Made our order wrong, argued with us about it, asked for food back from the bag that had been mistakenly given to us from someone else's order, asked to search our bag (twice!) when we asked for correct items that were missing from our order. Person taking the orders was professional and polite, but he was the only part of the experience that wasn't miserable. Avoid this location like the plague. read more

This is just the worst place on the planet. I've probably gone to a steakhouse and been done before this particular Taco Bell can whip up a taco. (Save yourself and just go to the one by the Savannah mall). And the worst part is that they make ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT at the lunch rush. Today I waited 25 minutes! Inside! Then, another customer told me they must be "short staffed." No, dear, no they aren't. They're always like this. Zero stars!!!! Nobody ever even comes to the intercom. I will sit there for 15 minutes and nobody will answer. So I drive around and people are in there and they just stare at me refusing to take my order. This has happen several times. Can't help but think waiting 10+ minutes for my food is the opposite of fast food. Also, there is a giant puddle of soda spilled on the floor. There is a wet floor sign up but still, that's ridiculous. Oh.... Nice..... The guy behind me got his food. And so did the guy after him. Still waiting for mine. It wasn't THAT large of an order. They do speak up so that you can hear them. They do not ask for here or to go. They also do not listen or read their own orders. I was suppose to have no sour cream and it stated that on the ticket. I will only write reviews on rare occasions. When a place has just absolutely superior service, or in this case so terrible that I don't want others to make the mistake I did by purchasing a product at this location. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. EVER. I placed my order at the drive through, a lady told me to order when ready. When I attempted to order, a guy told me to wait. 3 or 4 minutes later the lady came back and told me to order. I began ordering but no one acknowledged that I was even speaking. I had to raise my voice and say hello three times before the guy came back on the speaker and told me to order. Again. So I proceeded to order again but this time the guy decided to talk over me everytime I began talking. So I finally finished my order and began to drive around, two other vehicles before me, I thought "ok, cool just a few more minutes and I can be on my way, that was a naive thought. What was supposed to be the "fast option" turned into a 25 minute wait, that time was just between placing the order and getting to the window to pay. After paying and waiting more, I was handed food and beverages. So I pulled around to the parking lot, correctly assuming that the food would be wrong in the bag, and sure enough! Missing a couple tacos, ALL of the food was cold to the touch, the beverages were watered down as if they were sitting for 30 minutes. I walked inside and stood at the counter. And waited. The lady said she would get with me in a second, and much to my surprise it only took her two and a half minutes to get back to me. Given that I didn't have a lot of time at this point I decided it wasn't in my best interests to have them remake the cold food and pour new beverages, cause I didn't have another hour to spend there. So I just asked for the missing tacos. I got the tacos and "FRESH" from the rack, they were cold. Yep. Nope. Never again. Absolutely horribly run establishment. I got a Door Dash and it came from this location. The driver forgot my order of party nachos (a big box). She said the workers just didn't give it to her. I guess NO ONE knows how to read an order ticket??? So she said I had to call the store and have them fix it. I called ELEVEN times in the course of an hour and a half... NO answer. So, I go to the location and wait in the drive through hoping to either get the nachos I paid for or get a refund. Nope! I have to get a refund from door dash. When i asked the manager Kailey why it took 11 phone calls for someone to answer the phone, she said they were busy. ‍‍‍. I don't know how this location is still open base on these horrible reviews. We tried this Taco Bell again after a year not going to it. Since it is the closest Bell to our home we tried it again and again they did not fail to provide poor quality service and poor quality Taco Bell food. We like Taco Bell as an alternative to the burger joints but this Taco Bell is and has always been a bad location. Food was good, but with only 3 cars in the drive thru, it took 25 mins to get my food. Not only were they extremely slow, the lady at the drive thru wasn't very pleasant to say the least. Her overall demeanor was very rude, as if it was a burden to swipe my card and hand me my food that took forever to make. This service is slow and no one has a sense of urgency. They laugh and talk at the prep area and don't seem to care about customer service. When I wanted to remove an item like rice from a burrito they got annoyed and angry. This place gets 0 stars. The food is fucking awful, it's served cold with the cheese not even melted at all and not the right sauce in the quesadilla. Also gave me the wrong toppings on my tacos every fucking time I go here. The late night service is especially bad they'll make you wait 30 minutes for cold food that's not even what you ordered and not even the correct version of what they give you. Not thrilled being called a liar over a $1 Taco. I didn't know I had to give my bag of food back in the window after I gave my hungry child her food. Why would I lie over a $1 quesadilla melt? The employee asked me to hand my bag of food back to her - then when I held up my food and showed her what all I had she proceeded to tell me "the manager said she made it" and "people lie about not having their food I'm just saying" I said but it's not in my bag, I'm not a lier this is all I have I even paid for this item am I going to get it or no... she said "well I'm not making it she is" (not sure why the response of that, it wasn't a yes or no) so I was a bit confused if I was even going to get what I paid for without a fight and being called a liar. Made an online order at 11:15 to pick up at 11:30. Got there at 11:45 and they said "your order just popped up on the screen". So.....ordering online is more of an inconvenience than a convenience. I walked up to the pick up window, they had a few people in the line and they took care of everyone before even asking if I had a mobile order. The staff has no sense of urgency, they didn't even offer to expedite my order. I would have waited, but I only have 30 minutes for lunch and thought, how convenient.......NOT. This is probably the worst late night Taco Bell I have ever been to. The young man taking my order was rude, and was busy talking out the drive thru window to another guy. When I did get to finish placing my order, I waited ten minutes, even though I was the only car in line. (The guy he was talking to wasn't even a customer, it was his buddy). I finally got my food, only to find that almost all of it was wrong. This Taco Bell on Mall Blvd. needs to get on point! The drive thru is rediculous. Just ordered a 7 layer burrito, and made sure NO onions, well full of little onions. Absolute worst service ever! Waited 40 minutes for my food AFTER it was ordered and would not have gotten it then had I not asked for a refund. I was not the only one. The girl asked to see my receipt and tore off the top portion with the code that would have allowed me to go to their website and review my experience.
