This review goes to the staff working the drive-thru on 5/19/22 around 10:05-10:15pm- They were AWESOME! We stopped by to celebrate the return of the Mexican Pizza and grab a late night bite. We knew there was a lot of hype around the Mexican Pizza coming back along with the typical late night lines Taco Bell always has. So we were prepared for a wait or even to be told they sold out. When the first staff member jumped on the intercom to take our order they immediately had a positive and upbeat attitude and even joked with us a bit- knowing we probably wanted a Mexican Pizza, which we did! They quickly took our order of a Mexican Pizza and a Toasted Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe Box (another less promoted item that's back) and we enjoyed some quick banter back and forth while confirming our order and talking about how busy they've been. We pulled up to the window pretty quickly considering the line and the person on the window had an equally kind attitude and joked with us as well about how popular the Mexican Pizza has been and that they had been BUSY! We made sure to thank both of them as the interaction made us smile and made the excitement around getting the Mexican Pizza back even more enjoyable. My receipt says Angelita was the Cashier, but I'm not sure who was on the intercom. Both of them made our night and the food was delicious and satisfied any late night hunger we had and then some. It was actually my first time trying the Mexican Pizza and although drive thru food never looks as pretty as the commercials, it tasted great! read more

I used to love coming here, and often there are missing items, which I don't mind, but this time I'm being told I'm in the wrong. First of all, they knew I had a complaint because they all looked at me and even one of the younger boys saw me and said "hey welcome to-" before recognizing me and walked away. Ordered online through the app and picked up in the drive-thru. All of our items were there but two people had different types of burritos and they got put in the wrong bags. The wrappers weren't labeled so when one person bit into the burrito they noticed it wasn't what they ordered. Both times I ordered about 3-5 items and walked away for a quick moment to use the bathroom or go to my car; After waiting 20 minutes for my food. I asked to see what was taking so long with my order and they tell me that I did not order or pay for the items. After showing them the purchase verification, they checked their system and found my items. This location gets 4 stars because of the friendly young servers at the drive-through this afternoon. Even though they were wearing masks, I could tell they were smiling underneath the masks! I placed my order through the app and selected a Pineapple Freeze; however, they were out of that flavor. Accordingly, the first young lady kindly asked what I would like instead. I opted for the Strawberry Freeze (it was good, BTW). The young man making the drink asked if I wanted to have "strawberry seeds" -- candies that can be added. At first I was surprised because I would usually get this somewhere else like "Starbucks or Chili's" definitely not Taco Bell. So I went about the small talk & began to order. After a few moments one of the most enthusiastic & positive speaker drive thru experiences I've ever had- he directed me to the window. I waited about 2-3 min before receiving my $5 craving box & regular baja blast freeze which is what I usually get. When I finally got home, I realized the $5 craving box (now known as the $5 Chalupa Box) I usually get has changed. The difference is that $5 craving box included: a chalupa supreme, a beefy 5 layer burrito, a crunchy taco, cinnamon twist & a medium fountain drink. The $5 Chalupa Box has a chalupa supreme, Doritos Locos Taco, crunchy taco & medium fountain drink (which I replaced with my baja blast freeze) Kinda sucks because I really love the chalupa with the cinnamon twist the rest is just extra lol Anyways- It's a Quick, Cheap, & clean place to get pretty basic Tex-mex food. You have a young employee that works in the drive thru with black curly hair and light skinned. This boy should not be working with the public. It took me a few days to want to even waist my time writing this post but I have time today and this dude definitely deserves a bad review. I ordered two freezes and was given one freeze that tasted like a plain ice slushy. I asked the employee if I can get syrup or flavor in my drink because it was tasteless and looked lifeless. He said no but I'll make you another one and I said ok. The next freeze looked even worse and I proceeded to let the boy know that I do not want it. This location always get my order wrong. They don't accommodate or take responsibility for there mistake. I ordered a #3 (burrito supreme, taco supreme, drink) and regular crunchy taco. I only received a burrito supreme and crunchy taco. I asked the shift manager if she could reimburse me for the cost of the sour cream and tomatoes since I didn't get my taco supreme. She advised that it was the same price as a regular crunchy taco. So I said if I ordered a regular crunchy taco and wanted to add sour cream and tomatoes, it would still be the same price. She said no, I would have to charge for the additional items. But shift management would refund or accommodate me for the error they made. If you happened to go to that location, check you bag to ensure all items are there. Also check your burrito to check if they left off the onion if you specified that. read more
