This is my comfort Taco Bell. I spent a lot of time in this general area and have a whole bunch of different food options to choose from and yet I always find myself coming back to this particular Taco Bell. It's open until 1 AM which is great and I have definitely come for those late night snacks. The people who work here are really nice and helpful. My order is almost always accurate and the last time that my order was inaccurate, they gave me free food to make up for it and apologized a lot. The parking lot is also very brightly lit and gigantic, so I always find parking. I feel safe here. The restrooms are also clean . Taco Bell in general is my favorite fast food restaurant and this particular location is much better than average in terms of cleanliness, food quality, accuracy, and friendliness of the employees. I also like the music they play here. In my opinion this Taco Bell is worth five stars. read more

The woman that worked at this location on 11/15 at 6:30am was extremely rude for no reason. We walked in and were waiting for our mobile order. We were the only people in the store and she screamed "REGINA" and laughed with 2 others. We sat down for about 30 seconds before she screamed my name for the order. As I walked up to the counter, she's turned facing away from me, towards her coworkers and said "for the third time." She saw we had only walked in there a minute ago. Her coworker then proceeds to tell her, " she's right behind you" and her response was "well how was I suppose to know she's standing there." No apology, just nasty and rude customer service. Okay so this being Taco Bell a fast food restaurant my expectations do not start very high however there is a certain level of Competency that is expected. I rarely eat fast food however it was late and I was starving so I passed my Taco Bell. I ordered a power burrito a Mexican pizza and a supreme taco. What I received my bag was literally soft taco shells with cheese sprinkled in it, refer to picture. I returned to the store to complain. To the managers credit he did apologize and replace my order. However, this was a ridiculous mistake. Also, who orders soft tacos shells with cold cheese sprinkled in it. If I didn't know better, I'd say they were probably f****** around with people intentionally. The replacement order was correct; however, I did feel sick afterwards. I'm pretty sure this is the universe's way of reminding me not to eat fast food. 3 Stars because: it's your run of the mill Taco Bell chain and has a faster drive-thru than the one on Route 27. This location is pretty accurate with your orders and provides lots of sauce. They're also quick at completing orders. For the drive-thru I haven't ever waited in a long line or waited long at all for that matter. Inside looks like your run of the mill Taco Bell with decent space. Heads up that during nighttime the inside is brightly lit and the surrounding area is dark so you are kind of on display while you eat. But who would watch random people eat anyway, right? I love Taco Bell more than the normal person should, but fast food is almost always 3 stars for me and this location fits the bill and feeds well. read more

I've been going to this Taco Bell for a while, at first it was like any other Taco Bell, but today I ordered 4 Doritos locos tacos and a chalupa. Drove back to my house to find that instead of beef they put beans in them. All of them. I went back to the Taco Bell and they corrected their mistake. Only one out of 5 people asked for a free drink since she was in college and showed her college id. I love Taco Bell but while at the drive through I witnessed the guy at the register constantly wiping his nose and rubbing his face. Then the same guy grabbed a pair of gloves and held them in his hand (not on his hand) and bagged up a crunch wrap. I love their apple empanadas, and I wanted it soooooo bad! So I finished my taco and then I noticed that my apple empanada had a dead mosquito on it. I was disgusted!! I took the empanada to the cashier and he called for the manager. The manager then gave me my money back and gave me another empanada. When I went back to the table to eat it, I realized that there was again a dead mosquito on the second empanada. Due to some dietary restrictions I usually order the vegetarian stuff with no cheese or sour cream. I always stress it to the cashier, I even repeat it twice. The screen in the drive thru shows me exactly what I ordered correctly... the receipt shows exactly what I ordered correctly, yet I don't think there was ever a time I ate in this place and they did not mess up my order. I understand the first time, maybe the second but every fricking time! I eat there because it's cheap, near my job and they have a menu that can accommodate my diet choices, but they always end up putting whatever I told them not to put on my food in it. I politely go back and get it replaced and they're super nice and apologetic, and that's cool of them, but I expect to just get my food the way I ordered it and not spend my lunch break going back and forth. But it's okay, I don't make a big deal, I do have to admit sometimes it can be my fault because I'm in a rush back and I don't check my food before I leave. But then again my orders are simple: Vegetarian Tacos with no cheese. (already comes without Sourcream) That's literally all I order. I'm not trying to sound mean but I don't think that's that hard to do. But today was the last straw, I ordered two tacos and a drink, I was in a rush because I had a ride waiting for me so I took my order and bounced without checking it (again, I take full responsibility for that). But this time not only did they put cheese in it, they also put ground beef. Now I know I told the cashier exactly what I wanted, he even repeated it back to me and I know that was my order because he called me by my name to pick it up... So how the heck does that happen?
