This is the WORST Taco Bell ever. I have lived in this area for over a year now and it has not improved at all. I even started using the app so they wouldn't have to take the order and input it wrong. They can't even read the app order and make it right. They forget items, items are cold, tortillas are hard as a rock, chips are stale, customer service is non existent, and this is EVERY time. I stand corrected. I don't know what's happened but the last several times we've visited, orders have been incorrect. Sloppily prepared, and I don't think free taco vouchers will do the trick anymore. We've had to go back to pick up items left out of the order so the remainder of the order gets cold. The stale beans are amazing. The soggy, stale chips are what we definitely visit for, said no Juan ever. After today's visit, we'd rather drive to the other location further down the road. I went to the Taco Bell last Friday night, my wife and I were highly disappointed, there was barely any meat or beans in the tacos and burritos. 9:00 pm on May 25th, 5+ employees working and they said the system was down and we had to do a mobile order. After waiting they said the mobile order didn't exist and then the manager came around and said "we are just slammed bro, our system isn't down but I'm just trying to get a break. This place is a mess and my back hurts" then he told us to go around and he would get us our order. Need some better management. Well the wife wanted Taco Bell and against my better judgment I pulled in to make her happy. Big sing on the door said indoor dining open. We walked up and the door was locked with a little paper sign on the door that said drive thru only. Drove around to the long slow drive thru line and once at the order box heard some incomprehensible speech from a young man that sounded like he was talking with a burrito in his mouth. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Me and a couple of people showed up around 7:30pm and the drive-thru line was pretty long so we saw that there were signs all over the windows saying the dining room was now open. We went in and stood at the register waiting to order when the 2 women working stared at us and didn't say anything. Finally after a couple of minutes of us waiting one of the girls come up and tell us the dining room is closed and that the door was supposed to be locked. We then proceeded to go through the drive-thru line and when we asked if we could do 2 separate orders the girl very rudely said "No you can't." This Taco Bell was great when it first opened but we went their last night and ordered 3 meals in the restaurant. Once we got our food I noticed they didn't give any cups (that came with the meal) for drinks. So no big deal, I walked up to the counter and stood there...and stood there....and stood there... 4 different people made eye contact with me (including the manager) and just kept doing what they were doing. Finally one of the employees came out of the bathroom and I was able to get the cups from him. We also ordered a Baja blast that they just straight up didn't give to us. I would of said something but I was already upset and didn't feel like waiting at the counter for service for another 10 minutes. My advice? Just go to one of the other restaurants around there. what can't they get wrong at this location. I got home to find: I was missing 3 5-layer burritos, my tacos had lettuce when I asked for only meat and cheese, and I didn't get a single thing of sauce. I called the next day to ask for a refund, I was told they couldn't refund it or do anything about it since it was from the day before and then was hung up on. Are you kidding me? I spoke to a man named Micheal. He told me he was the general manger and I thought he was but clearly he isn't and shouldn't be with the way he's acting. And for allowing for this to continuously happen as my husband has gone several times to this location and every single time something is wrong with the order . They don't seem to be improving at all and shouldn't even be open if they're not going to satisfy and fulfill the orders customers pay for . There clearly needs to be a change in management .
