And wonder why you'd make yourself an easy target for robbers.) - Because of all the above, despite several months to get going--wait it's been over a year hasn't it?--no one goes there, so when you eat there, chances are its just you and the staff, sitting at another table themselves with food and drink, listening to your conversation. It deserves a chance to get on its own legs and improve things, but, they aren't improving, but are going downhill. The tea and chips used to be better and I think chip refills were initially free, but I could be mistaken. PS If you are a CHL holder, their sign is home-made and not legally binding.
