Stopped here last night after buying lottery tickets in Primm. We were going to use the drive-thru, but it was "closed off" by a motorcycle parked in front of it. Apparently they don't have signage to indicate the drive-thru is closed. So, we went inside. We both wanted to use the bathroom, (there were 2 bathrooms) but a sign was posted on one of them that it was closed. Okay. My husband went into the only open bathroom while I waited in line. He came out about 30 seconds later and said "You do not want to go in there. The toilet is full, and hasn't been flushed or cleaned." That should have been our red flag to just leave. But I was already in line and just about to order. So, we ordered. After placing our order, we went to fill our drink cups. Oh, my. The drink station had soda spilled all over it, and onto the floor. Now, as we looked around the entire restaurant, we see ALL the garbage cans are overflowing. There's napkins and other trash on the floor. Virtually none of the tables had been wiped down or cleaned. This place was a health inspector's nightmare. I was just about to go back to the register and cancel our order, but I didn't. Apparently I was too hungry. We got our food after a short wait and left. While the order was fine, something about 2 of my 3 tacos tasted off. I'm not sure if it was bad tomatoes, unwashed lettuce, or what, but I could tell something wasn't right. Wouldn't you know it, later that night my stomach was upset. While I can't say for sure it was the tacos, because I had other food when I got home, I can say that I'll never eat at this Taco Bell again. There seemed to be 3, maybe 4 employees there. One at the front counter, 1 who was a manager, and 1 or 2 in the kitchen. Even if they were short-staffed, it's my opinion that the manager should have been cleaning up in front. Since no one was working the drive-through, he could have been doing that and running back into the kitchen (and of course washing his hands!) if needed. This place was a cesspool. read more

Waited a total of 45 minutes in the drive-thru today with only 4 cars in front of me when I drove in. Took 15 minutes just to take my order. For being such a busy stop this is ridiculous! We wanted something fast to head home instead of stopping at a sit down place to not waste too much time. At This point we should have sat down and had better food. Got to the window and no one even apologized or explained the reason for the wait. Horrible! read more

Is a crazy person defined by continuing same act hoping for a different result? Well i've stopped by here a couple times on different trips to and from Vegas and hoping the food will be the same as Taco Bell locations near my home.. but this location continues to disappoint.. i ordered the grilled stuffed nacho combo meal with a diet coke. Where do you want to begin? .. the diet coke tasted of soapy water and was dumped on the ground in the parking lot, ( i didnt feel like arguing with them since im sure the other options were just as bad) the taco was ok , the stuffed nacho was gross, flat, and i ended up folding it like a taco to try to eat it. I ended up eating half and just throwing the rest away. the burrito that the combo came with was alright, but just fell apart when unwrapping it. ... same exact thing that happened last time. It seems like the Mad Greek, Carls Jr, and Taco Bell / KFC which are all next to each other is just the vortex of sub standard crappy food. I've tried all 3 places and they just suck. I would highly suggest you keep driving South until you hit Baker.. or if you're driving north, stop in Baker first, then continue on your journey... Not the cleanest, not the friendliest or most accurate (my cashier didn't even speak English my last visit), and certainly not the best quality. My chicken tacos tasted like tuna tacos (and bad tuna tacos, not even good tuna tacos) and were so wet they soaked through the bag. Gross fast food at its finest. On the way back from Vegas and Primm Outlets we needed one last snack before the drive home. I can surely bet this location makes pretty good money as it is the last restaurant/take out/fast food for many many miles. Two things that irked me and some other reviews on here were A) they charge for a cup of water and B) they had no hot sauce of any sorts on the counters near the napkins, etc. We had to ask for some. Are they being mischievous with all this because of people stealing hot sauce packets? I doubt it. Back in college at CSULB they even trusted broke students by having the packets out in the open. Just happened to eat here on my way to VEGA$ this past weekend. It's near the Primm outlet mall. I haven't seen a Taco Bell/KFC before {they're both under the yum umbrella (http://www.yum.com/)}. I've only seen the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut near my house in Newport Beach. Stellar service! Very clean restaurant and it seems quite popular with the tourists. read more

