I'm very disappointed with my experience and won't be returning. The food was quite poor, especially considering it appeared to be pre-prepared items that should be simple to get right. Unfortunately, the service was equally lacking, staff seemed inattentive and unprofessional, which made the visit even more unpleasant. The cleanliness of the establishment was also concerning. A dining space should feel welcoming and well-maintained, and that was not the case here. It gave the impression that basic standards are not being upheld. What troubled me most, however, was witnessing a cashier openly laughing at a customer for making a healthier food choice. That kind of behavior is unkind and completely inappropriate. People should feel comfortable making decisions that are best for themselves without fear of being ridiculed. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements, as this experience fell far below what one would reasonably expect. Food and service I ordered the Cantina chicken bowl with extra chicken often to healthier version. Today I asked for no rice and extra side of chicken. When I got to the window to pay for my order, the lady opens the door. A guy looks towards me and laughs and says no wonder she ordered this food/salad. The cashier laughed too. It was hurtful, I'm a voluptuous woman trying to make healthier choices with no time because I wake up so early. To make things worse the chicken they added to the Cantina bowl was the wrong chicken. He took my order made me confirm everything was correct just really good customer service. So I come to my car. And I realize that the supreme doritos loco taco that I ask for wasn't actually that. They gave me a regular one. So I walk back in and I I'm approached by a Hispanic guy he goes. How can I help you? I explained to him about the taco he says. Do you have the receipt? I told him I just walked all the way from my car. Which I parked a bit away's. He goes I need the receipt to confirm it's correct that the gentleman that took your order also took it correctly. I told him he did and then he confirmed with me and read it back. I said he was just here. I said why would I lie about the taco not having sour cream and tomatoes? He tells me I still need the receipt. So I go all the way to my car. I come back. They remake it and he says. Do you want to check to make sure it's right? If I had asked for something without bringing back any item I could vouch for him wanting to confirm that I actually ordered that and I needed the receipt. I'd understand. The Dennery Road Taco Bell is basically my favorite one. Close by, and when we go we get great service. Nobody is going to confuse "Dennery Road" and the word "ambiance" but it's a comparatively pleasant place where you can choose to eat inside or outside while avoiding fent users. I'm giving it a 3-star review because they recently forgot one of my items, which is the second time in a couple of months that they've done that. Neither time have I wanted to drive back while the rest of my food gets cold, and retrieve the item immediately. And then when I drove by the drive-thru later thinking that I had the receipt in my pocket, I got to the drive-thru speaker and couldn't locate it. I had left it in another shirt pocket. They told me that I had to have my receipt to get my bean burrito replaced. This is the kind of thing that really grinds my gears; I'll be honest. Because of the excellent service I normally receive here I naturally thought that they would replace such a small item. It's not like claiming that I was short two or three expensive items. If they make the error and I get all the way home before noticing, I'm left holding the bag. If I make an error with the receipt... I'm left holding the bag.
