My family and I will be returning frequently. Exceptional quality and flavor Only thing I'd change is they sell Pepsi products and I prefer Coke products. This is just my personal preference though and doesn't change the amazing people or food. This beats ANY sandwich shop in town and it's not even close. Wish I would have given them a try much sooner.

At first when you enter, you are going to be like, "Is this a restaurant or a grocery?" Well,…read morerelax, it's both. The tables are set up in a corner near the cooking area, so you'll be part of the mix of employees and customers coming and going. If that makes you nervous, don't be. Bill and the chef, whose name I'm afraid I did not get, couldn't be more easy-going and friendly. So, the casual atmosphere noted, let's address what you came here for, the food. Have a look at the menu. Modest prices. Does that mean modest quality offerings? The answer to this is NO! Chatting with Bill, he related that for the, I think he said 31 years, that he's been here, he has a special relationship with a local cattleman and buys his cow and then has it butchered, also locally. Then, and get this, he grinds his own beef for the burgers. Who does that? Who does that at these prices? We had cheeseburgers and fries with soft drinks. The burgers were not your fast-food dense, perfectly formed patty-type burgers. These were for-real burgers! Really good. They came with a lot of lettuce and mayo-based sauce as well as tomato slices. I'm getting hungry writing this. My wife suggests you might want to ask for the "salad" on the side if you want a pure burger experience. The fries were as good as fries get and the portion was generous. During our lunch, I kind of interviewed Bill and he gave me the whole story of his establishing the market and deli from the original purchase of the property, organizing the groceries on wooden shelves and slowly upgrading, adding the kitchen and continuing to refine the store into what it is today. He was gregarious and his story reassuring to listen to: a locally-owned small business success not in danger of being taken over and ruined by private equity (knock on wood!) as so many business are these days. I noticed the wagon full of water melons and Bill informed me that they were a seedless variety called Black Diamond. He used to grow them until his Dad passed away, but now buys them from a local grower whom, he explained, starts his seedlings in his greenhouse and, as a result has melons in June before anyone else. I'll come back and tell you how it is when we open it. It's still in the fridge. I noticed some tomatoes on the counter, so I bought a couple of those, also, and they were great. So nice to have tasty tomatoes to counteract the summer heat. We made our own burgers at home and they were a perfect complement. I hope I've gotten the facts straight here. If not, Bill can provide corrections when you go in to have your burger, wings, sandwich, or whatever you like. Can't recommend this highly enough as a more than satisfactory lunch stop mercifully devoid of corporate influence and so reasonably priced. Stop reading this and set your GPS for Bill's Market and Deli and get on over there for some satisfying food and pleasant company. Cheers, -- james

10 out of 10. NOT really…read more The Burger I ordered the double burger. The Magna sauce seemed like a thousand island chipotle sauce. The meat patties were kinda crispy. This burger, sorry say, compared to In n Out Burger - The Double Burger at In n Out is the better, juicier burger. The Fries The fries at Magna were better quality fries than the typical In n Out potato fries. However, after a few minutes of eating the fries somehow went stale and turned chewy. Service I'm not sure but I think the owner, the only person there working, put my order together. He put up a sign up at the counter, saying that he was prepping an order and he'd be back in a few minutes. I believe the service and courtesy I got from owner was generally good. "We'll refund your money." I think there was a sign at the counter, stating that if you were not satisfied with the order, that you'd get your money back. With the initial positive reviews that brought me over to Magna's, I was too embarrassed for the new business and basically walked away. I no longer believe those short, overly positive reviews. Good service, Badly prepped product. Not my FIRST choices but I feel that McDonalds and In n Out put out better burgers than Magna.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Maryville (at 1st & D St's), and next to the Chinese "Bok Kai Temple", this longstanding and well known restaurant/saloon/hotel has been in operation dating way back to 1858 when the peak of the gold rush era was thriving in California. Over the years, the upstairs hotel (a.k.a. "The Grand Hotel") was once a brothel amongst various operations before becoming a permanent hotel for guests to stay. Meanwhile the downstairs has served as a full-size bar complete with a ton of American comfort food to choose from on their extensive menu. I came here during the afternoon of Saturday 7/19/2025 at around 4:30pm. Since this was during the 25th annual "Marysville Peach Festival", there was a ton of customers and locals visiting during my visit. Surprisingly, parking was easy to find as I parked directly outside of the building. Once inside, you are immediately drawn to the nostalgic wooden interior. From the looks of it, not much has changed here over the years complete with vintage sepia chandeliers, huge brick ovens, taxidermy displays of various animals, and everything else that represented the wild wild west. Their menu is extensive and has just about all of the stick-to-your-ribs food you can ask for. This includes a ton of appetizers (poppers, fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.) as well as a nice variety of main course entrées that include sandwiches, burgers, salads, steaks, pastas, and much more. And since you're in a saloon, they offer all of the top whiskies, bourbons and brandies as well as a ton of beer on tap. Keep in mind that they are closed on Monday & Tuesday but open for business Wed/Thu and Sunday from 11am-8pm and Fri/Sat from 11am-9pm. After narrowing down what I wanted, I finally settled with their "French Dip" sandwich. This was a traditional and classic sandwich complete with their smoked roast beef w/Swiss cheese & mayonnaise on a hoagie roll with a side of Au Jus sauce. I opted with home fries as my side and a Coke to drink. I also ordered a starter appetizer which was their crispy "Chicken Tenders". Our server was very attentive as my +1 and I sat on a quieter side of the restaurant (near the windows). Total time took around 25 minutes to get our food; not a big deal considering this place was absolutely packed with customers. Overall, my French Dip was delicious and filling. They were generous with the thin sliced roast beef while there was the perfect amount of cheese. The au jus had the right amount of consistency as each bite hit the spot. However, the chicken tenders were just so-so as there was too much breading on the exterior. And considering these were $16.95 for 4 tenders, it was quite a bit on the pricier side. I don't want to knock this place too much but I did see quite a bit of flies by our table. But I do realize that some of these things are beyond their control with as busy as it was. All in all, the "Silver Dollar Saloon" is a good place for small and large gatherings. The service was excellent while we got filled up during our visit. My rating, an above average four stars.
