Our waitress disappeared shortly after taking our order and, from what we were told, left to get herself a Red Bull. Meanwhile, my husband and kids waited about 10 minutes before they even got their drinks, and we were rarely checked on after that. The food wasn't much better. The steak was extremely tough and difficult to eat, especially for the price. Because service is a big part of the dining experience, we chose not to leave a tip. We believe tips are earned through good service, and unfortunately, we didn't receive that. As we were leaving, our waitress asked if something was wrong. My husband is an honest person, especially when someone asks directly, so he politely explained our experience. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, she yelled, "Well, don't come back!" We had already decided we wouldn't be returning, but that response confirmed we made the right decision. Everyone has bad days, and we understand that. However, poor service followed by an unprofessional reaction to honest feedback is not acceptable. Sadly, we won't be back.

The salsa that came out was delicious and fresh; same with the chips. Best salsa and queso in the enchilada that I have ever had. The shredded beef was tender beef cubes with an amazing flavor. My new go to spot for Mexican food!
