The crust was on average about 3-4 inches of crust on every pizza before you had any sauce, toppings, or even cheese. I addressed it with the woman at the counter. I asked her if this was the way they are taught to do pizzas? She replied "No, but if you have the app you can complain and they will probably refund your money." So I asked for the manager and out came a young man with a pony tail down to his belt line or close to it with no gloves on or food style hair restraint at all and he had been the one making the pizzas. So I asked him if this is the way they (Pizza Hut) instructs it's employees to make the piazzas. He said "Well no. I can remake that one for you if you would like." So I showed him that all 5 pizzas were the same way and that he was the person making them so having him remake all 5 would be like "Groundhog Day" all over again besides wasting another 30-45 mins there waiting. This is a joke and you can't even get a real person if you try to contact anyone further up the food chain.

When the pizza arrived, it was rather small and it was just average. It was like eating a frozen pizza. Overall, we left unsatisfied and underwhelmed by the experience. There are lots of other places I would visit when returning to KC.
