If I could give 0 stars I would. I've came to this location a handful of times and every time they mess something up. I'm a server and I have worked at Taco Bell and Mcdonalds before so I understand what it takes and I also understand what covid has done to a lot of these businesses but damn. I dined in with my family. Saturday lunch time. Food was served very fast and correct. Some of the tacos were no lettuce. I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bells and they are doing good here. The food did not look like it was just thrown together. The lettuce meat and cheese were evenly distributed and was hot and tasty. Well done. read more

Tonight we were at a dead stop in the drive thru line for nearly 15 minute and could not back up or move forward. Total time it took to pick up an online order through the DU was over 45 minutes. TL;DR - Way too slow, spent 50 minutes on takeout, food was okay, won't return until fixed. Oh, and their "talk to us" feature on their website's submit button didn't work, so here was my complaint. "Me and my father had just finished visiting my grandparents, we planned on cooking, but being as late as it was we decided to just go pick up our food and go home, so when we arrived at the restaurant we already saw one lady and her family complaining about having to wait too long for her food, we bless it off as nothing, but as time dragged on we grew more agitated, we stayed in the store until 9:35, 50, whole, minutes. This is unacceptable, our order was somewhat big, but our orders previously only took an upwards of 20 minutes. Honestly, your cooks and management need to speed up their process, and I know we aren't the only ones who complained that day, because we started joking about it with the boy at the counter, and he immediately offered us free drinks to get us off his back, this isn't OK, I could have actually COOKED food in the time it took us to get our order, and if this problem is not resolved, we will NOT be coming back! Would 100% give zero stars is i could. i went up there with my husband and we ordered on the computer things because there was people in line and we ordered on separate ones because we were paying separately. it charged my card the full amount but it said i had to pay the rest at the front counter. when i got called up to the counter the lady said my name and she said something went wrong with my order so she was gonna take it on the front counter computer and the other one i did wouldn't charge my card. so i went ahead and let her take my order and i had to repeat myself 3 times for one thing and the lady still got it wrong so i just got whatever she rung up. i asked to speak to the manager and i wasn't able to because they were "busy" with 2 cars in the drive thru. at my job if someone needs to speak to a manager it doesn't matter how busy we are we make sure our customer speaks to the manager asap. my card got charged twice and so the lady gave us my change back for the first time it charged but she gave me the wrong amount back. all i got to say is i will not be going back to that taco bell. read more

My daughter loves taco bell so we eat here often after practice and in the mornings on the weekends. The staff is always happy and friendly. There is a team lead there, I don't know her name, but works in the mornings and she is amazing. Always with a smile on her face and super happy. Just one of the people that you can't help but to smile with because her happy rubs off on you. read more

NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLE!!! I went thru drive thru ordered 2x chicken nachos, got home to find a nasty plop of bean. I called location and the manager yells at the employees "did you forget to put the chicken on". He told me to drive back down and show him. I went in showed him and he argued there was plenty of chicken and I asked where? He accused me of taking the chicken off. I have better things to do with my time than that. I told him I was calling corporate and asked his name. There was a female employee sitting in the back of the lobby yelling what angry people. My son said "ma'am please don't say anything" cause he didn't want me getting more upset, and she started yelling at him. I asked her name and she said she didn't have one but she was the owners daughter. There was an older gentleman who had just ordered his food and my son apologized to him and he said he understood cause he calls the place "Taco Hell". The manager came back and said with an attitude "this one has plenty of chicken for you". I have over 30 years of customer care and I have never witnessed such a horrible place. I did call corporate and of course I'm sure nothing will be done. One things for sure I will never go there again.
