If I could put zero stars I would. I'm so frustrated with this Taco Bell. First of all they don't offer online ordering through the app, so you can't do the build your own box. I ordered the cravings box and the lady was rude at the drive through. They don't offer anything diet other than Pepsi while other Taco Bell's have way more options. They are so slow and just rude to the customers. I get all the way home to realize my cravings box doesn't have the chalupa and I call and they say "it doesn't come with one" when it literally says it on the menu in the drive through as well as on their app, where on the phone, im dealing with the same rude employee with the attitude she had at the drive through. I will drive 20 minutes to go to any other Taco Bell because this is a sad excuse for one. I'm so disappointed with how I was treated. read more

Don't Bother they always have a reason to not serve food. I have been turned away atleast 4 different times. 1st time- 25 minutes before close "were not taking anymore orders tonight" open sign still on and employees all still inside. 2nd time- "We're not serving kfc tonight or taco bell another night". 3rd time- Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes no one acknowledged us again lights on employees inside during hours of operation pull up to the window they wouldn't come to the window but clearly saw us. 4th time- "My screen is frozen" no give us a minute or were working on it nothing, then never came back to the speaker. Every visit is Russian roulette. It's either kfc or Taco Bell (kfc much more often than Taco Bell) very very rarely it'll be both. They either have "grill issues" or no ingredients when it is Taco Bell. Disappointing always. read more

ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme the other day and specified at the beginning no sour cream or cheese and then double checked at the end and it still had sour cream and cheese on it. To be fair they did add in the rice and refried beans I asked for which is why I'm giving them two stars but definitely not great if you have allergies. read more

The Taco Bell side of things has been closed for almost two months now. The food had always been under portioned and badly made. The KFC side has been serving food that has been very clearly under heat lamps leaving the fries dried out and the tenders have been rubbery at best. I get that it's fast food, but Taco Bell has always been good about portion control, and service. read more

Absolutely disgusting! I am concerned that I poisoned my family. The taco shells taste strongly Ike plastic and literally burned our tongues and the meat was rancid.. I don't know why the review for this store is so low! People really don't understand the challenges a fast food server face. Not only does this establishment serve taco bell, it also caters to the fried chicken crowd. Managing one restaurant is challenging enough, can you imagine two? At the same time? This is why I feel that most of the lower ratings given to this fabulous Taco Bell are a bit unfair. Food-wise, I can always expect the highest quality, authentic Mexican cuisine. I tend to stick to the same order every time I dine: The $1 Mini Chicken Quesadilla or a Crunch Wrap Supreme with potatoes added. Now, variations between the taste and quality of restaurant food are to be expected, as humans are making this. But, I can confidently say that Taco Bell has never not once disappointed me. The food is always consistent, delicious, and fresh. Of course, not all foodies are carnivores like me. A lot of my friends are vegans or vegetarians. That's why when we decide to splurge and eat out, we choose restaurants that can cater to all of our needs. Yes! Taco Bell is incredibly versatile when it comes to vegan-izing their dishes. My friend, B***y loves the Crunch Wrap Supreme, no cheese, no meat, no sour cream with avocados and potatoes added. It's always inspiring to see a restaurant with a commitment to bring joy for people of all diets. Of course, if you walk into Taco Bell, expecting the Chop House, you will be slightly disappointed. Despite signs saying otherwise, the lobby doors are locked. The phone is not answered. Ordering online is impossible. Almost get my order wrong. Always out of stock. Of course they don't inform you of being out of stock till they charge you for the higher priced item. Never going back. There's a great one on State Street in Ann Arbor, just a few miles away. I don't review fast food restaurants normally because it's pointless - they're not meant to be high-quality, classy places and if you reviewed every time something was slightly wrong in your order, I'd have 50 reviews or so all written with "stop giving me tomatoes when I ask for them without." Most times people give bad reviews to a fast food restaurant, I'm sure they still come back at least a few times a month. Anyway, I've only stopped at this Taco Bell a few times but I have yet to have a decent experience. The other day, it was a Tuesday night at like 8:45pm and I sat in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes before I finally got to the window and then I sat for another 3 or 4 minutes after I got to the window before getting anything. There was no explanation or apologies or smiles or anything. Just a stoic guy who asked for my money, handed me my change, and then handed me my one taco I asked for. I literally only ever get one or two tacos here but it always takes at least 10 minutes for some reason. I finally decided that if this was the fifth or sixth time, I was going to review it, just hoping that MAYBE, just maybe, the management might do something about it. Half the time it's only kfc. If you aren't open and your employees are inside and we see you, you should probably just let the customer know that you aren't open yet. Absolute disappointment. After waiting in the line for a good while to place our order, the guy asked for our order only to cut me off and tell me to hold on. We started back up a bit later. When he jumped in to ask a clarifying question about the quantity of cinnamon biscuits we ordered (1), I felt he may have missed two burritos we were ordering when he interrupted so I asked if he had the two burritos. He said yes. He then gave us our total. It didn't seem enough. I asked to read back the order, but was told I had to pull around. It took 10 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window, it was confirmed that low and behold, he in fact did not have the two burritos I specifically asked about and he confirmed that he did have. Many eye rolls from employees ensued. Clearly my order was an inconvenience to them. Being unable to update our order, they had to ring us up twice and now park us to wait further for our two additional burritos to be added to our bag. 15 minutes later, an employee brought us out our food. She apologized for the wait and then presented us with a cinnamon biscuit as an offer of good will. Unfortunately, it was the very cinnamon biscuit I ordered and paid for...I paid for my own apology biscuit. Seriously. Giving one star only because it makes me leave at least one. My son loves the Taco Bell grilled chicken burrito with shredded chicken. Of the average once a month that we buy this, there has not been a single time they've gotten the order right unfortunately. Though they know us now and I repeatedly tell them what the order should be. Maybe it's a joke :) Either it's not shredded chicken or it's 2 instead of 3 burritos. Also, every time I order a taco salad, either the sour cream or salsa are not in it. After 5 years of giving them a chance... I had to take the time to write a review. I love tacos but after coming to this location at least 10 TIMES I can honestly say this is the slowest taco bell location ever. The drive through is horrendously slow and if you think going inside will speed things up... Well you are severely wrong. What are they doing back there? I only get a few tacos but the wait is over 20 minutes on average. It's even worse when the taco bell on state street is the fastest service and employs the most friendly staff. Can we switch them? This is a Taco Bell/KFC combo, and the chicken menu is consistently good, but the Taco Bell food is incredibly bad. I loved T.B. but this Saline one has ruined it for me, to the point I don't even consider it when I'm in another city. The other here is they consistently hire staff that you don't want to be around food you're going to be eating. The worst case was when I ordered a chicken fried steak dinner to take with me to work and they handed me one of those little boxes that a 2 piece chicken dinner comes in. When I went to get out of my truck the box was wet; soaked through. The employed layed a piece of wax paper on the bottom of the box, placed the patty on the wax paper then the mashed potatoes, and then POURED GRAVY ON ALL OF IT! I threw it in the garbage can, and when I went back and told them, I was told that without the product to show them, they wouldn't refund my money. Hands down the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Continuously we order from them, giving them another chance and they never cease to let us down. If the food is alright, which has been only a few occasions, then the service is terrible or the wait far too long. Staff is irritable, and I don't blame them. Not only was my food made wrong and I didn't realize till I got home because it was at the drive through... but I watched the drive through girl go into the KFC hot box, pick up all the biscuits and put them back, and then eat pieces that had fallen off them.
