We usually don't stop by this TB but, it was on our way home. On September 6th at 8:25pm, this wonderul Lady at the window was so fun and upbeat. She made us feel special and we are welcomed here. To the girl working the drive thru window yesterday, 09/08, thank you for your kindness and patience with me! I ride a motorcycle so people get frustrated and impatient with me in the drive thrus at times but she did not. She was so thoughtful! She put my drinks in a cup holder and then in a bag with my food so it was sealed and easily put in my backpack. Out of all the locations I've been to and experienced I've had, hers stood out and I hope to see her again. Kindness is taken for granted nowadays so thank you again for going out of your way to look out for your customers! If you have the choice, stop in at this location. We made an mobile order pretty late at night. Waited about ten minutes for them to come out and tell us our order wasn't popping up, and told us to cancel it and reorder it. So we did Another ten minutes past. Worker comes out and says she just realized that mobile orders turn off at 12am. Second, the drive through line was jacked so I figured I'd go inside and that might be quicker, boy was that wrong!! I stood at the counter and waited for someone to feel like they wanted to help, then I was told I had to order using the kiosk, if I wanted to use the kiosk I would have stopped at it when I walked past it.... The kiosk didn't have all of their offerings so I wasn't able to order what I wanted. Then in order to get a receipt I had to give them either my phone number or my email address or you do t get one. Went through this Taco Bell last night at about 1:30/ 2am.. ordered 2 Beef supreme chalupa's & 1 order of donuts holes. Got home which is right around the corner went to eat a taco & it was so cold and the bread was stale... meat was cold I should have just ordered a frozen taco .. food was uneatable. Which was crazy because we waited and the lil blk girl working the window was so polite... I wouldn't order food from here ever again. Fast food should be fresh period. That taco tasted like it had been sitting out all day with some fresh lettuce put on it to make it look just freshly cooked. Yuck graveyard cook sucked. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. I come here after work like every other day cause it's the only place open that late besides McDonald's. An employee named Collin (hope I spelled it right) is a shining example of a model employee. Friendly, fast, and always smiling. Informative when asked questions and very engaging in conversation without wasting any time or letting a line build up. I'm VERY surprised this location has such a low rating. He must be new. Every fast food/customer service place needs 2-3 Collins. read more

Very poor and slow service. 15 minutes for our order with no one ahead of me inside and only 2 cars in drive thru. Had 1 employee dancing around in the back and the other 3 in the back just talking and barely moving. Then get home with my food the tortilla chips in my nacho bell grade and chips with guacamole are stale. Very surprised at all this because we frequent this location often and have never had this problem.
