Sooo good. The service was quick, our food was hot and fresh, and the indoors was air conditioned nicely (much appreciated on a 90 degree summer day). Me and 3 friends were road tripping home from Maine and were starving on the car ride back to Boston and added a pitstop to this Taco Bell. We decided to park to stretch our legs but the drive thru is clearly poppin here. A Baja blast is an instant mood changer. So good. I succumbed to the TV commercials and went to this location. Two problems: I walked in and it smelled bad. And it was not even any kind of food smell. Then I looked for a menu, perhaps with pictures on it, but was met with some kind of monitor screen for ordering. I turned around and left. Someone had better rethink this model. read more

I try not to write bad reviews but my food from the local Taco Bell was not good. I ordered a online deal box and got a chalupa supreme, 5 layer burrito, nachos, and a drink. I got a free mexican pizza cause I got delivery and got two orders of their limited time only chicken wings. I wish I didn't do that after I got my food. The ordering process was great and so was the delivery but the food quality was bad. I opened up everything to take a look at the wings. The wings were tiny and sad looking. The taste was even worse. I think I got suckered into the FOMO mode to try to wings. $7.99 for five sad wings was a ripoff. The Chalupa was stale and tasted bad. I should went with the crunchwrap supreme. The Mexican pizza was forgettable at best and so was the 5 layer burrito. The only thing I enjoyed about the meal was the Pepsi which doesn't say much for the food. What a gig, the employees can refuse orders during business hours on account of the location being "busy" yet they have the bandwidth to accommodate online orders. There would be literally no difference in the workload if I ordered online vs in person, yet the employees tried to find the opportunity to say "no thanks" to more business. Is this something the franchise owner is aware of? Taco Bell corporate? I sat in line for 10 minutes to be told "we can't accept your in person order, but you can order online if you want". I don't know what happened to this location. It used to be our go-to for Taco Bell food. My husband went through the drive-thru the other day and ordered himself a meal and me the Burrito Supreme Combo, which definitely has meat in it. I got home, excited to get my Taco Bell fix, bit into the taco and it was all beans, lettuce and tomato - no meat. Also, no sauce packets were included. I tried the burrito and the same thing. I have been going to this Taco Bell for several years. It's been pretty standard Taco Bell. Good, but not great. But man! They are never open. Even when they are you can wait in line for twenty minutes just to get to the call box and then find out that on a whim the manager is closing fifteen minutes earlier than the posted time. First of all it's a Taco Bell so you know what food you're getting. Do not expect a five star level of food. My complaint is not about getting grade C meat on a semi questionable shell with wilted lettuce and some cheese like product. My complaint is every time I use this Taco Bell they miss something out of my order very consistently. It's not the same item but today is the last straw. I'm a DoorDash driver and I was doing my usual Friday night runs when I got an offer to pick up from this location. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was about 18 cars (not exaggeration) in line which didn't budge for at least 10 minutes. As I waited in line, I noticed an employee was standing inside snapping pictures of the line so I decided to call to see if I could pick up my order a faster way so my DoorDash customer didn't have to wait any longer than needed. An employee answered the phone and when I asked her if there was a way to pick up my DoorDash order quicker, she simply replied with "Oh, maybe you shouldn't have accepted the order." A: I didn't know there was 18 cars in line and B: I didn't find that professional on her end. Needless to say, I was spoken to like I was dumb and I didn't find that response the best when I'm simply just doing my job. read more

I was sooo pleasantly surprised to actually receive HOT fries when I went to the Portsmouth, NH, Taco Bell today! And even the cheese was warmed up. And, best of all, the fries tasted fresh and they were crispy to perfection. I went through the drive through and just ordered a drink. As I was approaching the window, I saw the picture of the fries and remembered how tasty they were. Let's start with the obvious 1.) if you order anything from this store- you are INSANELY lucky to get what you ordered. If you get every item from your order you should buy a lottery ticket too. I placed an order through their Taco Bell app and got one of my 7 items correctly and it was their drink. They gave me a bean burrito and a chicken burrito. I was supposed to get a Crunchwrap, 4 tacos, quesarito, nachos and fire packets. 2.) the app? Haven't heard anything back from corporate. No comp, no "sorry we messed up" nothing. This is a joke of a business and the franchise owner genuinely needs to sack everyone and either tear down or start fresh. 3.) when there's a line? Leave. You're not getting your food in less than a half hour and you're especially not getting your order correctly with the previous statement I made. You're better off going to Walmart and making your own tacos because it'll take less time, less money, and you'll get what you want on your tacos. Terrible service, terrible experience. I went in tonight ordered my food on the touch screen like I was told because there was only two people working. I made my order. Stood there and watched 3 people came in after me and got their food before me. 15 minutes past and I ask if it's coming out. Johnny said they had not even started making mine yet. So I waited another 10 minutes because there was a couple cars in the drive through. I told johnny my $5.00 chalupa box was supposed to be on the house because two weeks prior they screwed up my order and I was told they would replace it when I was back in the area. He told me he wasnt working that day and he wouldn't honor their word. So I paid full price waited 25 minutes for my food. I'll be leaving this review everywhere. I love Taco Bell and that will never change. They have great food, quick wait times, and usually really great costumer service. Recently though I've been disappointed at how some staff act. Drive thru staff are always so nice and polite, I wish I could remember thier names to give them a shout out. The issue has been with a staff yelling in the background. The last 3 times I have gone through drive thru there was this one staff who was yelling at all the other staff. Yes I don't know what goes on behind the window, but the faces of the people she yells at tell me its not ok. No one should be yelled at at that extent. This staff also threw my food into the tray and I think its because of that my food gets broken or crushed. I miss the way it used to be. So if your gonna go to this Taco Bell please be extra kind to the staff that are kind to you because from what I see they need it. I try and leave a tip or a compliment. I also hope the staff who seems asultive gets reprimanded because I really don't think its ok. Taco Bell I love your food but if you take one thing from this its check in on your staff. Make sure they are ok and get that staff under control. I would not work under those conditions, so shout out to the ones who put up with it. read more
