I visited the Newton Taco Bell on a Thursday around 2:00 p.m.to get a takeout order. I noticed everything seemed to be very clean & well kept,the posted sanitation grade 99.5 I was immediately greeted by a manager, she ask if I could please use the kiosks to order, because she was short-handed and didn't have a cashier at the moment. It took me less than 5 minutes to get my Grande Nacho Box and sweet tea. The nacho box was warm, looked really appetizing and tasted really good. The sweet tea was perfect. Before posting I looked at some of the previous reviews and was a little surprised,but based on my experience here today.I think this Taco Bell checked all the boxes, clean, friendly, fast and flavorful. What a great time! Went through the drive through and was immediately greeted. Proceeded to get our food and drinks and out of the drive through in under 45 seconds. The food was warm and delicious and the drinks were cold and refreshing. 10/10 Taco Bell read more

I've been to this Taco Bell quite a few times. I can literally count on 1 hand how many times they have made my order correct. Plus it's basically like they are trying to save money with their sauces because they ask me if I want some and then still don't even give me one pack. My DoorDash order today was an hour late because of them and my food is STILL incorrect! I've been in the food industry before and this is just poorly managed. Ordered 3 nacho tacos and a chicken caso and got to the window and was asked to drive around to number 1. With Noone in sight. So I don't get the point of that , it wasn't busy. They also ask if you need sauces and then don't put it in your bag. I also think if you charge so much for the chicken caso you should atleast put more then one small piece of chicken in the whole damn thing. I ordered a chicken case not a wrap of cheese and sauce. I went there after I had just got off of work to get food and I proceeded to go through the drive-through and they told me that the drive-through is broken through the speaker now you tell me how fucking drive-through is broken and then I go in there and we're waiting for 15 minutes before anyone notices that we had walked into the store while they are sitting in the kitchen talking about what they had for breakfast and shit and then I'll top of that ass I'm standing there waiting because no one has came to us yet I see a worker bring up their food in the drive through after they proceeded to tell me that the drive-through is broken and then I when someone finally talk to us they had an attitude about it so I left and I would not recommend the store to anybody read more

Best thing about this Taco Bell is purely location. Service isn't the best. In fact, you have to wait for service lately as their employees always seem to be doing other things. Most of the time your order is wrong if you request customization. Isn't clean on the inside either. Highly recommend other nearby locations over this one with its issues. read more

Worst taco bell ever!! I just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru, one employee was just walking around the dining room aimlessly with 12 cars full of people in line. I ordered 2 triple layer nachos, both of which were soggy nachos with just red sauce, and 2 tacos that were basically just shell and lettuce. Horrible. Went through the drive-thru, the guy at the window handed me the food but dropped it on the ground outside. He leaned out the drive thru window, picked it up and handed it to me expecting me to take it. The cheese was spilled out of the cup all into the bag. He said they would remake it all. One of the worst Taco Bells. Occasionally, they get it right. But for some reason, the chicken is always very dry and most things are under-sauced. It's a Taco Bell so of course the experience may not vary that much, but I would save my cravings for a different Taco Bell location. read more

If I could give -stars I would. I came here a week ago and spent over $20 on 2 grilled stuffed steak burrito combos. I received to cold burritos with I only beans in them. Nothing else. I was heading out of town so I didn't notice until I was too far away to go back. I tried to call the store all night. The phone was obviously off the hook. I went to website and left a comment. No response. This is the worst store. The manager was terrible when we did go to her finally with the situation. Said nothing could be done because we didn't have our receipt a week later. We happened to be in the area and thought maybe the manager would rectify the situation. We DID have proof of purchase by bank statement which easily could have been proven by ringing up what we ordered and seeing it was the same price as the charge. Nope. Sierra was rude and unhelpful do not eat here. They are nasty. The inside is never clean and younwill wait 10 minutes at least for your food if they even get it right read more

I always come to this Taco Bell but lately they have been slacking. I always get 3 soft tacos with sour cream & a small cup of water but recently when I went, they did not spread the sour cream like how they are supposed to , they put the sour cream at one end of the taco.
