It was one of the coughs that come from down deep. At first I thought it was coming from a customer because he was sitting at a table, this guy is extremely large and the cough continued while he was sitting, mind you know one was wearing masks. I've read dozens of bad reviews on this restaurant but I choose to try for myself. We don't have many options for dining on the ridge, and this is the only fast food available to us. Unfortunately, I found the reports to be accurate. My order (3 crunchy tacos) was barely wrapped and ended up as a pile of ingredients at the bottom of the bag. Yes, yes and yes! My daughter and I stopped here after a very depressing day looking at our property and use to be our home before the horrible November 8, 2018 fires took everything we owned away. Needless to say, we were not in the best of moods. I rarely go to fast food restaurant, even more so I rarely go to Taco Bell. It's just not one of my favorite places but we were starving. Let me say, we definitely went to the right place that day. I'll review in order of greatness, leaving the best for last this time. Cleanliness - 5 stars. I have never seen a Taco Bell more clean than this one, including the restrooms. Food - 5 stars. Everything was made exactly as we asked it to be and it was hot and fresh. Nothing was missing from our to-go order and everything was wrapped perfectly. Service - off the chart fabulous service from Casey! Five stars isn't even enough for Casey! It couldn't get any better whether it's fast food or a five star gourmet restaurant. Let me say, this young lady was PHENOMENAL! Keep in mind, we were in pretty depressed and upset moods and Casey knocked it outta the ballpark with her friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. Taco Bell, take note of her because it doesn't get any better. She is a asset to your company. Treat her well because you don't want to lose her. She's management material for sure! This town's coveted Taco Bell is back. It is a very popular place as shown by the ten-plus car line for the drive through. It even caused traffic jams into the streets. You get what you expect from a newly-remodeled location. Food and look is consistent. What you don't get is a pleasant environment inside. The music is blaring. There are so many different machines beeping from the kitchen there there was barely more than 30 seconds I didn't hear beeping. The man is yelling out numbers. The ceiling does look to be noise dampening but it doesn't seem to help. If you want a run for the border, avoid eating inside, either take away or drive through but expect a long wait. read more

FIrst of all, no one should rate Taco Bell low because of the food. You know what to expect when you go to a place like Taco Bell, so bagging on the food makes no sense! My low review is for this location sINCREDIBLY long and incredibly slow drive thru lines, the appearance of the inside of the restaurant and the appearance and behavior of the employees. Overall, I often go in to get my food to go because the drive thru is slow and it's actually a lot faster; though seeing the relatively dirty dining room and seeming lack of proper training of the employees when going in there is a little tough. I will say, they used to screw up my order 75% of the time, whether it be missing items or ingredients I asked to go without still being there. At least for my orders though, they haven't been missing the mark lately. Overall it's a below average Taco Bell altogether I'm afraid. I don't think it's ever made me sick though ;D read more

This the worst Taco Bell in butte county.. breakfast crunch wraps seem to use yesterday's overly crunchy stale hash browns, so dry it's like chewing on bits of hard candy. Worse Taco Bell ever! I always order bean burritos with extra onion and add sour cream and out of ten times I went there I got sour cream once and extra onion once. One time they didn't give me a burrito I paid for. The food is usually fine, but ever since they reopened after renovating, it takes AT LEAST 20-35 minutes to get through the drive-thru. The wait time is so long because it's short staffed because he can't keep people working for him because he is beyond mean! I wish more of the public other than myself could witness his behavior. I just went to this Taco Bell and ordered a supreme party pack. Your website says that this should be $16.49 I was charged $25 for this! When I spoke to the manager he said that it was because they don't have a button to plug it in that way. So they charged me $14.99 for the regular party pack and then charged me extra tomatoes and extra sour cream for 12 tacos! They wouldn't honor the online website. This is fraud. Tasty and quick service for classic Taco Bell Tacos and burritos.Not the greatest Mexican food out there, but it satisfied hunger after we had stayed out too late doing other things before we realized that not only were we getting tired, we were feeling rather hungry.
