Interesting choices of good and tasty food. You order at a counter and tge food arrives fast. Ample indoor seating for 212. Indoor music. Recommended.

My wife found this place online and we stopped here for dinner before going to music theater upstairs. The girl who took our order, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. My wife got the chicken sandwich and ordered it mild heat level and she loved it. I ordered the double cheeseburger without the sauce and it was delicious once I put some mustard on it. The fries with the seasoning were very good, though they cooled off quickly, as fries sometimes do. We both agreed that we would be happy to return to Unforked and eat here again.

Good: The ability to order/pay online and schedule pickup for a later time. The second time I came to the restaurant, ordered in person, and was given a buzzer until it was ready. The GOAT taco was good. Mixed: The grain bowl is a hot dish, which I hadn't expected, especially as I was planning to eat it slightly later. Nevertheless, I liked the variety of tastes and textures. Bad: The Korean rib taco was too wet to eat easily. Despite having the lettuce wrap and the foil package, a large stream of juice escaped onto my lap, and there was still some juice at the bottom.

    My non-mango mango smoothie.

This Unforked is inside the Crown Center convention hallways that link several nearby hotels (Sheraton, Westin), so if you stay at one of these, you'll probably walk by Unforked. Keep walking! You'll get better food at several other options down the hall! This spot charges $5-$7 for a single taco! I ordered one plus the sweet potato fries and a mango smoothie: the taco was ok, the fries bordered on inedible (raw in spots), and the smoothie tasted nothing like mango--I ended up throwing out more than half. Avoid.

Looks like a sit down place but doesn't have wait staff. You need to order, pay, and then you get a buzzer. I got two tacos in lettuce wraps that were pretty messy to eat with all the liquid in them. They were alright, pork was a little chewy and I liked the other one better but not by much.

I love unforked and loves seeing that they had hot chocolate at this weekend. They had offering of regular hot chocolate, as well as white hot chocolate with cover or fireball. I love those drink and they help keep me warm during the game. They also love their door and center, they have the most delicious chicken sandwich. Everything about and so cool and thoughtful. Highly recommend them out at store or grabbing a hot chocolate

Hit it thin burger and sweet potato wedges.

Ambiance is average. I would prefer table service for the prices. Music is loud. I got the seasonal smash burger and was very disappointed. An $11 burger for a cheap bun that disintegrates and "great value" tasting ketchup. I detected zero spice as advertised. The burger was okay, not really seasoned to my liking. I'd rather go to Fritz for a classic smash burger. I actually wanted tacos, but couldn't justify the price ($7 a taco?) so I changed my mind. The sweet potato fries were good and more fairly priced ($6.50) and I would've loved them except for the salt. Way too salty. The portion size was great and the sauce paired well except for salt content. Overall, there are better options at Crown Center, which I frequent. If I'm going to pay $20 a meal without a drink, I want to enjoy the food.

My biggest complaint is really the pricing. My husband ordered an $11 burger thinking it would be regular sized. It was so small- worth $5 tops! The manager said he was going to refund it but I haven't heard back yet. I took another star off for that- bad customer service. He said all of the patties are 4 oz. I got two tacos and they were really pretty good but at $7 a piece without any sides it was really double than it would be at any other taco shop. My margarita was ok. And my husband was overcharged for his happy hour beer. The ambiance is the only thing they have going for them. The old location used to have small milkshakes, but this one does not so we went next store to Sheridans for dessert.

I got the: - Watermelon lemonade spritz: A refreshing, not too sweet, non-alcoholic drink with a sizeable piece of tasty watermelon. - Bánh Mì taco: Pro tip- you can mix n' match tacos! This one was my favorite- I loved the spice from the jalapeños and sriracha aioli, tenderness of the pork, and textural diversity from all the toppings. - Thai chilli shrimp taco: These were some plump, crispy shrimps lol. Sauce was just a tiny bit too sweet for me, but no notes otherwise. - Street corn: Pls do yourself a favor and get this! The sweet, lime-y, cheesy, charred corn on the cob was chef's kiss. They also provide complimentary chips and salsas, which were pretty standard. Ambiance is nice- casual with both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was fast and friendly. When we walked in at 5:15 pm, it didn't seem all that busy so we approached the host stand. We were greeted with an annoyed voice and a "how many?" To which we responded "6" and he then pointed to a sign that said large parties will automatically have a 22% gratuity added and then proceeded to say "and we don't really have room for you inside but we can sit you outside". Mind you, it was 90 and humid. I asked roughly how long he thought the wait would be (understanding that a time can't always be determined, but at least a rough estimate) to which he said "well I guess I can set you in the corner and you'll be right up against another table, right next to other people" with more attitude. Our group decided to go to Bell's Kitchen instead which is roughly 3 blocks away and we were so happy to give them our business instead. They were excited to have us and had the most amazing drinks, food, and importantly, fantastic service. Super disappointed by the service here but maybe they're great for groups of 5 or less ‍

