Taco Bell has been the one place we haven't cut out now that prices are so high. We went on Saturday 3/16/24 afternoon at 4:30 got to window at 4:54 got our drinks and receipt the person spilt our bag out and said to park in the front that they'd bring our order out when finished. We waited till 5:15 then went in and stood at the counter. No one acknowledged us finally at 5:20 a young man put a bag on the counter didn't say anything so I asked is this ours and the lady at the window says that's your order . No sorry that your order got overlooked or anything. Having worked with the public myself sometimes you have to apologize or go little extra our fault sorry ect. Nothing no kindness no respect, treated us like we were lucky they redid our order. Not impressed with the customer service at all. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the rice on the Chicken Burrito I was served during my visit to your restaurant Taco Bell 3045 Covington Pike Memphis TN. This was my second time stopping at this location, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a significant disappointment. I ordered a Chicken Burrito, while paying a young lady ran up to the window and said they were out of rice, someone else came and told her they did have rice. When I arrived home I was shocked to find that the Burrito was filled with dried out very hard rice. Additionally, I tried to remove the hard rice from the inside of the Burrito, it turned out to be unappetizing and a big mess of dried up rice mixed with other ingredients. The quality of the food served was far below acceptable standards. This experience was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these quality control issues to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future. Terrible customer service. Always out of ingredients. Half the menu is disgusting without lettuce and tomato. Most of their menu depends on them yet they are always out of it. They always request exact change as a way to keep their work light so people who don't have exact change can't order and are stuck wasting time in their drive thru. Terrible management is the problem. How does a manager not anticipate the store's needs? How are they not actively assessing and handling these consistent problems? I know they get paid enough to do their job. I feel sorry for the other employees who have no choice but to deal with the negative responses from customers who are rightfully upset. There was no wait for us to place our order, yet we still sat in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. When I placed the order, I told her no tomatoes or lettuce on only one item and on the screen she took it off everything and didn't ask me to verify what was on the screen. When I told her the screen was incorrect she said it would fix it. Everything had lettuce and tomatoes. They consistently mess up orders and are quite frankly not that polite. Started going in to order and the first time the woman taking my order was carrying on a conversation while I was ordering so I kept having to repeat everything. The total wait time was more than 30 minutes. Of course, they have the barriers all the way around that make it impossible to leave once you are in line, also. The lobby was closed when I went, so the service was inexcusably slow. I drove home only to find out my order had been made incorrectly.
