To bad I can't leave 0 stars. Visited this location on 4/12/16. Dining area was dirty, the tables needed cleaned and the floors swept and mopped. Hollering from the staff in the back. It's a wonder they could hear anyone come in for food with all the noise from the staff. I very seldom see any management at this location. Floors are always sticky so I wasn't disappointed there. The restrooms smelled and looked as if nothing had been done to them for days. And to top it all off they weren't busy. Just my family and one other table. This isn't the first time I've seen this but it is my last. I will never return to this taco bell even if it's the last place to get food. read more

Edit 7/17/18. I'd heard the management was all replaced, so I figured I'd try again. Lesson learned: Nothing changed. I waited 15 minutes in a drive through line, for an incorrect order of three tacos and a Diet Pepsi. Wish I could give 0 stars, but the front cashier (Kim) earns some credit. I have never received a completely correct order from this Taco Bell. Wait times are atrocious. Most recent order was for chicken tacos, and I received chicken burritos. I decided to return (had done take out) and the manager told me they've never received a complaint. What?!? I know we've returned a few times when the order is significantly wrong (for example, not fresco style). Buyer beware. I think I've now sworn of this Taco Bell completely. read more

Not only did the screw it up but the Mexican pizzas was destroyed everything had the same wrapper so we had to open up all the burritos to see what they were. Then when I came back to speak to the manager (because no one answered the phone) he was rude said it was made right. But it wasn't and then told me if I had a large order I should just come inside. Well then why have a drive through at all??? It was not that large. I had an order for just my family. 6 of us but I have been to other drive through and this was not a problem. This has got to be the worst taco bell literally anywhere in existence. Our neighbor told us the service had gotten better so we gave it a shot. We mobile ordered so they'd have 10 minutes to make our order, and arrived when the app text us our food was ready at the counter. That was a lie. They didn't even start preparing our order until 40 minutes after we ordered. Then the drink machine had several choices watered down so we ended up with only a few choices. I will never eat here again. Absolutely ridiculous. We will stick to driving all the way to to the Dayton Mall location which is much further away. This place is a joke. read more

The employees including every manager I have had dealt with are rude and have absolutely no clue about what customer service actually means. Just sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. The drive thru is ALWAYS slow and there's no way to get out. On top of that, they informed me last minute the drive thru was cash only but inside I could use my card. Luckily I had some cash on me. I lived near this Taco Bell for a while and it's the only one close by where I lived. Honestly, I feel so sad for the people who work here. I don't know who does the hiring, but they need to hire more people or have training or something. There are so many times where I have sat in the drive thru or stood in the dining hall for 30+ minutes waiting for food because there are around only 2 people working in the back. Something needs to be done to improve the efficiency of this Taco Bell because clearly people want the food. Whenever I come, no matter the time of day, there are massive lines. In all honesty if they had any speed to their service this place would get so much more business. Instead you wait 20 min with only 2 cars ahead of you for one meal. I don't generally have an issue with the food but don't frequently eat here because of the wait. I usually won't write a negative review, but this particular Taco Bell appears to have employees actively trying to mess this franchise up. Three days in a row, I order the same thing, 3 soft tacos NO LETTUCE, 1 pinto n cheese, and 1 fiesta potatoes. On Monday, they give me 3 hard shell taco's with lettuce, 1 something supreme, and 1 fiesta potatoes (cold, not microwaved at all). Tuesday they serve me 2 soft taco's with lettuce, and a smoothie. Today, they gave me 3 soft tacos with lettuce, 3 orders of pinto n cheese (again, cold, not microwaved at all). Today, I took my order back in, the girl at the counter was rude, took my bag, yelled at someone in the back, handed me my bag back, and it had the same wrong stuff in it. :( I have lived here 13 years, and I will never darken this Taco Bell's doorway again. I've been battling with this restaurant off and on through out the last 23 years of living here in Miamisburg. I Pull up and get a nice friendly voice on the drive thru intercom , then come to find out it's just the typical recording to bait you in with warmth thoughts. To where you get a rushed rude voice that cuts you off on your order , asking you if that it is all ?!?! Might as well be rude back , but it's not worth it. Probably just like this review , cause other reviews I have read towards this particular fast food restaurant doesn't seem to help one bit at all. Anyways , I pull up to the drive thru window , get demanded for payment! I get my credit card handed back forcefully and along with my drink. Let me just grow that extra hand to help you with your rush -fulness. Then I get my food shortly afterwards , while I was getting my food I over heard other co workers talking in the back talking about of how rude we are as customers and being demanding! HA! Looks who's talking! Get home , all hard tacos are old and broken, cheese roll ups have hardly no cheese in them and nachos are also broken and just thrown in the bag. It's pretty sad that I get better and quicker service at sit down establishment that's just down the road for the same price. Taco Bell is one of my favorite "fast" food restaurants. However, my experience here has been terrible. I'm currently waiting in the drive thru line, and have been for 20 minutes. I could already be eating at red lobster in the amount of time it has taken these half witted high school drop outs to roll a handful of refried beans in a f***g tortilla. I went out of my way to try this location this afternoon and I will never, ever, in a million lifetimes, return to this sorry excuse for an restaurant. I really hope someone burns this place to the ground truthfully. No one should ever have to endure the kind of frustration that comes with trusting complete idiots to make your food for you. I wouldn't be surprised if half the people inside were high on heroin as it is an epidemic in this part of town.
