I was at your Taco Bell in rexburg Idaho on June 1st. I was so absolutely horrified at the filthy condition of this establishment. This place is clearly never cleaned. The floors were horrible, the tables and chairs were not fit to sit at. The kitchen was disgustingly filthy. The bathroom had no paper towels or toilet paper and the garbage can was overflowing with used pads and tampons. I approached the counter and asked if they ever cleaned this place and they did not answer and ask if I wanted to speak to a manager. I said yes and a man came forward and I ask him if they ever cleaned in here he stood there dumb founded and never answered either. I said never mind I will write a review and it would not be good. I felt dirty just standing in there. Absolutely horrible, disgusting, filthy dirty. I can't believe that it has not been shut down. OK, I don't want to be rude but I'm sick and tired of going in here and waiting forever for an order. It doesn't matter if it's my order or a DoorDash order that I'm picking up, it is like watching grass grow watching these young kids make these orders. Every time I come in, I end up waiting half an hour or more. Last night I came in to pick up a DoorDash order, I was told that my order was up next right when I got there, and then I ended up waiting a half an hour for said order, which really made the customer angry. As I was watching the kid that was making my order, I wanted to literally beat my head on a wall. I have never seen somebody move so slow in my entire life, this is getting ridiculous Taco Bell. Service: 0/5 I'm really bummed to say that the staff was ignorant and rude. I get that stuff happens, but I fail to understand how poor time management on the staff's part constitutes that I should get less quality than what I paid for? There honestly just seems to be a major lack of training here due to the disorganization of service and the ignorance of FDA food safety regulations. I love Taco Bell but the experience here was very weird. We went to pick up two mobile orders at the drive thru but they told us we could only pickup one per car and had to come inside for the other. We went inside and it was like 100 degrees and waited for our order for about 20 minutes before they said they didn't even make it and forgot about it. I had to wait an entire hour for a an order to be ready. I do doordashing here locally, and I have never in my entire life had to wait that long for food, even in fancy restaurants. The staff never asked me what order I was waiting on, it wasn't until a kind soul asked me what I was waiting for, but that wasn't until about 45 minutes of waiting. After waiting about 30 minutes, I asked an employee how much longer it would take for my pickup order and they said "10-15" more minutes. In reality it took another 30 minutes.
