The birria tacos were also pretty delicious a little soggy but that's to be expected with how much cheese they put, with big chucks of meat. The horchata reminded me of a churro from Disneyland. It was so refreshing and not too sweet...absolutely perfect! We really wanted to get dessert but were stuffed by the end of our meal. She gave me some chips and delicious salsa as I waited for my order. I ordered 3 tacos (tinga, carnitas, asada) and rice. The asada probably was my favorite of all the meats. Not that the others were good, I was probably feeling asada more today. The meat for all was tender and well seasoned. Rice was good too. This spot isn't too big on the inside, but has seating. Relative to staff and facility, this appears to be a small family run business where the restaurant itself is located in a small strip mall at the corner of Franklin and Square Lake Rd with an equally small footprint for the restaurant. This is a very unpretentious business (think hole in a wall but in a nice way) with a limited number of dining tables and small staff.
