Meh, not to be a downer or anything but not my cup of tea. They provide good service at the counter. Their orders come out just as you ask for but their new tacos are nothing to get crazy about. Maybe if they had a sauce made to go with it then maybe I'd get crazy about or maybe I'm asking to much from a Tex-mex chain restaurant. It is, what it is, you know?? With a clean interior and a hip new exterior should bring a wave of younger crowd of fast food lovers. We had it on our way out of Walmart and decided to check it out. To begin with the employee sounded annoyed when we pulled up to the speaker to order. Which I understand I mean nobody wants to be at work but at the end of the day you're at work so be professional?? Then we ended up paying for a large nacho fry and received the amount of a regular nacho fry. Paid extra money when I could've just ordered the regular and received this amount. read more

If I could give this a zero stars I would. Absolutely worst experience I've had at a fast food place since I left my hometown. Thought I'd give it a try and the service was horrible, people were rude when I pulled up to the intercom. When I received my order it was completely wrong. So I went inside and told them my order was wrong and they gave me a refund but were rude about it. I expected more from a company like this but I guess I was wrong. The register staff and drive-through staff are always courteous and kind I'm but when you get your food and bring it home 9 times out of 10 it's wrong, it's disgusting or is just plain not okay. I drive out of my way to go to other Taco Bell just because of their trash food. read more

Ordered on a app 3 times. First time, no issues. The other 2...forget it!! Said order would be ready in 3 - 5 minutes. Hubby jumped in the car to go pick it up because it's a 3 - 5 minute drive. Food was ready in 19 minutes. Why? No excuse to wait for food for 19 minutes at any fastfood restaurant. If you notice, it was 17 minutes the time before and our notification said 5 - 8 minutes. If I could give NO stars I would. I go for a quick break from school because I'm hungry. Order a simple 1 taco in the drive through. Leave go back to school and see it completely the wrong order. I called to let them know and was told I could come back on my lunch. So I did thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. When I went an explained the situation I was being bombarded with accusations. Was told I didn't speak to anyone there. Was asked for my receipt? First of all, I was never given one. I have the payment charge in my bank. After being tired of arguing of something as sad as wrong Taco Bell food, I asked for a refund. Which was never given because I didn't have the receipt. Insult to injury, I wasted time and money on both trips working 2 hours. The manager on duty should be ashamed of the way she was speaking to me. They mess up food all the time, all I wanted was my correct order and didn't even get sympathy for my time. I'll never go here again and will probably never go to another for principle. read more

The food at this location was atrocious. Granted, I only ordered the $5 box, but they threw in 30 packets of hot sauce. Shows how much they care about inventory. The fries were not crispy so it should have been cooked longer. The beef in the taco and burrito were overly chunky. It looked more like dog food than actual ground beef. We have been going here since they opened. At first when they opened they were great. Clean fast. Helpful. But that was just because it was new. Now service is terrible! Last time we came here the guy in the drive through was very irritated they were so busy. He said ," ughhh come on, go home already!" We understand everyone has a bad day but don't say that in front on customers. Tonight the lights were off outside making it seem like they were closed. They do that often. We used the drive through and before even being greeted they said we are out of lettuce. We told the lady that was fine and placed our order. They took our money and gave us our food nothing else. Pulled up to the drive thru and was the only car in line nobody greeted me or said anything. Once i put my order in for just 2 simple things off the menu i waited a while before my order was out and i was the only one in line. I wanted chicken in my crunch wrap so i paid the extra to get the upgrade and sure enough when i i got home they put regular ground beef. I dont know what took so long and they still got my order wrong. It was dead nobody was even in the drive thru besides me. I have not been to taco bell in over a year but decided to try something different today and i think i honestly should have stayed away from taco bell for good. I had the worst experience at a Taco Bell in my life. My order was incorrect when I went to the window. Instead of fixing the problem they instructed me to drive around didn't do the drink upgrade requested. Makes us wait on my sons birthday no less for his food (of course) an additional 20 minutes because we were forced to go to the back of the line. No special consideration for THIER ERROR. When I get to the window it is a different girl, when I expressed how upset I was with our service the window was closed on me and my order was not even correct and also missing a straw. Everyone is usually friendly, but they are sooooo skimpy with the vegetarian items. I've substituted ground beef so I could have black beans or refried beans instead (as my main source of protein) and they've literally given me a TEASPOON of beans. A teaspoon. Recently I ordered the $6 veggie power bowl (which is even on the menu) and there was sooooo little. For it being $6, there should be as much beans as there would be in a chicken in a chicken power bowl. Hardly any rice either. Pure lettuce and sour cream, it was gross and I should've been charged maaaaaybe $2 for it. It's like they think vegetarian means "I want to pay the same price for literally half the food".
