Ordered online 5 items. My daughter picked up our order and drove home. When she got home, she opened the bag and realized they did not give her her food. I called the store and spoke to the Manager, Willie. He told me to come back up and they would fix the problem. My daughter had just gotten off work and she was hungry so she agreed to go back up. She even took the original receipt and told them what she was missing. They made it hot and fresh and handed her the bag and said sorry. She gets back home and opened the bag only to find out that they again screwed up the order. So the first time, they didn't even make her burrito and the second time they made the wrong burrito. Taco Bell run on the way home. The Taco Bell is Right off the interstate, so it's pretty convenient. It has easy access back to the interstate so if you are looking to stop fast for some Tacos this is your stop. The staff was nice. I ordered a 5 layer cheesy burrito add lettuce and that's what I got. Giving 4 stars because it did take a while to get our food, more than a normal Taco Bell line. read more

My dine-in mid-afternoon order was ready just three minutes after I ordered. The food was as expected, but with less meat and more toppings. The dining area was fairly new, but still dirty from the noon rush, and the trash containers outside were overflowing. Horrible service! The owner needs to fire the lazy help and hire someone that will actually do their job and wait on customers! Several times I have shown up during lunch or dinner hours and they are closed. Today at 11:30 am they don't even answer the drive thru speaker or window. At least five cars in line but still won't answer. After 5 minutes I pull up to window and still won't come to window. I start to leave and notice two rather large black females in Taco Bell uniforms sitting at the counter eating. They look through the glass and shake their heads no! Still don't tell anyone anything. I'm never a Karen and have never wrote a bad review I don't know if they are short staffed or what but this Taco Bell is always closed. When they are open the staff is rude and unprofessional and they always mess up my order. One time they messed it up so I went back through and they said they were closed so I just asked for a quick remake or refund and they said I would have to come back tomorrow because they shut everything down within the 5 minutes it took me to realize my order was wrong and sit through the drive thru again. Horrible. 4 out of 5 times order is wrong. Card machine not working ( so cash only), steamer not working, order has been wrong last 4 out of times ( correct on screen.. but made incorrectly), price on outside menu does not match price you are charged ( price higher then on menu). This Taco Bell is always closed. Cars are there and staff is sitting in the lounge area. Went thru the drive thru at 8:45 a.m. ( 06/02/22)and the staff gets on the intercom and say "we are closed." Horrible place and full of lazy employees. I used to go there often, but lately they are always closed. They will be closed during the breakfast rush and the lunch rush. I will see the staff eating or sitting in the customer area and vehicles back up in the drive thru and they will just wave you on, shake their heads, or just say we are closed. I'm not sure why Taco Bell pays them just to sit in there and eat and not take any orders. This place has a lot of problems, and they are loosing a lot of business. It comes down to the lazy employees and if I could tell you who they are I would. It's never really a pleasant experience. Maybe a handful of times where there was actually someone with good customer service to deal with. But almost every time I go there's always food missing. Order three extra tacos and you only get the 1 that comes with your meal and maybe an extra if they remember. If you can avoid coming to this one. You'd be better off going to KC. Very slow for fast food and the person taking our order was rude. She acted like she was in pain to be at work. There are a lot of people out of work during Covid you should be thankful. I will not go here ever again. Call to speak to the manager and the employee (same employee) who took our order pretended to be a manager and dismissed me over the phone. Hey, give this place another try. I stopped going here a few years ago bc the food was awful and the employees were...well, enough said. Now, the restaurant is clean. The employees are friendly and professional and best of all a HUGE improvement on their food. Imbibing 5 stars not bc I love TB but bc someone, I strongly suspect a great manager, has turned this place around. Plus, you've got to love their college program for employees. Again we gave another chance to them. Well they failed us once again. First off they gave is chicken on everything we ordered beef. The manager I spoke too was nice enough to replace our entire order but then they did not even replace it correct, we got 1/2 our order that was to be replaced and then they added tomato to everything we asked not to have tomato on, is this a joke on us?? I'm sorry but how hard is it to read a receipt? I even made notes and circled what we needed.....Can we please get a Taco Bueno for real? This place is horrible. Never going back after this one. They are either NOT giving you all your food or NOT making the food correctly or both. If I was you I would go to Barry Rd or St Joe for Taco Bell. I have never had an issue with this location. Great fast service. I really like that you can ask what boxes they have available and they don't give you an attitude. Unlike other taco bells who forget that not everything is listed on the drive thru menu. Added bonus, they serve Pizza Hut pizza too! read more

When we were ordering on the new touchscreens there was an employee fight and left the atmosphere very tense. It then took 45 mins to receive our order. There was 3 orders in front of ours. Absolutely no reason for Taco Bell to take 45 minutes and then our food was not even hot. Employees were not able to give updates on our food. Very poor experience. The drive through was not busy and the inside dinning was very busy. 45 minutes at a fast food joint is way to long to wait for an order for 2 people. read more

We've had incorrect orders there more times than they are right. It's usually correct on the receipt but never made right in the back. The employees are rarely apologetic and never offer anything for having to make the drive back.
