After ordering a delivery from this restaurant, it took over two hours to receive. This is not to the fault of the delivery driver as he was told it had been two hours since the order was placed when he arrived at the restaurant. After calling the restaurant as a customer, I was told it was "not their problem." Our order had been sitting for two hours, and they did not even offer to remake it after it had been sitting. They have discontinued the TACO Salad, but replaced it with 'Bowls'! Which I highly recommend. I had the Steak Bowl...with the Diablo sauce (hot) VERY fresh and VERY good Hot steak (very generous amount), and black beans smothered in lettuce, cheese. Sour cream. Ordered food for me and my fiancé in the drive thru (as that's all that was open), I watched the girl at the window check my bag for my items and she handed it to me without a word. One of my orders was missing so I went back and after waiting through 6 cars ordering, I no longer wanted it. I asked the woman at the window for a refund, she didn't say a word to me, handed me 3 dollars and slammed the window in my face. Our exchange only got worse from there, but I was astounded at how rude this woman was. I assume she's the manager. It ended with me demanding a full refund and their food was left on the ground outside the drive thru. I've never been so disgusted and upset with how I've been treated. This location is always hit or miss. I don't always get a craving for Taco Bell but when I do I expect the employees to be at least halfway proficient. I'd say that the service is bad and they screw something up at least half of the time. Given that employees are different every time I go I blame bad management. I pulled in to get me a taco and they are closed but the website says open untill 10pm

Went through the drive thru at 9:03 pm. Saw a sign that said "Due to maintenance issues we will be closing at 10 pm." It was an hour before they closed and someone had just went through the line before I did; I clearly saw them at the window. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one bothered to come on the speaker and say we are closed or anything. Looked their number up and called them and asked if their drive thru was still open. "No, we're closed." I told them I had been sitting there for over 15 minutes now and that the sign said 10pm and it was only 9:20. Their reply? "We have maintenance issues." I proceeded to tell them that they needed to change their sign on the drive thru then because that was false advertisement. I love Taco Bell; however, I was HIGHLY disappointed in this establishment. I work in a restaurant as well, so I know that customer service should ALWAYS come first. If they would pay more attention to their customers instead of whatever else they are doing back there, this place would be 10x better. read more

I was ignored at the drivethru window for over ten minutes, (I arrived around 11:20 pm, they are supposed to be open till 12, waited to order for almost ten min) after making eye contact with the "employee" (probably a manager) that was working & he/she continued to ignored me & I drove up to the window & he/she acted as if I wasn't there ..didn't stop to say hey sorry we are closing early, or we're lazy and shutting down the store ..just walked back in forth in plain sight! This is not the first time they have "closed early" for no apparent reason & if there if a reason they should have the respect to tell the customer!! I'm done with this place, the food is poor put together & there is only one manager that even does her job here & that's Shelby, she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and comes out ina timely manner!! This is sad though!! ***update*** I'm home now but they called the COPS!! Yes, the COPS, they didn't want to work or tell me they were closing early for some unknown reason & THREE SUV police cars pulled infront of me and another car in the drive thru, they were questioning the other car & when I asked if they were already closed the cop said yes and that they received a call about a car sitting there forever ...yeah it's because you were supposed to be open and chose to be rude and ignore every customer (three other cars pulled through just while I was there & none were served) read more
