What's not to love. Always easy to run in and get out or drive through. Service is always fast and pleasant.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but after consistent mess ups time and time again, here I am. I've been going to this taco bell for quite some time and its never been as bad as it has been this past year. The baja blast freeze machine never works, it got to a point where I'd call over the phone before I make the trip and EVERY time she'd say "No the freeze machine no work." Consistent order mess ups, receiving wrong items, wrong orders, or missing items all together. Whether it's in person or ordered through the app, prepare to be disappointed. And dont even get me started on the portion sizes and food quality. Mannn these people working here REALLY don't care. It's like they're the last Taco Bell in the world and they're trying to ration every last ingredient. Every item is either minuscule like you're being served micro meals, or something that's 90% tortilla 9% cheese and 1% meat. If you don't believe me see the attached picture of my quesadilla thats smaller than a sauce packet. I also put it next to the middle slice of the quesadilla which is usually supposed to be the biggest and longest. The fact I had to pay almost 15 DOLLARS for this "Quesadilla Meal" should be a crime. Since our last awful order my friends and I have not been back and wont be back. Management should seriously consider having a chat with the crew. read more

Surreal It was 1030 am -one other customer and no car line. I see three employees standing around talking as I Placed my order on the screen and pay. A young girl comes out to wash the floors and prompts the three employees to make the food for the other costumer. And she tells them I am waiting as well. 10 minutes go by and I see them making some food. They serve the other customer, I am thinking they are making mine too. 10 more minutes go by- I ask about my food. They tell me sorry the screen system is not working - what did I order? I don't have anther 10 minutes to wait and ask them for my money back. They look confused. I ask them how they could not realize I was waiting and have to leave. They have a good employee who cares and they should put her in charge, get her off the mop and into a supervisors hat. The rest need some retraining. read more

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was the worst one I've ever had. None of that Melty, cheese. It was just dry cheese on a dry tortilla. The chicken was nothing the brag about. Very disappointing. Also we asked for lots of mild sauce and they said it was inside the bag. Nope. None at all. The soft tacos were fine but it needs that Taco bell sauce for it to be perfect. read more

I ordered delivery from here. They got the order right and everything arrived decently warm. Highly recommend trying their Cinnabon Delights. You wouldn't expect Taco Bell of all places to have such a perfectly crispy, melt in your mouth dessert, but they do! Probably the most underrated thing on the menu. read more

Very rude employees love talking Spanish about customers and laugh at them, un willing to assist/help with ordering kiosk and refuse to take anyone's order. Very poor service never cleans dinning area. read more

Best authentic mexican food I have tried. The mexican pizza was so darn good I had to order seconds. I took my girlfriend here on our first date and she loved it. The workers are so nice and make sure to get my order out in a timely manner. LOVE IT!!!! read more

I had just gotten the cheeze-it supreme wrap to give it a try. The food was alright until while eating it I found a long hair in my supreme wrap. It disgusted me and I was no longer able to eat my food. Next time make sure to have some sort of protection to cover your hair from getting in the food. read more

I wish I could give zero stars! I visited this location while on my lunch break with a friend. Took maybe two bites of my taco to then find a hair in it. I went inside to ask for the manager, and was greeted by a rude women. I told her I'd like a full refund there is hair in my taco and she screamed "REFUND FOR WHAT?!" I told her there was a hair and she claimed she couldn't see it. When she saw it she rudely walked away mumbling under her breath. The cashier asked if I wanted a new meal or a refund and I said a refund. The manager needs customer service training. Her tone and approach was no way to handle the situation especially because I just said there was hair in my food around other paying customers. read more

It's taco bell. You generally know what you're getting. This is a very good location and the last several times I've been they have made my food items really well. Lots of beef, cheese, lettuce, and sauce on the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And the Chicken Quesadillas have been spot on. Place is clean and the staff have all been friendly. If you've never been to T-bell just put fire sauce (it's not that spicy and has the best flavor of any sauce) on every food item minus the desserts. And get the cheesy gordita crunch. read more

We have been to many a Taco Bell off the highway before and this one was great enough that I'm actually writing a review! The service was quick and they did a nice job following various COVID protocols they had set up. All of the food was fresh and warm! Absolutely hit the spot! read more

Came here on the third day of operation. Lunch time was busy but efficient. Customer service good and food well done. Let's see how it is after a couple of months. As a fan of taco bell I appreciate this opening up near where I live rather than traveling about 15 min or so to get to the closest one. The one thing about this place as I posted a pic is the exit into Boston post road. The real entrance is to the back of the propriety via a side road. I spoke to the manager and he said they're a tenant and the do not enter sign is all they're allowed to put up. Seems irresponsible as a tenant and more so for the property owner. Why ahism I so activist about this? As a lady was trying to pull out of her parking spot a pickup truck 2.5 times her vehicle almost slammed into her as I was checking my email nearby. (I almost entered through the exit last night but because I saw that sign and exit arrows on the blacktop drove away and returned today.) After the near collision I notified the manager (bald) with the checkered orange shirt and he gave me that answer. Food good as was customer service but be careful when trying to exit. I love taco bell, I guess as long as i don't order the nacho chips with anything i won't get sick. Two times prior, i had something with nachos in it and both times i got sick. I believe one was the nacho salad. For me the nachos taste different or maybe i can't eat it anymore, idk, so this last time i had the xl burrito, and i didn't get sick. Generously giving this Taco Bell 3 stars because its a new locations, so the actual building is nice and clean. However, whoever made the actual tacos I ordered today - it seems like it was their first time ever making tacos. The Fritos burrito had no Fritos in it! Never been inside only been through the drive through but last time I went it was a pleasant trip. I believe the manager was on the mic and he was very helpful and nice. This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am on a road trip and was stopping here to get some food and staff was so welcoming. The food takes way too long to prepare and their food is very disorganized when handed out. Their treatment to the employer is very harsh as I saw how a manager yelled at an employee while there was a huge line outside. The place is almost always disorganized. After they handed me the food I complained to one of the managers called AL and he was extremely rude sating there was not much he could do to help me because as he said "It is what it is." I do not go to many fast food places, only taco bell. The food is fresh delicious and the management and staff at Taco Bell in Port Chester NY are #1 .
