I went to neighborhood Taco Bell for the first time. I hadn't been in years & wanted 10-20x BASIC Bean & Cheese Burritos, or Soft Taco's. The server didn't speak English (or at least comprehend it), & I couldn't read the menu (BLIND) but her Supervisor/Lead was right next to her so I thought I was OK. Ordered two of the luxe boxes that were online deals only at around 1100 in the morning. Got there 20 minutes later only to find the restaurant was closed. Cones blocking the drive-through and goofy sign in the window, saying their system was down, which was a total lie. I went back later to try to give a get a refund for my food that I never received. By that time it was hours later and I'd already gotten the food at another Taco Bell because they were so lame. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to do it online. What a scam. SOOOO Bad! For a couple of years we've been stopping at the 93rd & SE Stark location every week or two for a "fix" of Doritos Locos tacos. Last two visits we'd get home and find one "normal" taco and three skimpy, broken-shell tacos. On most recent (and last we will ever make) visit we mentioned this to the manager and she said she'd make sure they were "made correctly". Got home, pulled them out of the bag and cheese & lettuce went everywhere because the ends of the wraps hadn't been closed. Really poor service. This place is a few blocks from my work and often the burden of lunch is on me. Wait times can upwards of 30 minutes even at night and they seemingly always have the inside closed off. Tonight I went to pick up an order for my coworkers and even after going through the drive thru twice they didn't give me all of their online order and were rude even for fast food employees. We got in because someone who was eating opened us the door. He locked it right after we got in and told the customer to not open the door for anyone else.
