A go-to taco truck! The food here is always perfectly seasoned and well made. Their burritos and tacos are delicious! A bi-monthly guilty pleasure of mine is their carne asada fries. those are loaded! I might live across town but i will make the drive out to get some food from here. Service is always very good and they are relatively fast with getting your food out. they've recently upgraded from numbered stubs to the things you get at olive garden to wait for your food. this is super nice now since it's getting cold. i can wait in my car and wait for the device to vibrate. One of the best street tacos I've ever had.. and I've tried plenty of places! Super soft corn tortillas but grilled to perfection. Makes the bites easy and not a grainy texture. They pack each taco with plenty of meat and topped with delicious radish, cucumber, pickled carrot, lime. Presentation was on point & clean. I want to dine in next time! We came across this little gem after a night of crappy Chinese food at Safeway, just next-door. It's a delightfully re-purposed bus and sits outside a gas station... Brilliant! As previously stated, the Mexican food in town has really upped our appreciation for this genre. True to form however, They deliver some delicious dishes that are Very good and a couple that are unique enough that I will keep you coming back. The newest addition to our Yakimex favorites is the Mulita - a dish that seems squarely directed at millennials as it is affectively quesadilla with meat and avocado, slightly grilled on each side! It is magnificent! We also had a side of tacos, the best of which was Pollo (chicken), surprisingly. The sope was also legit and just right to share! Options including the brilliant idea of making Asada nachos with Doritos... I will let that sink in for a second. Yes, Doritos as the base. We did not try them, but we're very excited too! They also had beef and shrimp fries as well as Asada fries. This is the sort of place that a football team needs to go after a game, or the night before, to carb load! The food was awesome, but perhaps the best part wasA physical boss that they were serving everything out of. We found out about halfway through that you could actually go inside said bus and eat! We took a little tour inside, and the place is really cool. It actually is slightly reminiscent of a diner with just a splash of 70s as the roof is very reflective. There's a surprising amount of room when you take out all the seeds, and it makes it so there's no excuse to not go here on a day when it's raining - though we have 300+ sunny days per year here! All in all, this place is a total homerun! The food was awesome, the ladies working here we're really nice, you get to eat at picnic tables, and a bus or get it to go, and if you don't like the drinks, you can go into the gas station next-door and grab something. This is on the corner of 56th Ave and Summitview Ave. Its right next to the chevron gas station and near Safeway. It's inside of a huge bus and you can order form one of the windows. They have a couple tables set out too to eat at. Anyways the food itself was great! I got 2 vegetable burritos and some chicken sopes and they all tasted amazing. They also gave me plenty of salsa verde and rojo to go with, not to mention some pickled carrots and jalapeños. Everything seemed fresh and tasty. My sopes were hot and freshly made. This is so close to my house I'll be coming here often. read more

This is NOT a food truck...It's a TACO BUS! Yep you can eat inside if you want. I have been there around 15 times and they have always done a good job. The Al Pastor tacos are the Bomb! What a delicious and inventive restaurant in Yakima! We had driven by plenty of times, and always assumed that it was a standard taco 'truck'. However, Taqueria Rolly's sets itself apart from the rest because it is taco BUS! You can place your order from outside through a side window on the bus, or you can board the bus, place your order and dine inside! It's such a unique and novel restaurant experience! The entire staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and sweet! They told us the story of how they originally obtained the bus, and how they renovated it themselves. The food was outstanding! We each had the taco plato that comes with three tacos, rice, and beans. It was perfectly portioned! Also, they were able to accommodate my vegetarian request by replacing the taco meat with rice and beans, plus all the taco fixings! We were also blown away by the homemade taco sauce/salsa. Our lunch today was not as great as we had expected. Local hotel staff raved. It was OK but we had much higher expectations and to be honest, a little underwhelming. The shrimp fries were really soggy, that was the biggest disappointment we shared. Carne asada tacos were pretty good, accompanied by two really tasty salsa's that made the dish. The beef burrito was not good, but it was a large portion. I thought the prices were a little bit high also. 3 Basic entrees each with a small amount of beans and rice was $45. After reading other reviews we expected a bit of a wait and it did end up being around a 35 minute wait. read more

This is our go-to for takeout. The food is always hot and fresh. We've had quesadillas, spicy pork enchiladas, tacos, burritos. Tonight trying the asada fries, and I can't wait. Way before COVID-19, this was the cleanest place I've been. The bus is spotless inside and out. Portions are generous and the people are delightful. Once - in a very rare rainstorm in Yakima - I was waiting in my car and the wonderful person brought food to my car. I wasn't expecting that! Visited this taco truck this week after weeks of driving by and wanting to check it out... WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! The food was really good!! We ordered classic tacos (asada and adobada) and the shells were crispy, meat was seasoned and flavorful and the salsa was good too. Tacos came accompanied with a slice of queso fresco, lime wedge, pickled jalapeño, pickledcarrots, cucumber and radish. I also ordered a sope and it was delicious!! The masa shell was crispy and it came with beans, meat, lettice, crema, tomatoes and queso... sope was $3.50 each but was worth the money! Will definitely go here again! read more

This place has a great location, they don't do safe practices with the refries beans so if you get the part that hasn't been boiled all the way on yesterday's beans you might get food poisoning like I did. The same thing happened when the the owners were the cooks at El Gruilense on First st before they closed down. I wouldn't trust a place that can't keep safe refried beans. I always order the fish tacos because they're so good! I'm a pescatarian so i've had a lot of fish tacos from many places, but these are the best in yakima. El taco perrón is a close second. But this place grills the fish nice and crispy, the red salsa is really yummy and the toppings they give on the side (queso fresco, fresh jalapeño and pickled carrots) are the cherry on top to every bite. The service is always incredible and fast, definitely a must go if you haven't tried them yet! Also, their agua frescas have free refills and i recommend the Horchata! read more

Tacos were really good, but we waited forever! Like 45 mins to get tacos. It wasn't even that busy. I got there at 1, ordered, and left with my take out order at 150. They do have a pretty big menu and a couple tables of indoor seating, with a few picnic tables outside. It would be 4 stars without the crazy long wait time. read more
