The only redeeming factor of this Taco Bell, as well as the reason I continue to go, is that it's food tastes better than other Taco Bell's. Although almost every time I go now they will not give you all of your food or will not make any changes you request. Once I ordered a lot of food including 4 grilled cheese burritos and received none of them, called to let them now I was coming back for them because that was what most of us ordered for our main food item, and then when I was getting the forgotten burritos I was treated rudely. Taco Bell is easily my FAVORITE place to eat, hands down. Their Beefy 5 Layers are amazing, the quality of the food and the service is just really good. The food is always served well, the cashiers are always kind, and I have never had a bad taco from there. I suggest that if you haven't eaten there then you go there now! read more

Chicken burrito supreme was extremely bland; couldn't taste the onions nor see any tomatoes. I added mild sauce; without that, unfortunately, it just would've been a tasteless mush. I also had a crunchy .99 taco, and it had more flavor than the burrito (I ordered added beans to mine), but it still needed some mild sauce to give it a little more Mexican personality and edge. read more

I usually enjoy customer service and is overall in the big picture an amazing place to eat at. However today I went to ask about an application and whether it was physical or should I apply online and the lady her name is Amber wasn't generally friendly to top it off but gave me my information which I appreciated. Then I went to ask for three water cups in which she proceeded in a rude manner and rude tone of voice, "you know we can hear you getting soda." Yes I understand that my age and my adolescence was a major part in why she said this, but the manner and how she was, to me was very rude and wasn't necessary in my eyes. I went to taco bell today I made my own order due to making it a vegan dish & my mom ordered the food for the rest on my moms order they forget two things & I got mine with a piece of black hair on it then I went to get a soda and it was out I stood at the counter for a few minutes while being looked at a few times by chatting workers to inform them the Pepsi was out then got a dirty look for letting them know . so I got my mango tea & left it also smelled of mildew pretty bad near the bathrooms I will not be going back there !!! read more

Food quality is top notch among all other Taco Bell restaurants. Staff is friendly, but perhaps a bit TOO friendly. It feels as if they're being forced to be that friendly by the management, and they're so friendly that it comes off as a mixture of condescending and mocking. I don't mind good customer service, but when your employees sound like they belong to some kind of cult, you might want to tell them to tone it down a little bit. read more
