I don't often write reviews but this is yet another negative experience with this location. This is a first. I drive up at 8:30 pm. No one behind me. I have to look at the menu. I am told that I'm on a TIMER! And I haven't even been there for 30 seconds. I'm told if I'm going to be undecided then I have to go inside. OMG. Now I'm sitting outside in my car with 7 other cars waiting for them to find me with my 2 item order. I asked the nice kid at the window if the Timer thing is true. He said the manager wants it that way. Ok. I'm still waiting. It's been 13 minutes. Poor customer service. read more

I came here because of taco Tuesday. The taste of it was pretty good but it looked sad as it was already broke into pieces when I got it from the staff there... Worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. The young man at drive through tonight was impolite at initiating my order on the first encounter. Then, I was served an uncooked quesadilla. The cheese was not melted. While they replaced the order and gave me 2 more quesadillas, one was again, not cooked/melted and the other not even cut into slices. DO NOT TRY TO GET HIRED HERE Had an interview scheduled for 2 15pm. Got there 10 minutes early. Told them I was there for an interview, I was told the manager wasn't there and that I'd have to come back 2 hours later. I called 2 hours later, asked if the manager was there, and she told me he'd be I n around 5 to 6. Got there at 5 50 to give the manager the time he needed to be there. Walked into to all the staff being loud and obnoxious, waited a minute at the counter till they finally stopped being loud and obnoxious before finally being tended to, Some guy working there come up and says "how can I help you" I tell him I'm there for an interview he says, "INTERVIEW? WHAT INTERVIEW, I GOT YOU BRO LETS GO SIT DOWN" No manners and he's talking likes he's got no education. We go sit down and I pick a place to sit, "NAH BRO LETS SIT OVER HERE" ?... ok sure.... I sit where he wants to sit, "YOURS SUPPOSED TO SHAKE MY HAND" I haven't even sat down yet.... But ok I shake his hand, he asked my name and he asked "what position did you apply for?" Before I could even tell him my position he interrupted me and says, "OH IM SORRY, IM THE MANAGER IN TRAINING AND THIS IS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER" sure.... After he told me the he asked me again what position i applied for, I tell him I applied for food champion (this is the position Taco Bell calls it) and he says in a nerdy voice "oh look we got a kid with some gritz" I look at him and I just walked out. This is by far the friendliest most wholesome experience I thought I would ever have at a Taco Bell. some of the staff literally came out and interacted with customers. They were familiar with one little girl that was very proud to show them her stuffed bear lol even the food felt like better quality but it could've been the hospitality that made it taste better. Wow.. I mean it's Taco Bell so we weren't expecting fancy but damn. They have these new order machines like Mac Donald's use and they sit behind the counter fully capable of taking your order, only to watch you struggle for 5 minutes to place a digital order. Fast forward order comes out, ever taco shell is broken so we have instant nachos which would be cool but they are out of sporks and any other utensil for that matter. The Doritos Locos taco shell was damp and I thought it was just moist from the taco being hot, nope it was covered in soap or some cleaning products.