I wish I would've had more time to look around the market because it looked like they had a lot of good stuff but I'll have to go back and see. They do have tables inside that you can eat at. The food was done at the quoted time and was accurate. The one individual I encountered was friendly. The menu was very straightforward-tacos, burritos, and a few other items, all can be customized. I had to get an order of chips and queso. I really liked their queso. It had good flavor and wasn't overly spicy. The chips were fresh and held up to the queso nicely. I'm definitely probably alway going to order this when I go. I also tried a taco with carne asada. The tacos are the street variety but they are really good sized. They don't skimp on the meat. And the carne asada was really good. No gristle or gross bits. It was chopped finely and I'd definitely order it again. I also had to try a burrito. I tried the El pastor for that and added on all the toppings-cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. I also opted for extra meat because it was super cheap-like $1, so why not? Again, I was not disappointed. I did throw my burrito on the good 'ol George Foreman when I got home because they don't grill it at all and I wanted some grill marks on that tortilla. Otherwise, the el pastor was flavorful and tender and the toppings were all fresh. Per usual, my eyes were bigger than my stomach so I saved half of my burrito, but it was a welcome leftover meal the following day. Definitely check them out if you're on the boulevard and want some tasty, Mexican grub.

They do bring your food out in a reasonable amount of time, delivered to your table. You have a number that attaches to a metal wand that they give to you. So the water station is set up in the back, you get your own water, but they were out of cups. They had a really cool aesthetic to it, with like the garage door where you can see all the downtown. The only problem was that the sun went down, and it started to get rather cold. Nobody ever closed the door, but I ordered the Asada fries. 3/5 heavy on the seasoning, but not so much on the flavor, it came across. It's kind of salty. I thought it would be different than what it was. The portion size was fine, and the green sauce that they offer you on the side really makes it better. Also ordered the CHORI queso dip lied on the chorizo for the portion size. The flavor was also a three out of five. The chip that they give you with it has a nice, good texture and reasonable seasoning. My wife had the mushroom Tinga tacos. She gave him four out of five. She really enjoyed them. The atmosphere is cool. The weights staff are really cool. I'd consider coming back on a Thursday. They have this cool thing that you can try new and upcoming dishes, and then they also have brunch, so I'm thinking about giving them a second shot. If you've never been, you should come and see what your opinion is, but really cool aesthetics and great views.

I've had a very hard time finding much Latin diversity here so far but for Mexican this is quite good. I've mostly gotten combo platters because I like the variety. I believe every combo platter should come with rice and beans. I can tell how authentic a place is by the beans and salsa quite often. So far I've liked the combo platters and the taco salad that I tried. Again, if I remember correctly, I had to pay extra to get beans on my taco salad. That would be one complaint I have. Beans should be a staple and come with everything unless the person doesn't want them. The service has been good. No complaints and it's been busy when we've eaten there usually during lunch hours. The decor and ambiance is pretty typical Mexican. Nothing fancy. The one thing I will note is I didn't see any Mexicans working there. Maybe someone in the kitchen I can't see so that's usually not a great sign. I know they've been around a long time. I'd probably go a smidge lower to 3.5 if I could just because I'm rather picky about Mexican and Latin food but I don't think it's fair to go down to 3 so I'm rounding up. The prices seem a bit high but everything is so expensive in 2026! They are probably pretty average for eating out and I'm sure it's costing them more just like all the rest of us have seen food prices sky rocket over the past year. I would certainly recommend them for a lunch bite and a nice Mexican American experience.
