Three customers had to wait for two of their staff to finish their break before they made our food. We waited 22 minutes for our food. The other side continue making food for drive-through only. This is wrong and unacceptable. I complained to the manager, but she didn't seem like it was an issue. Worst Taco Bell I've experienced! Any time I come here they always leave out food. I go inside to physically make an order on their kiosk so they can get it right for once yet they still lack the brain cells to do so. Serving portions have gotten way smaller. The freeze machine never works. Stale Doritos shells. Nachos fries cold. Tables are disgusting. I'm honestly convinced they just have the worst night shift team because I hardly have issues with the day shift. It's Taco Bell I know. I always use the drive thru but this is the one time I went inside...and it will be the last time. They don't take your order anymore on the inside. There's a register there, but they direct you immediately to the kiosk booth. An older couple in front of me were having a difficult time I felt bad for the couple as they struggled to try to place the order. I made sure they got some help, but I really did feel sorry for them. It's unfortunate that the person behind the counter was not willing to take their order. It's not like it was crowded. They were only two other people beside me and the other couple in the facility. And it wasn't like they were shortstaffed because there were minimum four people in the back so I don't get it. Ok, since the site and the app are not allowing me to send a message, here I go. And also, FB redirects you to Twitter for any issues, which, you still don't get a response. I need this to be addressed. I am very unhappy with my overall experience. The app allows you to initially start your complaint or whatever you're messaging them for, and this was one of the questions: What could we improve on? With this particular location, it would have to be All of the above! I placed an order using the mobile app, to save me time. I arrive to the location, 10 minutes after placing my order, honestly expecting that I'd have to wait a couple of minutes. No biggie. I was told the order wasn't ready. I was told that they haven't started it yet! I asked how much longer it would be until it was ready, and the answer was 'we work on the drive thru orders 1st and when we have time, we work on mobile orders!' I asked what the point was with ordering ahead if I'm still going to wait?! Obviously, I stand there waiting, when another employee comes walking by asking 'where's my fucking cook' to the cook. I couldn't believe the whole mess that I had to encounter. Just crazy! We finally get our food, 25 minutes after placing the order!!! Needless to say, some of our food was soggy (Mexican pizzas) by the time we get to eat, which is literally less than 10 minutes after receiving it. We had a taco, a burrito, and 1 large drink Missing! All the time they took to get our order together and it's not even correct! We came here because it was convenient and their happy hour drinKs are so good, their actually slushy. Walking in not a lot oF people was in there, tables was still available if you wanted to dine in. We order and there $5 boxes I guess changes and today they had cheesy Gordita box and the season fries one I think. Whatever it was , it wasn't something I wanted at that moment. Everyone ordered and it did not take long for us to get our meals. We order the nacho box , I think that was the name.. it's huge, you can feed at least 3 to 4 people depends on your hunger level.. The cashier was nice and did not mind asking the manager a question when my brother wanted to see if he can get a different $5 box then the one that is advertised at the moment. My suggestion came as a complete and utter surprise. He actually got excited for us to go on our weekly cheap date night. The nachos were alright. He had his famous bean and cheese burrito and we took the kids Nacho tacos, and bean burritos which they thought were delicious. The restaurant was clean, service friendly, and food was served fast.
