This is the meal they messed up after asking for no onions. I called because it was like the 3rd time they had done this, they denied

So this place has messed up my order several times. I usually get my order to go and when I get home there's always an issue. Once I called them to let them know they messed up my order but no one spoke English, I got a translator and they told the translator they didn't mess up. Tonight when I ordered I was trying to eye the order as they made it so food didn't get wasted. I seen a similar order and reminded the cook to not put onions and he told me the order wasn't mine. I said sorry and stepped back. The man taking my order was laughing and told me to calm down. I mean it's not really funny when you're spending $15 for a meal that you aren't going to eat and have to be reminding them something that's on the paper. When it was my turn to get my food he decided to have conversations about me in Spanish to other customers and was laughing. My mood was turned off. I come here 1-2 times a week. I don't feel like being taunted because I don't speak Spanish. I told the man at the register I didn't appreciate what he was doing and also told him I won't be coming back. Going as far as making jokes about someone just trying to grab some food after a long day and just wants a right order for once is not okay. Now reading other comments the tall guy at the register is rude and clearly lacks proper customer service skills.

I've never pulled so many strands of hair out of my food. Definitely won't be coming back here again.

DEFINITELY WON'T BE TRYING THIS PLACE AGAIN. I was halfway through my burrito and I just pulled out four strands of hair out of my food. I think I'll just stick to my usual spot. The service is better and I don't have to worry about getting someone's hair in my food since they actually wear hair nets

I ordered a carne burrito tasty OK only pushback. It put more rice than meat. If the ratio was would be good customer service is good

The tacos were good, the service was fast and friendly and always have to have the soccer playing on TV for the ambiance lol. This is the place to come after leaving Mi Hacienda Night club for that quick fix before heading home.

Lunch time tacos! Definitely hit the spot! Delicious! Carne asada red and green salsa! Carrots delicious!

It had an oil leak!! Seriously!!

This was by far the worst burrito I ever had at that place. I love the staff but for some reason they love to mix the carne asada with all the bottom grease. I tell them not to do it and they still do it. I won't be buying burritos there anymore. That was the a last straw.

Hi, I ordered some food and it's got a big old hair in. It been trying to call and you guys don't pick up. We normally like this place but this is very disgusting.

    Cabeza burrito and cabeza tacos

Food was great my dad said the tacos were great also the prices are amazing customer service was on point couldn't be happier with my visit

I've been coming here for years and have always had good experience with the service and food. There is about 8 different types of meats so I normally get 8-10 tacos and a burrito. My favorite meats are the chorizo, asada, cabeza, and lengua. On Monday to Wednesday they close at 12am, but from Thursday to Sunday they close at 3am. Very few places opens this late so this place is one of my go to places especially late at night. The staff there are very friendly. I've never had an issue. The store itself isn't too big, but has a lot of seats and tables.

Still, I was able to find a spot quickly. Walking in, there's a sign that says "Wait to be seated", but when the waitress came out, she said we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose a booth by the window. I don't know how old this restaurant is, but I could tell that the booth we chose was really popular because the leather seats were so worn down that they had to patch some of the holes up. As soon as we were seated, we were immediately given menus, water, chips, and salsa. The salsa was really spicy, though, so as much as we love chips and salsa and would normally have finished it all off before our actual meal came, we could only eat half of it. Across from us was a big family of Latinos which for me was a good sign. After all, if they're Latino themselves, they could easily just make the same food at home, but if the food here was good enough for them to come here instead, then the food had to be decent. Since I'm vegetarian, I had to ask for them to not put meat in my enchilada, so the waitress just made it a cheese one. If you're vegetarian like me, there's not really much on the menu for us, but at least they're accommodating enough to leave the meat out if you ask. If you're vegan, you're really out of luck since it seems everything will have at least melted cheese on top. All of the food came out quickly and at the same time, which is appreciated since not all restaurants do that. In addition, the portions were big enough for us to eat most of it there, then be full enough to want to take the rest of it home, which makes up for the cost since it is a little expensive. Again, I don't know how old the restaurant is, but you could tell it's been aged through the years, like the paint is peeling off or splattered with what looked like salsa. Definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. On the other hand, if it's been around long enough to go through that kind of wear and tear, it's a testament to the loyalty of its customers. Plus, they do try to make it look nice with balloons, flowers, and flags. And they try to clean up the tables as soon as people are done eating. I just finished eating my leftovers and it tasted as good as it did when I ate it at the restaurant. So the food is good, the sizes, especially for the cost, are decent. Just know that the place is a little worn down, but the employees try their best to smile, be friendly, and quick to attend to your needs.

So when I…read morewas out hunting for a nail salon and spotted this gloriously authentic-looking location, I knew she'd absolutely plotz. Naturally, I turned it into a Friday‑afternoon surprise after running the kind of errands that make adulthood feel like a sport. From the moment we walked up, the place had us at hello: outdoor dining with its own bar, vibrant murals, Mexican décor for days, and that classic mission‑style ambiance that screams you're about to eat well. It was a whole vibe. Now, the hostess... bless her heart. She greeted us with the enthusiasm of someone being forced to work on a holiday, which was not exactly the warm welcome we hoped for. But then Angela, our waitress and resident ray of sunshine, swooped in and saved the day. She recommended the flauta, which arrived with a level of spice my taste buds immediately filed a complaint about. Angela didn't miss a beat and had the kitchen remake it to suit my bland little palate. Overall, it was a genuinely great experience, and we'll definitely be stopping by again. This was our family's first time dining at Rodrigo's, and we chose the restaurant to celebrate my nephew's 20th birthday. Unfortunately, the service we received from our server, Christina V., was disappointing and took away from what we hoped would be a special experience. When I asked Christina if the restaurant did anything for birthdays, she simply replied, "Just flan," and walked away. She never asked whose birthday it was, whether we would like the flan, or if I wanted her to put in a birthday request. I was surprised by the lack of interest or effort, especially since I was clearly asking because we were celebrating someone at our table. Throughout our meal, Christina was not very welcoming, engaging, or hospitable. At times, it honestly felt as though our table was a nuisance or that she had some sort of issue with us. We weren't expecting anything extravagant, just friendly service and a little acknowledgment that we were there celebrating a special occasion. Despite our experience, we still left Christina a 20% tip because we believe in tipping our servers. However, we left disappointed by her attitude and lack of effort in helping make my nephew's birthday lunch feel even a little special. The food may bring people into a restaurant, but the service is a big part of what makes families want to return. Unfortunately, for our first visit to Rodrigo's, the hospitality was lacking, and that was disappointing.