Wow, just wow. Better off going anywhere else to eat in Primm. The restrooms were a cess pool of germs. The cashier while friendly, was under trained. Tons of employees standing around doing nothing while the crowd waiting for their order continued to grow. Only one employee seemed to care and she was frustrated. We ordered two bean burritos. One with sauce and the other no sauce. They both had sauce. My burrito tasted horrible. The one my wife got had almost nothing in it but sauce. I know it's Taco Bell but this is the worst food I've ever spent money on. Period. Taco Bell is of course always just ok but this food was deplorable. Not your typical Taco Bell franchise. Had a bad experience with the food. The items came out very sloppy and not with the right proportion of meat. i showed the manager my food because it literally had three pieces of steak!! i thought maybe they had forgotten to put the meat in. ALL OF OUR FOOD came out the same way, almost no meat. even the ground beef seemed like it was just a teaspoon. i have been to many taco bells, and this one was definitely not trained correctly in portion control. i regret not having taken a picture and posted it on taco bells face book or on this yelp review. wont be giving this particular location any more business. read more

I never write yelp reviews but you this case yes! It was Sunday March 9 2015 and I was on the way home from a long weekend in Vegas. Me and some of my friends were hungry so we stopped by this taco bell. We used the drive thru and waited about 15 mins, at the ordering menu!.... only 1 car at the pay window... Finally they took our order and we had to repeat the order 4 times... I guess the worker didnt not understand english and gave us an attitude. Even if you are busy and pissed off, treat the customers with respect. We could not take it so walked in for service. I only waited 1 min from the inside, The worker inside did do a better job taking my order. but when I received my order. It was missing 1 taco, so I waited for another 15 mins. Just for that taco. After the 15 mins, I was so pissed off I just left. When I was waiting for my taco, the staff in the back did not know what they were doing. Please fired the manager because you did not do your job hiring the staff. If that does not work, please just close this store. After I ate my T1 combo, my beef burrito only had beans... tasted like garbage..and was missing my taco. By far the worst fast food experience in my life. If it is possible to give 0 stars I would! This place was absolutely disgusting!!!! The food tasted terrible, it looked like a 2 years old was back there putting it together. I ordered tacos and a bean and cheese burrito and WOW is all I have to say. The burrito was messy and all over the place. The tacos messy, one had what looked like only a tea spoon of runny taco meat, and the others just runny meat all over the taco shell itself and with a little more or less of that same runny meat inside the shell. *****BEWARE*********** I got severely sick after eating here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was staying at Primm so I drove here to grab something for dinner. I got steak tacos, hot wings and drinks. After eating them, I became violently ill. I began to have stomach cramps, severe diarrhea and fever/heachaches. I went to the bathroom all night and all day next day. I couldn't even sleep. I asked for bean substitute in all my food, and everything had beef (allergic to theirs). I asked for a 7 layer burrito (in the 10 years I've had it, it only comes with beans).. and they somehow were able to mess it up and put beef in it. The soda was flat and unsweetened. Customer service was non existent, it was as if they were half asleep taking the order and giving it. When I walked up to nicely talk about my messed up order, they were walking the other way to go hide. The customer service wasn't bad, but I did ask for no tomatoes on my Chalupas and the cashier didn't annotate that. So when I went back to ask them to fix it, I was told "it will be a little while before we can get to it." I'm sorry, what? What manager tells their employee that they can't fix someone's order when they messed up? I was always taught that the customer is always right or at least fix their order. What can I do while the Mrs. is busily shopping in the outlet mall? Of course, I can have a chicken pot pie from KFC! The Hawaii locations don't carry the pot pie anymore so it's a treat for me when traveling to find a KFC that does. In addition, I can refill my soda (only useful in the summer, of course) while I wait for the bus that takes us back to the Strip. located at the primm exit, and is actually a taco bell and kfc combined. shit is ghetto, and my gawd, the lines were out the door, and they don't accept bills over $100. we learned this the hard way when the people ahead of us kept trying to argue this rule. they eventually used their cards, but then proceeded to hold up the line again at the food pick up, because they still wanted to complain and get a free liter of mountain dew. they got what they wanted. they also got a few dirty stares from me, because seriously, wtf? with that said, the food options in this area are very limited. we checked out the food court inside the outlet and they were pretty sparse, thus settling for kfc. also, expensiveeee like everything in vegas. sheesh! read more

Nice two punch combo they have here. If you can decide what you want you can either choose from taco bell or kfc. You can also order from each side. The con is that its overpriced.
