we went in to sit down and the place was clean. I was having a bad week and a little out of it, the employee was really kind and gave my kids an extra free drink and churro dessert it was a really nice gesture. Finally, a Taco Bell in North Port that gets the order right and hot. Went here this afternoon to finally give the new location a try. Hit up the drive thru and there was only one car in front of us. The employee taking orders and working the window was friendly, polite and attentive. She got the order right, which is a first in forever. The food was made to order and correct. The only suggestion would be that you should be asked if you want any sauce packets in drive thru. She didn't ask and we didn't think of it until we got home. But the food had good proportion of meat to taco and cheese ratio and they didn't overload the tacos with lettuce like most locations do to make up for skimping on the meat. This one didn't need that as the meat was plentiful. So grateful for this location so close to home and such great service. Hope it stays that way. I no longer have to drive the 15 minutes to another town to get my Taco Bell fix. read more

Overall this Taco Bell is pretty on point. The employees are always really nice, and usually the food comes out pretty quick. I did have one experience where unfortunately I was given chicken quesadillas instead of cheese. Sad as I couldn't eat them since I really don't eat meat. Only noticed when I got home and didn't want to drive back again. Good service though and when the food is correct, it's good. 4/5 read more

Never disappointed with this Taco Bell. The employees are very nice and always on their game. It's the same service too any time of the day. Food was hot and steamy and there is sometimes a line, but you barely have to wait which I love. The managers are the real stars of the show. They're all sweet and friendly with the customers. Tried this place a second time, ordering 2 Soft Taco Supremes with added jalapeños, guacamole, and seasoned rice, as well as a Nacho Fries Box. We found precisely one tiny bit of tomato in one of the Soft Taco Supremes and very little of our additions. The photo I posted of the untouched product we received doesn't even resemble the photos for a Soft Taco Supreme posted on the Taco Bell online ordering pages. As for the Nacho Fries Box, the small cardboard sleeve had very few short fries in it and the Nacho Cheese Dorito Loco Taco was skimpy on fillings and very brittle, so the taco shell crumbled in my hand while I was trying to eat it. The 5 Layer Beefy Burrito in the box was mainly layers tortilla, not fillings, and definitely not "beefy," as evidenced by the photo I posted. I dislike posting photos like these, but they do reflect reality and not the glorious fantasy presented on the company's website. We certainly won't go back to give them a third chance. At this particular TB location they put your items in a bag, fold it, and seal it with a sticker and tell you everything is in there, but at this place you have to thoroughly check your items by unwrapping each and every item to make sure they got your order right.
