I ordered 2 Pacificos & 2 Mexican candy shots when he told me they can only sell the candy shots in 3's (doesn't make sense) but I get the up sale. However, I was told my bill was $36.96 when I gave him my credit card waiting to sign my receipt I noticed he also gave himself a $5 tip which I did not authorize. Horrible service from the start! Hints why this place was empty! Waiter sat me down and ask me what I'd like to drink, as I'm waiting for him to get back with my drink, the waiter was taking phone orders and hanging out with two other workers. I waited 10mins for my drink. After ordering and receiving my food, the waiter never came back to ask me if I needed anything or if I wanted another drink. The food was ok, not something I'd go out of my way to try or enjoy with anybody. The place was empty with no other guests (see video) and the waiter somehow disappeared. I had to get up and go to the take-out window to pay my bill. If you're looking for good food and good service, I'd definitely recommend the two other food spots in the same parking lot. read more

First time trying this place since we always pass by and we were in a mood for some tortas ahogadas. At first we were confused at the seating, it was kind of empty but we were promptly greeted & welcomed to chose our seating. We were given our drinks and some chips and salsa. We ordered the tortas and i ordered a taco de tripas to try, extra crunchy. Very good. The tortas are loaded with carnitas. You Can even order it mixed meats. Taco was super loaded. We were looking for food late at night and saw this place listed as open until 2am, so we thought we were going to a restaurant. At the door, they asked for ID and explained one side was a club and the other a restaurant. We sat down and ordered a sparkling water (Topo Chico), but the waitress instead brought us alcoholic drinks. She left to "get chips" and didn't return for a very long time. When she finally came back, the chips looked old and unappetizing. At that point, we decided to leave. It was our first time going. A party of 4. So it's a carnitas place but they don't serve them by the pound, no buche either. It was a Saturday and they only had food in the menu which was not a great selection. I wanted carnitas and buche by the pound to share with my group and it was a no no. They said those are only to go. The food was not that great. The green salsa was not spicy and the red one was just missing something. I had to tweak it and add salt and Lime so it would have flavor. The table salsa was much better than the 2 they give you for your food. We went for the drag show which was very good and we had lots of laughs and drinks. The Dj played very well and lots of dancing. I would go back but I won't order food, the chicharrónes were good and we thought it was the best part. We frequented this place for a couple of years when they first opened and frequently came in to purchase their excellent salsa to go. Things have changed a lot, they did updates to remove any inviting comfortable seating areas, making it more "club like" . The salsa we made a special drive to buy for our friends yesterday was like water. Called to speak to a manager to see if I could return it, the lady that answered the phone said there was no manager in that day. She did not speak English, I do not speak Spanish ( though I'm learning) do I opted not to make the trip out to return it. Very disappointing to see a good place with followers from as far as Joshua Tree CA makes changes that drive customers away. Should have a manger available on sight. read more

The family pack orders are only for take-out and cilantro and onion is extra charge. However, dine-in, you have to order by plate, (no family packs) and cilantro and onion are included. The ROMEOs picked Carnitas for lunch today. There were 8 of us. We were greeted with a quick explanation that they serve CARNITAS. Some birria, but mainly carnitas. You can have tacos, burritos, nachos or quesadillas. But they will be carnitas! They did also have tripas, chicharron and cueritos. I started with a michealada and had two tacos and a side of guacamole. I loved the red and green salsa and the cilantro and onions they brought to the table gratis. Others had nachos, burritos and one had birria tacos. Service was quick and good (we were the only guests), the size of the plates and the tacos are enough to share or to take home after. I am visiting here from a suggestion and will never come here again. The light skin waitress with the round face spoke to me in spanish the entire time without even trying to say english words. My friend translated for me at first but then noticed that she was getting frustrated that I wasn't responding to her in spanish. He noticed that if he wasn't there, she wouldnt have served me. I don't speak spanish. I'm asian. She came to our table 3 times to ask about the food and drinks but never asked me or even looked at me. She also didn't give me a fork and knife for my wet burrito. Racist waitress. We will never go here again and spread the word to the nearby army/airforce base about this place. I usually go to the location in Ontario but I realized the Moreno Valley location was on my way home. I decided to stop by and was surprised that they open at 8:00 am. I only go for two things only and that is their buche and carnitas. I buy them per pound and take them home and we make our own tacos at home. I haven't ate at their restaurant but their meat is so good. Nice flavor and I've never had any problems. Will definitely be back as it's on my way home and they open early. read more

He was excited for me to try it, I live in jurupa valley. The restaurant was empty except for my brother and his wife waiting for me. I ordered the queso birria tacos, the meat was great but I could barely see cheese. My brother ordered a wet burrito with three meats and no rice, that he has ordered before. The burrito came with alot of rice as a filler and hardly any meat, he was disappointed! He told the waitress that he ordered it with out rice and she act like she didn't know what he said. Then I asked if I could please have some water and she literally rolled her eyes at me and my brother said to me, "did she just roll her eyes at you" I said yes. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she was going to bring me my water and she left it on another table. I saw it and I was contemplating on whether I should go get it and the manager saw me and asked if everything was ok. I said yes because she saw him and picked up my water and brought it to me. Then I ordered carnitas to go because my brother said it came with everything, tortillas, salsa and cilantro with onion. When she gave it to me rudely, it was only carnitas and she said nothing came with it. So I asked if I could purchase it charged me $7.00 for only onion and salsa. I asked for my tortillas and she said I would have to pay for them. She was so rude and I told her I didn't want them anymore. Then I spoke to manager and he gave them to me. The carnitas bowl is very big, I believe it is actually enough for two people. The bowl has meat, beans and cheese with chips. The rice was very bland for my taste. The beans were good. The meat is good. The birria tacos are huge but needed a little more flavor for me.
