I feel like I need to give people a heads up- this location sucks now. I don't know what changed over the last couple months but the food is terrible now. It's got to be an issue with management not doing any sort of quality/safety checks. Tonight they gave me the toughest, chewiest old chicken sandwich I've ever had. I mean where you literally have to use your back teeth to tear off a bite. I gave up on the patty and ate a French fry sandwich lol. Last time, the food was completely cold, to the point where I decided it was not safe to eat. It was like everything had sat out at room temp for about an hour. Really unfortunate. Luckily I won't live near here much longer so hopefully there is a better location where I'm moving. If I were staying here, it would be a good long time before I tried this place again. read more

The door has the hours for this Taco Bell that says 10-9 for the lobby. I was gonna go in to make my order and when I get to the door it's locked. It was 8:30. I pulled on the door a few times to hopefully get the attention of an employee and I looked inside and they were all ignoring us at the door. We were forced to go through the drive thru and they told us they "don't have Baja blast." Im literally not sure if that means it's discontinued or they are out?? But the service here is TRASH and management SUCKS. They always lock early at this location and treat customers like crap! read more

I love this taco bell. Minimal errors (it just happens sometimes with fast food) and when they do mess up it's resolved quickly.

I can't believe I'm leaving a review for Taco Bell but I've had decent experiences here and the drive-thru lady is as sweet as can be. Every time I come here I'm waiting forever for my order, and 95% if the,time its wrong....the other 5% its just horrible. The last time I went I didn't even get meat in my tacos, and the burrito supreme was supposed to be with no tomatoes or onions, but it was overloaded with both! If I could give no stars I would. I would not recommend coming here after messing up my order twice with a month in between. The first time I ordered Doritos gordita crunch and they cooked to cardboard for the taco into the gordita. On top of that they give me the wrong drink. The second time I ask for the same thing and I check it before I drive off and there is no Doritos taco or a taco at all for that matter in the Doritos gordita crunch!!! When I tell the cashier she acts like she doesn't care and says yeah they forgot the taco. At this point I waited 5 minutes for a new taco after waiting an HOUR in line for the incomplete order!! I will not be back and I gave them a second chance. It's really simple don't cook the cardboard in the gordita or in any of the food and add the taco to the Gordita crunch!! read more

The other 1 star reviews are accurate. This is a combo KFC/Taco Bell. Service is excruciatingly slow. It took 21 minutes from the time we ordered (time stamp on receipt) until we got our food in the drive thru early on a Sunday evening. There were only 3 customers in the store during this time. They were not busy. We got the food we ordered plus someone else's KFC order. The chips on my nachos were soggy and the rest of the foodwas slopped together. We will never visit this location again. read more

Wow, it's funny that the sign says 10pm closing but fine staff decided on Saturday night if all times, let's put the chairs on the tables and lock the door at 9:40. Love this location!! They always get my order correct and even with a long line the wait time is reasonable. I also work at a DT restaurant so I know the struggle. As a fellow food manager I would definitely try to lure these types of employees away. Keep it up guys customers definitely leave your place feeling satisfied. Another Taco Bell that can't seem to get their act together. Slow service. I just asked a question, and the workers start snapping right away. I proceeded to say, "I'm not complaining, I'm just asking about the order." And she continues to have an attitude. Advice to the wise , or at least the employees. Dress code is definitely NOT enforced , I'd prefer to not see boxer shorts and saggy pants when waiting for the food. For some reason its always packed in the drive thru while the inside is never really busy, but the orders take longer than they should, even for drive thru. Sometimes upwards of 5 min. Definitely not the 2min they shoot for. But I still like you taco bell.. Just try harder please! read more

This location sucks. Plain and simple. They always mess something major up with your order. The other day I ordered a cheesy potato burrito for my fiancé and when the lady repeated it back she called it a "potato taco" I figured she meant the burrito since there is no such thing as a potato taco on the menu, so I let it slide...but sure enough, when I got home and my fiancé opened his "burrito" it was a taco shell filled with potatoes and cheese sauce, no meat or any other ingredient for that matter. They take the car in front of us order and then when we drive forward they turn off the light and say sorry we aren't taking any more orders. Awful place to eat. Had the chicken burrito and the rice was the consistency of oatmeal just hot mush. Also had the chalupa and the shell was stale and very rough like a it was made of leather. I will never go back there again they are a disappointment to the name taco bell. read more

Horrible food and service. 6 cars in drive thru. Took 35 minutes. No customers inside, just the 6 cars in drive thru. I asked what took so long. The girl said they were short staffed. I could see 5 workers inside. 3 standing around talking. 2 working, slowly. I said it had to be one of the worst drive throughs. She said "well,don't come back". Have no fear. read more
