The managers are very kind when I go in to pick up my order. I have yet to have a problem where any of my food is missing. It's very clean and a nice space. A big plus is they actually give you a box when you get the cravings BOX. Other Taco Bells around here I've gone to don't even have boxes. Overall everything is always good. Typical Taco Bell , even the new one on 310 the same way , always forgetting something in your order also even not bothering reading the receipt when you order things like guacamole to be added to a burrito and still charging you for it even asking them for mild/hot sauce twice, and still never even putting it in a bag . And definitely don't bother ordering a mexican pizza anymore either if you're ordering anything else because it'll be thrown at the bottom of the bag and smashed up since they'll throw everything else on top of it and most of it will be broken up and stuck to the top of the cardboard box to where you have to scrape it off just to eat it . I I guess that's why they have the nickname Taco H-ll for i'm almost surprised they're still even in business with most of their locations around the country having a 1 to 2 star reviews . read more

Pulled up to the window today, and was treated rudely and poorly. Poor customer service to be asked, and I quote, "what do you want." I'd also like to add that I typically order the same cheese quesadilla, no creamy jalapeño sauce as I dislike the taste of it. I order the same thing today and while I was eating it, I tasted the sauce. I then go to open it and it almost seemed like someone had put it on then wiped it off, still using the same tortilla. What if I had an allergy?? I've been here several times and typically everyone is nice. The girl who took my order today was not. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They're great at lunch time but if it's after 7pm don't even waste your time. I put a mobile order in, got there to pick it up, 13 cars in the drive through, staff helping at a snails pace, I get to the speaker finally and I have been waiting for 30 minutes at this point. As SOON as it hits 10:00pm "sorry we're only helping DoorDash orders." They waited until 10 to tell me that. I feel bad for the 8 cars behind me that have to wait 45 minutes to hear the same thing. I'm a regular at this Taco Bell and the amount of times they've gotten my order wrong is just freaking insane, just today I went to try the new cheesy dipping burritos, get 4 orders of them for 20 bucks, they proceed to give me 2 of them. Then when I had to drive 10 mins back to the Taco Bell for them to fix my order they proceeded to literally give me one more order of these things knowing i specifically said im missing 2 orders of them. read more

This might be the worst quality of food I've received from taco bell in some time. I had a fairly large order that was stale and just awful. The chips ordered were all crumbs, something leaked all over inside the bag. The nacho cheese lid was not on at all yet somehow didn't get all over the place. The chili cheese burritos were hard and had very little filling. They forgot my $4 dollar lava burrito. All the tacos were soggy and were inedible. They wrap almost everything in thevsame paper so its a crap shoot when you reach in the bag to get what you ordered. I've had bad experiences both times going to this location and will never return. Taco bell needs to raise their pay so you can get some teens in there who actually care about giving quality service. $33 is what I paid for garbage. read more

I love going to this location for the entertainment factor. Where else can you go in Pataskala late at night and screw with stoned teenagers? Yes it takes forever in the drive through. Yes they get my order wrong but I rarely pay for it. I mess with them just enough to not be a total dick but convince them I already paid or they forgot such and such. My daughter went to school with half the staff. She's says they are just potheads but harmless. Food is hot. Tastes like it supposed to and not once have I had a dime bag put in my bag by the kid dealing weed through the drive through. 5 stars read more

I don't know if it's something in the water. But every fast food place in this town is trash. Taco Bell here is the lowest of the low. They always say their system is down. AMAZING customer service. Came back to return my order cause things were missing, so I just asked for my food to be remade, and I'd return the first order. I did not have a receipt but I had the same card I had used to pay. There seemed to be two woman managers that were so sweet and remade meal with no hesitation and even said I could keep my first order of food as an extra perk and offered me a free drink, which I decline but was very thankful. I get off late from work, so I just wanna grab something fast but it seems every time I go through the drive-thru I never get a chance to get served because of something wrong with maintenance, computer, etc. The employees are normally just sitting outside so not sure. Considering this is fast food, the food is excellent, the grounds are very clean and the service is far beyond the other fast food restaurants. Highly recommend. read more
