Messy drink station, messed up order, one of the workers was on their phone with the volume full

Horrible service, food came out cold and missing half our order. Ordered sauce packets and sauces on the side and not one single sauce came in our order all the workers who are kids don't do anutbing and are talking to their friends or on their phone. All of my food was cold and just not good. It was very stale and not fresh whatsoever. The lady at the window says it was my fault that the food was cold 2 MINUTES AFTER she handed it to me. Not sure that adds up as my bag was rolled up and the heat should have at least stayed in the food at the bottom of the bag, which it didn't. When I politely asked for a replacement of 2 of the items, she declined and I just ended paying for the replacements because I don't have the time to deal with excuses. Proper service and food quality should be the #1 guarantee for customers. The way that this store presents itself is terrible. It is not clean at all either. I hate this Taco Bell. I will NEVER be coming back here. read more

I love Taco Bell!! I wish that they didn't mess up vegan orders 95% of the time and then have an attitude. I frequently regret the 8 min drive back to attempt to get it corrected so I don't sh*t myself inside out or skip the meal. Free food vouchers are just another opportunity to get violently ill. Food was fine. It was the service that was horrible. Went through drive through. Guy on the headset side sounded like we were inconveniencing him. Had to repeat a couple of things because he apparently wasn't listening or something. When we pulled up to the window to pay, he had his head buried in his cell phone. Kept it there for three minutes before even acknowledging we were there, then he acted pissed off that he had to deal with us. Two different times after that he buried himself on his cell phone, and he appeared angry each time he was on it. There was never a smile, not much verbal communication at all, no thank you, no "can I get you anything else?" Just a scowl on his face. We were ordering food to go as we were leaving town. A couple of the menu items we ordered required a fork. Guess what there wasn't in the sack? As well as napkins. No napkins. So the food that required a fork didn't get eaten, and since we were on a three hour road trip, it got thrown away since it had to sit in the sack that long. I understand people have personal lives to deal with, but ask to take a break and deal with your personal stuff then, not when you're supposed to be paying attention to the job that puts money in your pocket. read more

Wow, such a nice new building but such horrible service. The food was super slow to come out, Luke warm at best, and somehow they don't have large cups. How on earth does a fast food restaurant run out of large cups when it's the drink rung up on every order? We ordered and no one said - "hey by the way we are out of large cups". We asked for the manager and he said he didn't have time to talk to us. We asked again and finally he came to the counter and offered 2 medium cups. What on earth am I going to do with 2 cups per person? We are charged for items we don't receive and they don't /can't offer a refund. The employees I encountered at this new TB were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I'm not a big fan of breakfast, so I like that you can order lunch items starting at 9 AM. The food was typical TB and was served up quickly, and with a smile. The dining area had the usual upbeat contemporary background music. Nice! read more

Slowest drive-thru on the planet. This is not a one time experience. We stopped visiting this location in 2018 due to slowness of their drive thru. Decided to give it a try a year later. Didn't think it was possible, but it has gotten worse. We could've driven to the Taco Bell 5 miles away, received our food and been home with full bellies by the time we reached the window here. Went back today. Had to leave after waiting 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Lots of people making food, don't know who they were making it for though as there was nobody taking orders. What a spiffy new Taco Bell. Love the look of the building. Came the first week it was open and they had the typical issues of being slow. But now they've hit their stride and getting in/out is a breeze. Props to Taco Bell for putting a bunch of new stuff on the menu, including the new naked chicken chips (these things are pure crack...like I'll probably be buying 3 dozen for a small gathering tonight). Oddly enough, they've got a pretty good breakfast. The customizable breakfast crunchwrap is a seriously guilty pleasure. And don't even get me started on the Cinnabon delights. They aren't light, but they are a fantastic dessert. Taco Bell + this location are straight quality at an affordable price. read more

Let me start by saying I try to not have high expectations of fast food. Went to this new Taco Bell today for a Crunch Wrap Supreme (no meat and no tomatoes) and a simple cheese quesadilla. Took a little longer than I expected for the lunch hour, but not a big deal. Got my meal home....the crunch wrap tortilla was the DRIEST tortilla I've ever seen. I got past it. Went in for the cheese quesadilla, and it had this weird "fried" chicken on it....every vegetarians dream, right? I love Taco Bell. This is a very nice new restaurant, has great food, friendly staff, and a good location. The only problem is that they are so slow. I don't mind too much since I always get good quality food, and have always gotten my correct order, and usually am alone. But, when I am in the van with toddlers, who usually decide that they have to pee right after I order, it seems like an eternity. So, if you are not looking for FAST, this is a great place to go! read more

So disappointed in this location. Sometimes I've been stuck in the drive thru for a good 30-45 minutes when there was maybe 1 car ahead of me and 2 customers inside. I have worked in fast food. I have worked a drive thru. At a place where things had to go through ovens. And we never took that long even during a bad weekend rush. She handled the issue as it should have been in the first place. Very slow service and poor attitudes. When you pull up to the window to pay the employee should know you're trying to pay instead of asking how he can help me. Counter chick, black lips, witch outfit, cheerful, singing ever so lightly, but in tune. She smiles as she talks, takes our order quick and correct read back. Grab a Pepsi, little ice. Aunt Wilma always said Little Ice, more pop. Anyway, the crew of 7 was banging out orders quick and correct judged by how customers were happily served. The tostato was piled high, lettuce was fresh, cheese was smooth with flavor. The shell was crispy, the beans and cheese made a great meal. The Pepsi was just right. this is a newer store, the employees are nice and if not busy will answer u questions,the food is taco bell, the parking lot is small and location is not easy to get to but they always have a drive thru line long,the building is smaller than most but it does the work, I go for the $1.00 menu that way I don't get over stuff eating the food, this corner is very busy with traffic and if I see them busy inside I will not wait in line read more

Every single time i come into this taco bell i ask for a shredded chicken mini quesadilla, with no sauce and a beef quesarito, with no nacho cheese because im allergic. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They put extra sauce in my mini quesadilla and then fold it like a burrito. And also they put nacho cheese in my quesarito. I work at taco bell and i am extremely disappointed that this is how taco bell serves there customers. We do not fold our mini quesaritos like burritos we fold them like quesadillas. And this evening, I tried out the "order online and pick up in store". The worst ever!!! When I got there, They had no record of my order number. The lady wanted me to pay again even though I paid already!! If I didn't show them my email confirmation, I would have been screwed! They probably gave away my food and tried to make it my fault.
