I've left many positive reviews for this location in the past, but the experience has become incredibly hit-or-miss. While the drive-thru is still efficient, the in-store and mobile order experience is a disaster. They no longer use a public "to-go" shelf, so you're at the mercy of the staff's initiative. Today, I was greeted by two managers; both acknowledged I was waiting for my specific order. One told me he was finishing it himself. The other said it would be "right out." I then proceeded to watch my food sit on a back counter for 15 minutes because no one would make eye contact or take the three steps to hand it to me. To be acknowledged twice and still left standing there is beyond frustrating. Thankfully, a manager finally came back to the front after doing that I'm sure was legitimate. But the reality is that a manager shouldn't have to be the only person connecting with customers! I love this team when they're on point, but the communication and initiative in the lobby has completely fallen apart. read more

The absolute worst place in all of Plymouth! Trust me just stay away. Went today at 11:55 am for my lunch break and used the little kiosk thing and ordered 2 small value menu items and paid with card. Was told it would be a couple minutes wait. That turned into 25 minutes because all they care about is serving the drive thru and not the people inside who order. Both times I asked for an update on my order I was talked to like I was an idiot for asking and told by the guy at the counter "I don't know I'm not the one cooking the food" Finally at 12:25 the lady who made my food threw the bag on the counter and said "here!" And it was all mangled and barely hot like they just threw it together because I dared to ask what the hold up was. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place like the plague. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Every time I go here my order is either completely wrong or just stale. Last time I went there the man working said it was going to be a 40 min wait to order when there was no one there. The store was empty and only one car in the parking lot. So I ordered online and for 20 mins it said received. So my husband went back there to see what was going on. The man working was doing nothing lol and told my husband "you weren't suppose to come, I was leaving them open so I didn't have to make the orders". He made our order and everything was stale. The previous time I went there I ordered a soft taco and when my husband came home it was a soft taco with only potatoes in it?? My husband went back and they remade it but did the same thing again I was pregnant so I was really upset. It's always the same person working who honestly deserves to be fired. I actually applied to work there for a manager position since I have the experience but the pay was $16 an hour even tho on the sign on the building says up to $19 an hour lol no thank you read more

The workers here are awful, theirs a larger bald man idk if he's a manager or not but he is completely rude and disrespectful. when we asked for an item that was sold out he through a tantrum in the kitchen that we could hear from the drive through. Horrible. Theres AI taking your order, but if you want to do something, like do two separate orders, a person will come on and tell you 'you can't do that, either come in or go around twice'. If a person can take my order why is AI doing it and getting my order wrong, or do both of my orders separate. Service was genuinely disgraceful. My friend and I wanted to do two separate orders and pay separately, so obviously we decided to go in rather than drive-thru because thats just a hassle for everyone. We wanted to pay in cash so we couldnt use the kiosk. waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes while multiple staff stood there and just looked at us as we waited to order. So we said okay fine we will go through the drive thru since they were only focused on serving drive thru. The manager ended up throwing a fit saying we messed the whole system up by doing 2 orders in one car and that we should have came in. Then after giving the money the manager tried to hold my food hostage after I had paid, another employee was actively trying to hand me my order while the manager was talking over him saying "no no just pull up". Genuinely awful service. For starters, as soon as we walked in we were informed that we are only able to order at a small kiosk, which is an immediate red flag. But whatever, we order, and eventually receive our food, which is decent, I'm not a Taco Bell connoisseur so I don't know if it's better or worse than any other place. We get our food, but five minutes later and still no sign of the drinks we ordered. It takes some doing but eventually we're able to get the attention of someone behind the counter, who hands us some drinks. As we eat, I realize that they forgot to give me a small dessert item I ordered. At literally any other restaurant on planet earth, this small blunder would have taken two seconds to remedy, and I wouldn't even bother making this review. "Hey, you forgot to give me this!" "Oh sorry, here you are!" Instead, I'm standing at the counter for five minutes, being completely ignored. I try to get someone's attention politely, no dice. I