There are a variety of meats to choose from, pastor, carnitas, chicken, steak, etc, and if you prefer a burrito or a torta those options are available also. I three tacos, a chicken, a pastor (marinated pork), and carnitas. I would say that chicken and the pastor were great, but the carnitas is maybe not their strong suit - overall though, the tacos were delicious and about as original as you can get this far north of the border. Prices are also extremely reasonable. Another must try in Sioux FallsOn Mondays (and maybe certain other days of the week) they close at 3, so keep that in mind if you plan to go.

However, once she placed her order, it was another 50 minutes before she got her food!!! If this was the first time these folks had cooked in their truck I could understand it. This was going to be a big crowd - they had to know that. If you are running a food truck and can't cook fast enough to fill orders you should at least have the decency to tell people how long they will have to wait. Especially if it was going to take 50 minutes to cook one order. Ridiculous. You lost this customer for life. Not going to recommend this place to my friends either.

This place is now my new favorite joint in Sioux Falls! Most of the time we go to a bbq joint, you usually feel underwhelmed by the overpriced food.... NOT THIS PLACE! We ordered The Sure Shot slamwich, a burrito, nachos and a pork belly popsicle and had to bring food home. The food was outstanding, service was incredible and the atmosphere was awesome!
