07/01 10:54pm ticket says Natalie is the cashier, but it was a male employee (possibly named Natalie) when we pulled up to pay. When we first started ordering he was rushing us, and being rude about it. All our food was cold and missing 7 items. We would have checked before leaving, but knew it would just cause an issue, since he handed the bag with an attitude saying, "everything is there" when he heard me tell my wife to check the order. This was our first time with this type of behavior, and food quality. We come probably 2-3 times a week. It's a local spot open after leaving our families restaurant. We hope this will be addressed, as we know this can cause more issues for the business, if this behavior keeps repeating.

Off the 15 freeway , clean bathroom, clean dining area awesome friendly staff . One of the Staff greeted us with a smile and a hello as we walk in the door . Even though the cashier was assisting another customer, the young lady wish us a "have a great day and thank you for stopping by ". As we walk out the front door . I was impressed by the service we received.

Cantina taco with nothing in it.

Incomplete meal...terrible quality. Worst tacobell I've been to. Employees have 0 work ethic. Look at how they made my cantina taco

Probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever seen. All the staff was very friendly but I have to reiterate it was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants, I mean really just One of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been and that made me feel great. I don't mind having to wait a couple minutes if it means eating in the cleanest restaurant in town. I'm almost never in Norco and I almost never eat at Taco Bell but this Taco Bell knocks it out of the park!!

    Seriously? 3 Sauce Packets?

I'm so tired of crap service while demanding more wage, but not only that. It started with a bad attitude in the drive thru. When I worked fast food, I was taught the importance of customer service. It keeps customers coming back to your location. Without that, you cut your business down to sole convenience. Seriously the worst taco bell and that's sad because it's down the street from my house. Time and time again, the staff here is rude. Next time I'm craving taco bell, I'll be going the extra few miles to another location.

Alright, been here enough time to say my thoughts…read more Upon walking in I'm always greeted. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Their speciality is obviously tacos. It's always clean and well taken care of inside as well. Let's get to the food. My favorite here is the Al pastor. Seasoned and marinated to perfection. It's by far some of the best I've had in Cali. Never under or overcooked. It's just right! Asada. Again, marinated to perfection. Perfectly cooked. Never over cooked. The flavor is there. They've got a great salsa bar. Onion & cilantro Red and green salsa ( red is the best here ) Plenty of lemons They've even got grilled onions and jalapeños at the salsa bar. Overall would I recommend this place? Absolutely. The food and staff is great here. Th quality is excellent! Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. At least not with the asada or pastor. I have not tried the other things on the menu.

I was browsing while we were driving and saw they had a solid 5-star rating, so I convinced my husband to make a quick detour. Honestly, they deserve 10 stars! The food is incredible. My husband couldn't stop talking about how good it was the entire time he was eating. He went with the birria burrito and I tried the birria ramen (non-spicy). They do not skimp on the meat at all, and the flavor is just amazing. The burrito was huge and only $12, which is such a steal. Plus, the restaurant is spotless and the horchata is delicious. We're already planning to head back next week to try the tacos! Service so good! They deliver to our table. Casual ambiance

Went here for lunch because my sister had been wanting to try it for a while…read more Parking is a little weird because it's shared with a 7/11 convenience store and some spots are specifically reserved for 7/11. Still, I was able to find a spot quickly. Walking in, there's a sign that says "Wait to be seated", but when the waitress came out, she said we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose a booth by the window. I don't know how old this restaurant is, but I could tell that the booth we chose was really popular because the leather seats were so worn down that they had to patch some of the holes up. As soon as we were seated, we were immediately given menus, water, chips, and salsa. The salsa was really spicy, though, so as much as we love chips and salsa and would normally have finished it all off before our actual meal came, we could only eat half of it. Across from us was a big family of Latinos which for me was a good sign. After all, if they're Latino themselves, they could easily just make the same food at home, but if the food here was good enough for them to come here instead, then the food had to be decent. Since I'm vegetarian, I had to ask for them to not put meat in my enchilada, so the waitress just made it a cheese one. If you're vegetarian like me, there's not really much on the menu for us, but at least they're accommodating enough to leave the meat out if you ask. If you're vegan, you're really out of luck since it seems everything will have at least melted cheese on top. All of the food came out quickly and at the same time, which is appreciated since not all restaurants do that. In addition, the portions were big enough for us to eat most of it there, then be full enough to want to take the rest of it home, which makes up for the cost since it is a little expensive. Again, I don't know how old the restaurant is, but you could tell it's been aged through the years, like the paint is peeling off or splattered with what looked like salsa. Definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. On the other hand, if it's been around long enough to go through that kind of wear and tear, it's a testament to the loyalty of its customers. Plus, they do try to make it look nice with balloons, flowers, and flags. And they try to clean up the tables as soon as people are done eating. I just finished eating my leftovers and it tasted as good as it did when I ate it at the restaurant. So the food is good, the sizes, especially for the cost, are decent. Just know that the place is a little worn down, but the employees try their best to smile, be friendly, and quick to attend to your needs.
