My favorite is back again!!!! I was in, the mood for Taco bell so I decided to get the new grill cheese burrito I purchased the double chicken. It was really good it came with rice, three cheese blend, chunch red strips (I think that some kinda tortilla chips) & sour cream. The flour tortilla has a outer layer of cheese that adds more cheese which is delicious it come with beef, chicken or steak. The female service staff -lack customer service skill to the 3rd power! the food is not warm or cover up ... when you ask for additional or extra portion and pay for it. that not what you Get at all. this is my neighborhood taco bell. i say what i say with confidence and conviction. that the food is hit or miss. sometimes its great sometimes its not. but even when its great is LACKING. since before the pandemic they have been hella skimping on sauces even if you pay for them. even in app and set a designated amount of specific ones. even if you just ask them to toss some in in the drive through. even if you pay for them. and today im a little extra pissed cuz i got a large nacho fry(among other things). i asked if it only came with one sauce, she said yes so i bought another for ¢75. i get home to share these with my small son just to find that i never even had to buy this extra sauce, i could have just got an small fry. its like halfway full. they always do this. it makes me want to drive to wheaton or aspen hill or randolph hills to get food tf somewhere else. i love taco bell for what it is but if yall are gonna keep messing with my money in this climate ima just stop spending my money at every location. The lady said, "you're welcome" after I told her thank you for taking my order (most drive through staff don't say you're welcome). The girls that work there are so rude. I asked for hot sauce for 4 burritos and they gave me like 4 packets. James used to hook it up. I was at the drive through and they gave me Diablo and they ignored when I asked for hot also. I will never return to this Taco Bell location. They hoard the Diablo sauce as if it's bitcoin. I've probably gone here the last three times and asked for Diablo sauce on my mobile order and got shafted every single time. I went to this location and my experience was horrible. I will never go here again. I was a drive thru customer, the cashier who's name is Samantha s was very rude and trying to rush me out. She got my Order wrong as expected from her attitude. That wasn't it,once I got home and inspected my food I realized my chicken chalupa had almost no chicken! Also the shell was BURNT and broken as if someone just threw it. As you can see in the picture it's all broken, not that burnt but the first Chalupa I ate was literally black from how burnt it was. We were really curious about the new Taco Bell $1 nacho fries and we made a special trip just to try them out. This was the best Taco Bell experience I have ever had and it was all thanks to Janice D. who was working the register. She greeted us with a smile, welcomed us to Taco Bell and took our order promptly. We watched her with another customer who didn't know what he wanted and asked a million questions. I normally would go to the rockville pike location to get my chicken power bowl, but this location was obviously closest to me at the time. I ordered my normal chicken catina bowl without sour cream. I always enjoy this $5 bowl (not the meal price) because its cheap, gives a lot, and is relatively healthy. The chicken is never dry, it has beans, letttuce, tomato, another type of sauce (green) and rice. The rice at this location has a mix of hard pieces. Im getting mix soft rice and some hard rice.. which means some of the pieces are uncooked. It is too hard to eat, pretty disappointed in the rice portion. PLEASE COOK YOUR RICE. I give it 2 stars because I've tried other items that weren't that bad. Aside from the chicken bowl, I've also ordered their breakfast meals before. That I'll say is pretty damn good for taco bell. I have ordered the sausage egg burrito which is only $1. It comes out super warm with the egg nicely cooked and the cheese melted inside. My friend would get the breakfast crunchwrap which is the normal crunchwrap but with egg cheese HASHBROWN (i believe u can add bacon) damn this breakfast crunchwrap is also delicious. Around 3pm today I was trying to order through the drive-thru and my mom who was in the drivers seat didn't know a name for an item and wasn't sure what to order at first. My mom asked to give us a second to think and the girl who works there told us to let her know when we were ready with an awful tone in her voice. A few seconds after that my mom talked since she was ready to order. There was silence for like 20 seconds or more so I raised my voice from the passengers seat to let her know we're ready and she gave me an attitude saying something like "ok but you don't have to scream". I just wanted her to hear me out but she obviously has no patience and is just rude for who knows what. She should toss that negativity to the side and focus on actually doing good at her job because 2 stars on Yelp doesn't look good for Taco Bell so she should help improve the ratings than making it look worse. This Taco Bell is pretty decent but nothing special, I've never had a bad order except for the time I order 3 separate orders of each different types locos tacos, I ended up getting 6 of the hottest ones instead of 2 of each flavor.
