I placed my online order. When I went in to get my food a few minutes later, they gave me my food. I have to give it to them, they're decently quick. Everything else- terrible. When I got my food, it was the luxe box I ordered but the options I chose were incorrect. They gave me chips instead of cinnamon twists, they forgot an entire burrito and they made my food wrong. One of my worst Taco Bell experiences and I've been going to many Taco Bell's. I hope this can be improved. read more

Big disappointment. Went in, and there was no one at the counter to serve us, two people waiting for their food told us we had to order via the machines. After doing so I asked how long the two had been waiting, and one guy told me he had been waiting 20 minutes just for a slushy drink. This is for the Taco Bell/Long John Silver in Troutdale on Stark. 1st you cannot order Long John's through the drive through window. Once inside you cannot order on the kiosk you have to wait for someone to notice you. Once the order was placed and my card was ran I was told that it could take up to 20 minutes for a Long John order! Really?! This is fast food?! As I am typing this WAITING for my order I notice there are at 3 other folks waiting. Got my order 10 minutes. Clerk was pleasant. Our Taco Bell at the corner of NE 122nd & NE San Rafael, is the best! I have always experienced EXCELLENT customer service.

It's lame to leave a review on a chain whose business that will not be affected, but this was the first time in my life I paid for food that I didn't receive so to mark a life accomplishment: Ordered through the app, at the voice box the guy told me they could not make a Black Bean Crunchwrap (listed on the app, available at every Taco Bell), he claimed the crunchwrap could only be made with beef. How about refried beans? Nope, just beef. So I asked him there to cancel the order. Drove through to the window and asked him again to cancel the order. Confused, he looked to another guy for help in my request who came forward to say I had to do it through the app. Note: App doesn't let you cancel the order once they open it at the restaurant (so, fair warning, do not use the app). From their end, it comes off as the order went through. And Taco Bell has yet to refund/credit/respond. It's worth mentioning there were two cars ahead of me that I saw drove off after the window without receiving any food. I'm sure it's a super stressful location to work at, I'm sure it was busy and maybe they just ran out of all beans or possibly lost consciousness on how to apply beans to various foods. read more

When I pulled up to the drive thru to order, the lady said she was ready for me to order and I asked if they still carried a product. She ignored me. I said, hello, and she said I'm trying to find out. No big deal that they dont carry the product anymore, but don't rudely ignore a customer when you just said you were there and ready. There are two things I expect when I go for a late night T-Bell run: (1) that delicious Tex mex flavor we've grown to love and (2) nice, sweet service from their drive through professionals. Let me give you a breakdown of my *supreme* experience at the broadway location tonight. A) rolled up in a hurry for food. There was a bit of a line but the staff member on intercom greeted me in a friendly laid back way that made me instantly think "ok this is going to be good" "they seem busy but well prepared and confident" B) oops. Forgot to order a CHICKEN chalupa for my dad (waiting at home and basically allergic to beef). The window guy switched it for me easy peasy. My dad was really happy. I thank you for that C) the window guy and his comrade on the grill seemed to have a great, natural chemistry. Almost like a teen movie or something. They appeared to have a great time making these delicious items and dealing with the customers. You never really see happy employees almost anywhere. But. Tonight I did. Thanks to this location and keep up the great work. The bean and rice $1 burrito is basically keeping me afloat through all of this. read more

The worst Taco Bell's I've ever been to. After a night out with the boys we decided to get Taco Bell. We ordered a couple of boxes on the mobile app. We went through the drive through to pick up our food. We got one of the orders and to our disappointment it was completely messed up. Multiple items were missing. We tried to talk to the workers but they couldn't speak full English. Conversing with them felt similar to Christopher Columbus's first interaction with the Indians when stepping off of the May flower. Finally after multiple minutes of translating we were told to go to the parking lot for our fixed food. We waited for multiple minutes and the food received was also messed up. Almost every drink was wrong and still multiple items were missing/wrong. After two failed orders we decided to give up and go home. Safe to say we will never visit that location again. read more

On Dec 20th I went to the Tacobell location on Lancaster in Salem. Before I start I want to say that I was a restaurant General Manager for 26 years. I don't make complaints lightly.I am now disabled. Anyway I went into their location needing to use the restroom in an emergency situation. The bathroom door was locked. I went to the counter and asked if I could use the restroom. She gal at the counter asked what my order was. I said that I didn't have an order, that i just needed to urgently use the restroom. She then asked if i had a pick up order. I again said no I just need to use the restroom. She said it is for customers only. So i ran out to my car to get money. Came back in and put a $20 on the counter and said fine I'll buy a taco can i please use the bathroom. Then the manager came to the register and said i can refuse you service for raising your voice. I said I just put a 20 on the counter. I'll buy a taco can I please use the restroom. He refused. So I grabbed my 20 and left. I went up a few blocks and used the Bimart bathroom with no incident. It is in my opinion inhumane to not let someone use a restroom in an emergency. Especially when they have a disability. As a general manager I never refused service to a bathroom even to the homeless. People have the right to have access to relieve themselves even if they don't have money to purchase something. I even offered to buy a taco. This was the worst service I have experienced. What is wrong with people!?! Was it going to hurt you or take to much of your time to let me in the bathroom when there wasn't even any customers there at the time. So ridiculous. read more