try screaming, and briefly believe I've accomplished something, only for the only employee who appeared to be doing anything to just mock me, and proceed to not do anything. I have to make a massive stink in the middle of the restaurant to get any sort of response at all, to the point where a woman who I assume to be some sort of manager finally comes out to ask me what's wrong. It takes literally 30 seconds for her to confirm my order and get me the small dessert I was missing. Tell me, when you have 5 employees standing behind the counter in a fast food restaurant, one of them is manning the drive through, and one of them is making food with Airpods in, completely ignoring all of the customers, then what the heck are the other 3 people standing behind the counter being paid to do? This place can definitely have slow service, but they try their absolute best!! I have been here on nights where literally only 1 or 2 employees are working, and they try to keep the drive thru line in check by having people wait in the parking spots out front. I've watched the staff RUN in and out of the place to hand people their food in their cars - you can see the effort is at least there. Definitely takes some time to get your food, but the quality is good! Never had one bad meal from here. My combo came with 3 things I got 2 things and one of the 2 things was wrong. We got 8 items and not one was right. Very disappointed when I took my child here and the man started by saying it would take a half an hour to get our order ready because of the door dash orders. This place has disappointed us SO many times. A few examples of terrible experiences: 1. No ground beef. Excuse me, what? You're a Taco Bell with no..beef? Maybe they didn't feel like defrosting more. But they were open for another two hours. Come on! 2. No crunchy taco shells. Again, what?? 3. Sitting in the drive through for 21 minutes to get food with one person ahead of us. How? The two people behind us who already ordered ended up taking off without their food because the wait was so long. I can understand running out of product on an off night due to a bad order or something but this is an extremely common occurrence with this location it seems. Went there last night and had to wait over 20minutes for our food just for it to not all be there. I went back around to get missing items which they had told me were not missing. I pull up to the window they ask for the bag of food back, handed it over an all they did was grab items out of the bag threw them in a box and said here you go. I think I might run out of space to write about how awful this Taco Bell location is. First off, it's open and closed whenever it feels like it. I've seen it closed at 5pm before. And the drive thru always looks like it's quick until you realize they're taking orders and telling everyone to pull around and wait in front of the store for their food to be brought out. It takes 30-45 minutes every time. To avoid this we recently decided to go in because it has to be quicker, right? So wrong. Massive mistake. You can no longer order from a person, just a kiosk. There were 3 people in front of us who looked like they had been in there for years. Just thousand yard stares you'd see on a WWII veteran. After 20 minutes I decide to hit the bathroom. The smell of urine punches you in the face the second the bathroom door is cracked and that smell sinks into your clothes. The urinal has literal mushrooms growing in it. There's no way the bathroom has been cleaned in years. That apparently doesn't stop the high school staff from hanging out in there. I watched one employee walk in there to meet his friends, who were just hanging out in the lobby the whole time we were there, and another patron walked in, saw them doing something so shocking that he walked out of the bathroom at speed and left the store. The employee walked out laughing, told (who I think was a high school aged boss) that he was taking a break, then got into an argument with said boss because they were busy. He proceeded to jam an entire box of those Cinnabon desserts minis into a cooking machine so they wouldn't cook out of spite. There seems to be 3-5 people working that just watch 2-3 people actually making the food. I'm not quite sure what they do besides cause chaos and confusion. One door dash driver snapped after 45 minutes saying, "I've been here 45 minutes and you still haven't made the Mexican pizza I need to deliver but you've handed me 3 cups!" This place is literally like a weird, crappy alternate reality Lord of the Flies. Just a bunch of high school drop outs vying for power of the filthiest fast food restaurant in America. I honestly have no idea how Taco Bell or the state has never shut this place down. I literally had to change my clothes when I got home so I wouldn't smell like ammonia. I'll never go back after going in. We had to call headquarters to get our money back because it was so disgusting that we all refused to eat the food. Went here with my boyfriend ordered a power bowl Cinnabon bites a double chalupa box and a cheese roll up we didn't get the Cinnabon's or the cheese roll up and the food was literally just thrown in not in the box is it that hard to check to see if everything is in the bag that someone is paying for?
