The Birria taco also did not taste like Birria that I've had. This was more like beef roast on a taco with toppings. It wasn't bad and it wasn't good but it also didn't come with consume which was disappointing. The sides were rice and beans and while they were ok, I was expecting more flavor and authentic Mexican cheese instead of the plain shredded cheese on top. This was very, very Americanized Mexican food but I think they know their audience. Whatever you do, don't order a Margherita from here. I should've learned my lesson about Charleston area Mexican restaurants the last time I was in town but unfortunately I thought it was just the other restaurant down the block.
