Leaving Taco Bell a review may seem strange, but this Taco Bell deserves one. I was driving through Morehead from VA Beach through a snow storm yesterday and felt like I was starving. After 10 hours in a snow storm it's the little things that matter the most and seem to brighten your mood. I've never been to a taco bell with more friendly staff. Each person that I talked to to became nicer and nicer. The good experience and fast food tacos kept me awake long enough to make it home to lexington that night. read more

These are great people at a great Taco Bell. I had problems with the online ordering system (doesn't work right) and it sent my order to the old location after I selected it two states away. So we stopped by here for a quick drive thru order pick up. We had to go back three times to get the right items. The third time back, it's like they did not trust us and actually made us show proof of our order. They literally went through the sales receipts to confirm we weren't trying to pull over a fast one. Avoid at all cost waited over 40 minutes in lobby on food while they served over fifty drive customers. When I complained and got a refund only offered me a free taco with my next purchase.... Gtfo!!! read more

Really gross! Very messy food, sauce dripping everywhere, paper soaked and ripping around food. Gave us the wrong order and we had to go back in, which ALWAYS irritates the crap out of me. Portions are stupid small! My chicken soft taco had MAYBE a tablespoon of chicken soaked in sauce and fresco had green tomatoes. Threw away the food and wasted 16.00. Look, Taco Bell sucks! It is one flavor delivered to you in a different vehicle called a taco, a nacho, a burrito, a chalupa, or a quesadilla. Same taste...different wrapping. If you are drunk, stoned, hung over, or lazy it is the place to grab food. This place gets five stars from me based off of 1 experience with 1 employee. Nothing betted than cheap eats and friendly people! The girl who took my order clearly enjoys her job! By her shirt she was management and the receipt said Kitiara R. She took our order with a big smile the whole time and even suggested some of her favorites for us! As soon as she took our order, she turned right around and made it too! What?! She was even done with it quickly! The whole time drive thru was going just as quick as she was! If I knew their names, they would get a shout out too! I've eaten here a few times and the food is the standard Taco Bell menu, so there are no real surprises. The last time I visited was a drive-thru run and it was very slow. I had quite a wait. It was during lunch hour, but you expect quicker turnaround on your order thru a drive-thru. I go to taco bell quite often after work and there is usually the same woman working the window every time that I go through. Shes maybe mid to late 20s or early 30's. Always works nights. She never acknowledges your "thank you" or asks if you need sauce and usually just slams the window shut before you can even ask for anything. I usually just take this with a grain of salt because I too work in the food industry and understand that it can be tough. But tonight not only did all of the usual things happen, not only did I have to sit in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, the cheesy fiesta potatoes that I paid for tasted like straight chemicals. As if someone actually took some type of spray cleaner and doused my potatoes in it. I get these with nearly every meal so I knew instantly that something was wrong with them. But after about 2 min my mouth actually started stinging. So now I not only have the disgusting taste of cleaner in my mouth but I'm in actual discomfort from whatever the hell was in my food.
