This is one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to. The seating area is always clean and they've never messed up my orders. The employees at this location ALWAYS make my day. They seem to put a smile on my face every time I visit :) Also, being a vegetarian, I love Taco Bell because of their wide variety of vegetarian/vegan options. Last night we were in the drive through for over an hour and 15 minutes. We ended up canceling our order. They were literally handing out one bag of food every 20 minutes. Ordered food here on June 20th. Cashier at the window drive through gave us our food but kept our credit card. After we left the restaurant, not knowing we didn't have the card, the same cashier charged $61.00 worth of food 3 minutes later on our card. When we returned to get the card, the cashier was not honest about the extra charge. We were credited back the money, but no consolation for the problem. Very disappointed. read more

Got a Deluxe Cravings Box the other night. Drove 15 minutes home, to sit down and realize we got less than half a thing of nacho fries. The Doritos Locos Taco shell was stale as ever, I couldn't even finish it. The only thing in the box that was worth eating was the five layer burrito. If I could I'd give them ZERO stars because this location is trash! To start off, the forgot part of my order. I didn't realize until I got home. Called, talked to the manager, she gave me attitude so I just let them steal part of my money and hung up. The workers had zero respect for me and I was extremely nice to them. There is a lot lacking at this location. Employees are not eager to greet customers as they come in and take their sweet time taking orders, which they got ours wrong. We came at about 3:45 pm, so the restaurant was essentially empty, yet there were multiple dirty tables. A portion of our order was forgotten, which is no big deal as it was corrected, but another portion was just wrong. To top off our experience, there was hair in my food. The Baja Blast Freezie machine wasn't working for a bit but the workers got it into shape and gave us a watermelon freezie first and then the Baja Blast one when everything was working properly. This is seriously the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! Every single time I go here, and I mean EVERYTIME, they forget to put something in my bag. I've gotten in the habit of checking before we leave the window. Went today and Lo and behold, they forgot something AGAIN. They also put onions in my burrito when i asked them not to. A nice gentleman was able to provide me what I needed but the lady at the window wasn't as nice. She didn't offer me hot sauce, she gave me my bag and slammed the door. I had to wait there for someone to come back. My quesadilla was haphazardly thrown in the bag and looked like it was done so sloppily. The people here do not care about their jobs. Service is always so mediocre. I don't get it....I've worked in the fast food industry and currently work in the restaurant industry and it blows my mind how rude people are sometimes. You're getting paid for your service! If the job is so hard that you can't get the orders right, or if you can't dismiss your attitude, then find another job. It's really not that difficult.
