Somehow someway is the worst possible Taco Bell in New York State. Insane waiting times, don't even bother.

This location is wonderful and has improved greatly over the past few years, thanks to a great Manager. My daughter's order is always perfect, and all the staff is dedicated to providing the best possible quality food to their customers. Being that this location is the only TB for 43 miles, people are grateful it's even here! The former Liberty location had a fire some years ago, with no plans to rebuild. For those of us who love TB, we are glad you're here, and thanks to all the hard- working staff! read more

This Taco Bell was not the best I've been to. When ordering multiple items it was tough to know which was which so we could give them to the right person to eat, since my friend I ordered with does not want as much cheese as I want on mine. The food quality was about average as far as Taco Bell's go. For some reason the chairs were still upside down on many tables even though the dining hall was open. read more

We got here Sunday 5 pm. Not busy at all. I saw at least 3-4 workers chatting up. We ordered from the self serve kiosk and it was easy. Food came out fast and accurate. Food was ok. It's Taco Bell. I don't expect gourmet genuine Mexican food. It is fast food. So it was totally ok for my low expectations. Nothing especially salty or inedible. Bathroom was clean. Free refill on soda. If I could give 0 stars I would for sure. As someone who usually comes regularly, I honestly question myself on why I would keep driving here. As to say I will no more. I always order through the mobile app but this past time I had just went, i had sat at the ordering station in the drive-through for 10 MIN! I had even said "hello" multiple times because maybe they just didn't see me. I thought it was fine. Really no issue at all. I was a little confused about my order, and the worker was patient with me and explained to me. I thought the workers were nice and friendly and helpful and I thought it was a nice working environment for them where they could talk and laugh and joke with each other. I had no problem with my order and like somebody else said in the reviews I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal. I really wanted some inexpensive fast food. I was checking out some other local ethnic (Korean Vietnamese, Mexican Dominican, I love ethnic food!) restaurants but I didn't want to spend 20 bucks for lunch. The bathroom was clean. We were at the speaker for ten minutes a little after 10:30 p.m. and the worker was hiding and when we pulled up to the window after waiting for 10 minutes she saw us and ran away. When we pulled away she got up and went back to the window because nobody was there. She was a girl with blond hair and she should be fired. Stopped here for lunch on Friday. Husband was in drive thru while I went in to use the restroom. A man was standing near the cash register, not wearing a mask. He was talking to the cashier and other workers. At no time did anyone ask him to put on a mask. He was overheard making a comment like," Oh he's sick! No way I would eat here now." He walked out of store and then came back - still without a mask and still no one asked him to put one on, I felt very uncomfortable eating from this Taco Bell - one because if one of the employees had COVID-19 it should have been shut down and two - if this is how their employees handle difficult people who refuse to wear masks, they are not making Taco Bell a safe place to get food during the pandemic. read more

I went inside cause there was a long line at drive thru. I was the only one there and Took a while to get someone to come over so I could order.... . I order a 5$ box and long story short I waited 40 min, i just didn't wanna be rude or whatever to some workers , but the line was so long , and moving so slow because they didn't even want to deal with "the rush", they were moving so slow and not even trying. I went to Taco Bell tonight and waited 20 minutes in the drive through just to realized they closed 45 minutes early, two other cars pulled up and they turnt the lobby lights off. No one even spoke to us to let us know they were closed we were just waiting till we realized.
