I have ordered from this location a few times since being in the area. Never has the order been correct. Usually there's at least one item missing. The food tastes fine for what it is. The worst part of my experiences comes with staffing. There's a particularly rude woman in the lobby and she's been in there each time. She barks at both employees and customers. If I ever catch her name, I'll send it in. There is never a register open inside. Instead, we are required to use the kiosk, which presents issues for handicapped customers and assures our negative interactions with that particular employee. This Taco Bell has a 1 1/2 star average? Holy crap. Well, my experience wasn't that bad. If you want a bad Taco Bell, go to Laurinburg NC. This one is on a busy drag. There is a front and back entrance which can wreck havoc on the drive thru with people trying to cut in from the back side. Here is what I will say about this Taco Bell. They got my order correct. The girl taking my order and whom I interfaced with at the window was very friendly. My only issue, outside of the drive thru, was I specifically requested a fork for Mrs. Tim. The Service since the pandemic is TERRIBLE! Order two quesadillas, 4 nacho fries and 2 cheesy roll ups. The quesadillas were fine and the cheesy roll ups also. However, all 4 nacho fries looked as if they were left over from the day before. I ordered to chicken cheese quesadillas both of which had items in them that weren't supposed to be there and one of them only had ingredients on one half. the cheese wasn't melted and the chicken was undercooked. I also got a 5 layer beefy burrito that didn't have all the ingredients and was full of sour cream. this was the worst taco bell I had ever been to. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever! Terrible food, terrible service, and so dirty. We were the only people there and still waited 20 minutes to get our food. It was cold when we got it and very poorly made. We couldn't even finish it. We went in to order and it was absolutely filthy. The tables had food all over them and there was a worker just sitting at a table on her phone. The floor was sticky. The bathrooms were disgusting and had toilet paper all over the floor. The windows and doors had finger prints all over them. I don't know who they have taking orders here but they don't know how to do their job! My son & I went through drive & he ordered a box of some kind & I ordered a box off their bargain menu which had a beefy burrito, taco & cinnamon crunchy things with a drink. We got to the window to pay $17.00 when it should have been like $12-13 so I told the woman at window when she handed me the receipt that what was on there wasn't even what I had ordered another woman behind her said I was wrong because she changed sign yesterday & I was wrong about the price & then spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about then commenced to just shut the window on me & never opened it back! I had made a mobile order 15 minutes prior to showing. I gave my name at the speaker. I was told to pull around. They tell me at the window they just received it and to come inside because I'm holding up their line. I had already patiently waited in line so I declined. worst Taco Bell experience ever! while we where inside waiting for our order the employees are yelling at each other and fighting. when We got our food and our cheesy gordita crunch's did not have any sauce, the Chalupa wasn't fried it was raw and had no sour cream. no napkins offered or given to us. the place smelled weird and the place was not stocked of Sauce packets, napkins and lids. it took them 10 ish minutes to make our food. Gross. I mean, it's Taco Bell, but I couldn't even finish the food I ordered. The "refried beans" were cold and had a strange texture. The beef was cold and had a mealy consistency, like the bits of what we can all assume is meat had been, at some point, freeze dried. Orange grease seeped out everywhere. Even the tortillas were old. Tortillas are supposed to be white and soft, not hard, stale and flaking, with brownish discoloration. The employees aren't great or bad. Just passable. But you will likely feel like you wasted your money. Some friends have told me they went to this location and it was good, but for me, it's always been as I've described. My wife and daughter ate at our local Taco Bell on June 6th. After receiving their food and sitting down my wife's quesadilla was cold and the cheese was not even melted on the inside. My wife took the quesadilla back up to the counter a waited to speak to someone. One of the employees looked at her and basically ignored the fact that she was there. When she did finally come over my wife put the quesadilla on the counter to show her that the cheese was not melted and tell her that the chicken was cold. She did not speak one word to my wife and yelled to the back that she needed a chicken quesadilla. When the new quesadilla was ready she yelled out to the dining area chicken quesadilla. This was bad enough but when my wife went to get the new quesadilla there on the counter was the one she had brought back up still sitting on the counter. I'm sure the other customers did not want to see food that had a bite taken out of it sitting on the counter where they were going to receive their food. read more
